Fast delivery, got exactly what I ordered. I'd read lots of unhappy customers so was worried to order. I sized one up also due to other comments and bathers all fit perfect. For what a paid I'm happy with what I received.
The colors were extremely accurate to what was on the website was disappointed by the quality of bra pads, especially for plus size girls. I would have thought that the pads would have covered all of the chest area but they were too small and sewn in so you can't even remove them. The return process is also very challenging.
I initiated a return because the fabric/quality did not meet my expectations. I am still waiting on the instructions for a return but received information that a ticket has been started.

Swimsuits are perfect. I love all three that I ordered. One is too big unfortunately. Being from Canada returning is too expensive. This is the only reason I would not order from here again.
Nice variety
Delivery was slow with little to no updates. I ordered according to the size chart but both options seemed to be cut small. The quality was nice, I would just order up a size.

I was very excited to get all my new swimwear. Great quality but it was to short in the torso so it left my chest with no support and a very saggy looking chest.

I ordered 3 swimsuits. The material was different on all 3. I would buy here again for the price and for one summer lasting swimsuit. The wait time to receive the swimwear is horrible.

I ordered two swimsuits and overall liked the quality. One didn't fit, so I sent an email to the service email address (per the return policy instructions) and have yet to receive a response.
I want to return one of the items I ordered. I’ve reached out to the service email address twice with no response (I did receive ticket numbers both times).
Great selection and true to size. Good quality. I had to return 2 suits as they were too large. Their return process is very cumbersome- yet they were very accommodating.

Easy to shop, but I really just wanted a plain scoop bk one-piece bathing suit and they were hard to find. Sizes were lso hard to determine and shipping was astronomical.

Swimsuits are poorly made. When I asked for return authorization, they tried to negotiate with me like 3 different times. Customer service. Absolutely terrible products and terrible customer service.
They wouldn't give me a return authorization number...it took me 3 days of the 15 I have to even get it. They don't respond quickly and they try to Weasley their way out of having you return for a full refund. Awful, awful, awful business!!!

I've been trying to get an exchange for the order I got because they are not true to size. I've gotten the runaround from costumer service and I still don't have a resolution to my problem.

I saw a top heavy female in video ad on TikTok. I bought the same size she had on and I the top was extremely too small in the cup size
I was not pleased with the product. The swim dress is very thin, smaller than expected, and two pieces- which was not clearly stated in the description. I will be returning.

Because I like the product and how it fits.
When I had originally placed my order, my cart had two items in it but when I received my order, there was only one item. I went back to review my order confirmations and sure enough, only one item was somehow the only item in my cart. I'm not sure how there was a mix up as the bottoms were originally the very first item I added to my cart. Anyways, I got the top but no bottoms... Was quite pointless but I am still somewhat happy with the top, even though it's my regular size and is too big.
