I purchased 3 items from Meetcurve and two were unsuitable. One because I sized down thinking it would be okay and the the other one, a full piece, did not fit my breasts.

Trying to do a refund and exchange on unsuitable items has been a challenge.

I couldn't believe how perfect the fit was after ordering and returning from 2 different retailers due to poor fit. I guess it's true, third time a charm. I will be ordering again.

Satisfactory, delivery was good the bathers are good quality, a little longer in the torso would have been good. The straps kept coming undone, but with plyers we were able to tighten them.

Apparently, curve does not offer full refunds. I am extremely disappointed and will not recommend this company to anyone and will discourage others from ordering.

Refusal to refund my money in exchange for a returned item

I purchased seven items from Meet.Curve, knowing I would very likely need to return something, as swimsuits can be tricky to purchase online. Once my order came, I actually wanted to keep two of the pieces, and return the rest. The customer service rep I spoke with, "Trista", walked me in CIRCLES asking me to please just keep the items and they'd give me a (insert increasing percentage amount per email) if I didn't send them back. She reminded me they couldn't pay for return shipping, etc. I was very unhappy--especially because she just REFUSED to give me the return address throughout a multiple email exchange. EVENTUALLY, I got the address and returned the unused, unworn, still NWT items. I have no idea if they're even a real company who will refund me. But I will NEVER purchase from them again, despite that their suits are actually super cute. Customer experience was absolutely intolerable.

The product was lovely but delivery was longer than I expected (I should have check more carefully) and I missed being able to take it on holiday by about 2 days

Unfortunately, most of the clothes that I ordered are too small and now I can't return them because I'm beyond the 15 day return policy (which seems very short to me).

I love that I finally found a bathing suit that is supportive, high waisted and cute. But the sizing wasn't exactly correct. Also shipping took 3 weeks.

I bought a one piece and a 2 piece in an XL and they fit so wonderfully! No bulging, they hold me in well and the jump test for the top on both passed! I'll definitely purchase again!

I received my swimsuit and it's very nice except for the arm part. My arms are pretty big so the bathing suit is tight on the arm part but everything looks create

The swimsuit I ordered is really great quality, the only downside is that it is a little short in the torso for me, but not so bad that it doesn't work. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

I'm 56 years old and I've gotten a little fluffy and so I don't expect compliments on my bathing suits anymore. And, once I put the suit on, my husband was like that is really a pretty suit.

Ordering process was easy and the costume arrived on time. I did request an exchange for a smaller size but being that I'd have to return to the US I accepted a partial refund and kept the costume.

Fun stylish swim suits! I love the fun designs and colors. I was disappointed that I had to wash before wearing because of the strong glue smell. Shipping was around 2-3 weeks

So glad I bought this suit but it didn't arrive in time for my trip. Still glad to have it and will order again knowing when they 7-14 business days they mean it. Just have to order earlier.

Not a great experience. First time ordering from this company and will be the last time. Items I ordered did not fit and it has been a hassle to make a return.

Returns were a hassle and at customers expense.

I expected the sizing to be on the small side so I ordered appropriately but for regular sizes that works but on the plus side wow I'm so disappointed and I'm in Canada so to return the product it's a nightmare and not cost effective so I guess I'm just going to be out my money and have a top and bottom that don't fit correctly.

It’s still not solved I have a top and bottom at a $51.28 if I keep it I get $20 back and am out $31.28 if I send it back I’m out the shipping. No idea what to do next.

I was excited when I found this company, being a larger woman, and needing a bathing suit for a cruise. I order my package on 1/4/23. Despite creating an account on their website, I had no confirmation number so I emailed their support. It took over 3 days for someone to respond with a confirmation number. At the same time I requested tracking. It took them another 3 days to respond with that. When I checked tracking, it had shipped on the 6th but they did not provide me with tracking then. I waited the advised 8-10 days to receive my package. After waiting 2 weeks, my package was still not here. I emailed them and they said give us a couple days to check on it. Waited 3 days and emailed again. Got the same message again. Waited 3 days and emailed them again. Still same message. Waited a week and emailed them again. STILL same message. It has now been 21 days of waiting for this product and waiting for ANY answer from their company. PLEASE do not order from them! I have worked in customer service for 20 years and have never seen this poor of customer service in my life. I can't believe how willing they are to steal money from customers and then not deliver product and not respond regarding the product. I had to share with everyone how bad this comapny is and URGE women to boycott business like this that treat women with such disrespect and deceit.

I ordered a bathing suit with the attached sarong - it was just as described. I found the material good quality. It takes a while to get your order but worth the wait.

Hi, the three pieces that I order did not fit. If you reimburse half of my order, I won't be wearing them. I would of like free return and reimbursement.

I will have to pay to return my order that did not fit and they offer to reimburse half of it plus a 5 $ for the next order. Difficult to shop because never know how it fits.

The site was really easy to use. Saw it on Facebook with the girl trying on suits and I liked the way they fit on her Please ship fast I leave in February for my trip

I measured and bought according to the chart and they fit perfectly. The quality is great too. Shipping time was approximately 2 weeks which was fantastic since I ordered close to Christmas

It was just alright. The suits are pretty but the sizing is way off. I ordered 2 suits according to their sizing chart of what should fit and neither of them fit
