Excellent swim suits for BBWs but just didn't work for me. I've been trying to contact customer service for a return and refund but no one seems to respond to emails and such.

One bathing suit had the torso measurements of maybe a 5 foot person. It was a horrible fit. I threw it in the garbage because it wasn't worth the cost to return it.

Meetcurve showed up on my Facebook feed so I went to their website to check it out. Ended up buying a suit and used it for the first time alrt week. It's super cute and comfy, I love it!

I purchased two bathing suits. After trying them on, I like how only one fits. I've been trying to return the bathing suit to get a different one from meetcurve.

I ordered a 1 piece, a 2 piece and what I thought was another 2 piece (but it was only the top). The 1 piece is fine but the 2 piece didn't look flattering at all. The top only was the same price as the 1 piece and I didn't want to purchase the bottom (too expensive). I asked to return the items and the return policy is a joke. To return an item the original tags and liner have to be in place (which is fine and they were) and they don't pay for return shipping (which I know some smaller brands don't) so I was okay. BUT...they also require me to take pictures of the garments and provide tracking with the return. Once they receive the item it goes through a serious inspection to make sure it can be resold. If any of these items aren't done then you don't get your money back. By the time I spend the time and money returning the items my refund will be like nothing. To top it all off, they ask me to keep the items instead of returning them and they'll give me a discount on my next purchase. So keep items that I don't want but buy more from them. Yeah no thanks!

First off, all contact is via email. The rep that I worked with was either ESL or didn't finish high school because the email I received had such poor grammar. This is not a sentence and is confusing: "No crotch Stickers or affect the secondary sale, no return."

Even after I responded telling them that the return policy was unreasonable burdensome, the rep responded like she didn't even read my response. I told her that I'd rather donate the items to goodwill and save myself the hassel of meeting your return policy and she responds

"Our return address is ROSEDALE NY ******* USA.

How about you keep the item and we offer a $5 coupon and $32 partial refund for you please ?"

That isn't even an address and why would I keep garments that don't work while dealing with the aggravation of trying to return them all to turn around and buy more?

The quality of bathinsiuts was so good. Sadly the didn't fit.

Tracking the order was not easy. The service mails took long to respond. Sending back the order is a nightmare with the device mail.

I had a confusion in some pieces I thought they were both pieces and it was only a top or a botom.

The prices are a bit high but the swimsuits are of good quality

The black and white stripes suit with cuffed sleeves is too small and pulls down making my boobs look saggy. The purple racer back top is too baggy and the cup size is too small. They were both 2xl.

I've only tried in briefly. But I am pleased. The one piece blk/whi is Awesome! The two piece hot pink leopard I feel I probably could have sized down in the bottom. But over all I'm pleased.

It took me two weeks to place this order. The site wasn't responding every time I tried to place my order. Had to express shipping because my vacation is in three weeks.

On the one piece swimsuit the arms were very tight and didn't fit wall at all, being a bigger woman I had hight hope for finding a swimsuit that fit and I could wear all the time

This is my first tome for ordering from Meetcurve. I was very pleasantly surprised at the quality and the timely fashion of getting my order. I will definitely order from Meetcurve again!

I did not realize the shipment would come from overseas. Also the sizing chart is tooooo small. I used the chart to order multiple items and majority of items are too small.

I will start off by saying I loved the suit I got. However, my experience with the customer service has left me wanting.

I purchased 2 of the same suit in different sizes because I wasn't sure which would be best. I intended to return one of them. I read the return/exchange policy carefully and knew that I had 15 days to reach out to them for the return information and return the product. I quickly reached out to them via email after receiving the suits. After a week, I emailed again as well as requested help via the chat desk. After 2 days I did hear back from them via the chat (I have yet to hear from them via the email they listen under the return/exchange policy online). The gal seemed to be very helpful at first and when I explained that I would like to return one of the suits, she wouldn't give me the return info at all, she offered a credit to my account and to keep the suits I had. That's very kind, however, I don't need two of the same suit, as I explained. And I don't want a credit, I would prefer a refund. I have not heard back from them after several days, so I don't know how this will end. But I'm getting the impression that not only are they very difficult to get a hold of (I see no # I can just call and speak with a representative), but they take a long time to return their contacts at which point the 15 days have passed and they offer you other options besides just allowing the return and refund that it says online they will allow. Do not have instructions for returns if you are not willing to uphold and abide by them when customers are trying to follow your policy.

The whole Process was perfect. Contact the Costumer service was easy, very helpful and kind. The Clothes fit very well and I would order again without a doubt. Super!

Fast and very kind and helpful

I ordered 3 different swit suits, all the same size and 2 same style. One of the same style top half is too small, even though it's the same size as the other suits. Besides that quality seems good

Bought 4 items and had to return 2 because of sizing. You had to email to return which wasn't ideal, but someone responded within 24 hours and was helpful.

A good experience...being able to see real women, all shapes and sizes actually modeling the swimsuits was great. Was pleasantly surprised by the over all quality of the swimsuits

Too short, it looks in the photos like minimal stomach is exposed and I feel like my entire torso was exposed in the 2-pieces, and 1-pieces weren't long enough.

Haven’t returned my email yet to return my order.

They won't let you return items so good luck finding the right fit on the first try. I had to eat the cost of my purchase because they wouldn't let me return my items.

It was horrible - this business is a scam

Some of the items didnt fit, so I was offered to keep the items at a reduced return amount. I guess that was ok. I'll donate the item that doesn't fit.

Found what I was looking for and using PayPal was seamless, my only complaint is the color was off for 1 item and there was no return for it. Now I have waisted money

Unfortunately the clothes are to big although I used the size table and messured myself before I place my order. Now I want to return the clothes but I can't get hold of anyone.

Didn't get an answer in 2 days....
