I was a little leery about ordering from a company I didn't know anything about. Liked the variety of bathing suits offered so took a chance. I wasn't disappointed. Will be ordering again. Thank you.

My swimsuit was not the correct size. I tried to get information on returning the suit (They claim they accept returns). They wanted to ensure (several times) that I would have to pay for the return because they paid to send it to me. Actually, I paid for shipping and handling as well. It took multiple emails for them not to provide return address. Well, that's not exactly true- they did tell me that the return address was —ROSEDALE, New York. They offered that I could keep the suit and they would give me a partial refund and a $5 coupon towards future purchase. The suit was approximately 4 sizes too small. My suit was $40… I was offered a $12 refund. I have SINCE DISCOVERED that this is the practice of this company. I have found dozens of customers experienced the same problem I'm having. There is no address to return mdse. They tell you not to return mdse to the address that it came from… I am half tempted to do just that. It took 14 emails back and forth to get absolutely nowhere! Super shady company. I will be continuing MY efforts to expose them and blast them on social media. Hopefully to SHUT them down so they can't keep doing this! If you are a legitimate company yourself you should make this information known to everyone! Of course, if you are in cahoots with them, I imagine you you would somehow use this information to help them.

I cannot give NEGATIVE STARS… they need to give their customers their money back!

I have been emailing DAILY since receiving my 2 swimsuits on 26Jun. It is now 06Jul; I have yet to receive a return authorization or address. I have received SEVERAL emails suggesting I keep the merchandise for a partial refund.

POOR…I have attempted SEVERAL times to return my items. I have not been given return authorization or an address for return. Only suggestions to keep the UNUSED merchandise for a partial refund.

I immediately changed my mind on the swimdress that I ordered and had paid for but after emailing Customer Service they were able to change the swimdress out for the one that I REALLY wanted with absolutely NO PROBLEMS! They even updated me all along the shipping procees too!

The website for shopping and ordering was good. The information on the clothing was informative and detailed. The swimsuit itself was beautiful and the fabric was very nice. The swimsuit fit well everywhere but the bust. It was way too big in the cups. Yes, I did check their sized before I ordered.

After trying it on and realizing it wasn't going to fit, I started the return process. Although the email replies were prompt and friendly, they attempted to barter their way out of me returning the item for a full refund. Mind you, it is only $29.99.

First return offer:
"About your return request,would it be a considered solution that we offer a $5 coupon and $5 partial refund for your next order as compensation and you keep the item you would like to return please?"
Second return offer:
"How about you keep the item and we offer a $12 partial refund for you please?" ($12 was what I originally paid in shipping.)

So, for a third time I said I wanted to return the item. I have not heard back from that request. I don't know how this will all end, but I don't think I will ever order from this company again.

Size guide is not accurate for US measurements. I typically wear 1X, according to the Size chart, I purchased 3X. It fits, but a little more snug than I wanted.

I have been plus sized nearly my entire adult life. I have never found a bathing suit I am comfortable in until I purchased from Meetcurve. Thank you!

Orderd Dome swimsuits. Hate that i Need to Pay For the Things i dont want to keep.
I do Not read about that. How should i try a new Brand if i can Not send them back.

Swimming suits are low quality and when I went to return them the Meetcurve is not helpful and is slow to respond. They would not even give me a return address.

Super slow to respond and then did not give me the information I needed.

To get cup size large wnough I had to go larger size, but as the band around the bottom of the cups was not adjustable, it was then very over sized around my ribcage.

One bathing suit was very cute. The second one felt cheaply made and the underwire kept stabbing my breast. Unfortunately their return time was too short to be able to return the defective product.

You sent me a swim top that is the wrong size. You said you would send me the RMA and a coupon for my trouble. To date, I have not heard back from you.

Customer service is not responding to me.

I ordered 4 swimsuits but sadly only 2 fit. I dealt with Meet Curve support and they promptly handled my return request. I just recieved my refund and they were amazing to deal with!

Above and beyond. The support team handled my return request and gave me step by step directions. I followed them all and had my refund as soon as my returns were delivered back to them

They came exactly how they looked on the site however they are a bit short in the length. If I had a longer torso they wouldn't have come down far enough.

Only wish they fit larger breasted woman. If I wanted to get a bathing suit to fit my breasts I would have to get at least 2 sizes larger but then it wouldn't fit the rest of my body.

I never recived an order confirmation or shipping confirmation so I was very nervous about my purchase. I did receive my order however the merchandise does run slightly larger than advertised.

I was excited to find a place that sold underwire tankinis for those that have large breasts. But unfortunately, even following the size guide, that one part of the area was way too small for me.

I bought an item which was too long in the body for me. No clear returns information and I was told I'd only get £7 back out of the item price of £30.99 and the item couldn't be returned.

The first response took 24hrs. Then I was told I couldn’t return the item even though there was no issue - no clear reason why other than it appeared too difficult for meet curve. When I asked to return I got told I could only have a £7 refund out of the total

I was a bit weary ordering from a Facebook ad, but the ordering process was simple. The bathing suit arrived in a timely manner and it is VERY flattering!

Size wasn't correct it was 4 sizes to small. I tried to return it and they said I had to pay the shipping cost to return and get my money back. At that point I would have just been losing money.

The person didn’t respond for 6 days after already starting a conversation. I had to contact someone else.

I am a 3X and I love my bathing suits! Its not too baggy in the butt or too tight its just perfect. The whole suit fits me so well and supports my boobs so good!

I've often struggled w chest support and this suit delivers! I feel really sexy in this suit. I usually wear a xl-xxl US top and 16 US bottom. I ordered the 3xl and am very satisfied.

Sizing is way off. I normally wear a 1x, ordered a 2x & clothing fits my daughter who is a size medium...will not buy from this so called plus size store again
