You make it impossible to return items in the 15 day frame. It takes multiple emails to get an answer running out the time. Will never order from this company again.

Thank you for the size chart. I'm so excited to get my swimsuits! Unfortunately they did not fit because of my height. I'm 5'9. And one of them was see through.

I purchased 2 suits and one was small. I am working with customer service to try and return or exchange it. We will see how easy or hard the process is

I ordered a suit that didn't fit, which isn't their fault, but no one has responded to my multiple attempts to return it, which is the only way to do so.

Good products, fast delivery (paid extra for expedited delivery). The only thing was I wished I'd order a size up, but now I know and will do so in the future.

It's so great to see such a variety of appealing swimwear for actual female bodies, as opposed to models. The suit I chose fits and looks great and was very affordable.

There are so many suits to choose from, I loved everyone of them so it was actually hard to pick. The checkout process was super simple and they arrived on time.

Wonderful selection, however the suit I really wanted was out of stock in my size.
But there are so many other choices I was able to find others that I liked.

As a company you are seriously let down by your returns process
There is always a possibility that items will not fit.
You make it very difficult to return unwanted goods
You do not offer free returns and that is OK- I was willing to pay
So you ask the customer to request a return address, which I did
But i then get bombarded with mails asking me to accept a small compensation refund and keep the items
After several mails, which almost feel like being harassed, i accepted a figure (which is less than what I paid and now have goods that are no good to me) just to close the issue

Buyer beware. Free returns are not offered, which is acceptable. But, the return process is a hassle.

When asking for a return form, they respond with why you were displeased, which again is fine, so you reply and ask for a return form. Then, they ask if you want to pick something else. You reply again and ask for a return form, so you've already burned 3 extra days in their 15-day return policy - and their responses are not quick!

Once they've actually responded with the return, you are then given 7 days to ship (which trumps their 15-day return policy.), otherwise you will not be refunded. Then, they need tracking information to refund the order. It's too many hoops for what should be a one-time request, especially since you have fewer days to return after you actually get the form.

Unrelated to that process above, you get a "did you receive your order" confirmation which was moot since I had already contacted them prior to return the order. Connect your CRM systems with your automated emails.

Quality of the swimsuit is acceptable since the cost is cheap - you pay for what you get.

I ordered four swimsuits and only one fit. I needed to return the other three so I can get a refund. I ordered two sizes of each. One suit was cut very small in both sizes. Immediate fail. The other suite was too big. I handled my return request in a timely manner and followed their instructions, but it takes forever for someone to get back to you because they only handle things by email. They try to have you keep the items you don't want by offering you a partial refund and a coupon toward future use. I know I would have to pay for shipping back to them, but I wanted my refund which is much more than $23 they offered me even if I paid for shipping. They will make it very difficult to send you a return address to get a refund. In fact, I tried three times to get one. BEWARE! They need to do much better than this. I was so tired of dealing with this situation for over a week, I told them to give me the damn $23 ASAP so I can move on. I am still waiting to hear back from them. I hope I see some type of refund. I'll try to sell the suits that I don't want to recoup my money. They aren't SHEIN, that's for sure. The one suit I am keeping is okay, but the trim work could be better around the cups in the top. Swimsuit offered significantly less busy coverage than shown on website. Want to return, but I've been waiting days to receive the address to send returns.

Unfortunately, neither swim suit I purchased fits properly. They are both really short in the torso and don't have enough room in the top. Disappointed.

Even though I fit 3X, I ordered 4X knowing that I could take them in. After trying on one of the suits, not only was it too tight, it was too short in body length and very uncomfortable. Also I was not pleased that the cut showed so much hip, that the skirt length was so different front and back. I ordered swim dresses for the skirt. I am 69 and my goal is not to show off my skin, a skirt is to show off my figure while covering my hips and the top omy large legs.

Products are terrific, love them all. Shipping took three weeks and the tracker didn't connect to Canada. Regardless, all good just know what to expect.

I've never been so disappointed. I've sent 3 emails to return items.still waiting on address.had every excuse not to get address. Won't be buying again

It was extremely helpful, comforting, and made me feel confident in my experience choosing styles that included the model dimensions and size she was wearing.

The clothes were very poor quality. Sizing was way off. I donated everything I bought without ever wearing. So very disappointed! Don't waste your money!

I ordered four suits. All were cute, but NONE of them fit in the chest, sadly. Their return policy states you have a limited number of days to return. But you have to actually contact them and WAIT FOR THEIR RESPONSE in order to return your items. I have continually messaged them waiting for them to provide a return address, and I've yet to hear back- even after REPEATED emails sent by me! So, as it sits right now, I would NOT recommend ordering from this site.

This swimsuit is well built for the price. It focuses more on my upper half then on my tummy. Which is what I always look for in a swimsuit. I only wish they had more colors in this style. I would buy all of them! One thing I would say is to go down a size. The last time I bought one in this style it was a little big in the cups. I had to sinch it in a little. I I wear a 38C. A 40C in LANE BRYANT bras size. The large was perfect!

I placed my order June 18th and received only three of my items July 5th. I emailed to let them know I only had three the other other sold out that was the second time an item sold out in my order. Now I have to send back two items and the risk doesn't seem like I want to take it. I have to send back at my cost and then email them all this stuff to ensure they get it to get a refund. Idk but seems like I wouldn't get a refund and then I'm out money and suits.

She was good emailed me back each time with apologies and such but I still don’t feel comfortable sending my items back in with the way everything went.

Quick and easy to orde and delivered fast - HOWEVER r- horrible experience trying to return. I tried to do so within the 15 day window and I can't get a response so I'm stuck with a product that is way too short

While the suits are cute they are too small and the material feels cheap. I'm in the process of returning the items but have not received information on how to do that after multiple contacts.
