Fast delivery, got exactly what I ordered. I'd read lots of unhappy customers so was worried to order. I sized one up also due to other comments and bathers all fit perfect. For what a paid I'm happy with what I received.
The colors were extremely accurate to what was on the website was disappointed by the quality of bra pads, especially for plus size girls. I would have thought that the pads would have covered all of the chest area but they were too small and sewn in so you can't even remove them. The return process is also very challenging.
A 4xl was the equivalent to an American 2xl. Nothing fit me so I had to give my suits to my sister in law since I read the return policy sucks. Disappointing

I purchased three bathing suits in Fall 2022. I measured according to the site and ordered based off the charts. These three were great quality and fit well. I referred five people to the site who all made purchases and liked their products.
Then, I ordered two more bathing suits in Summer 2023. They fit properly however I did not like the way one of the suits band on the ribs kept rolling when I tried it on. So I wanted to return that one and keep the other.
It was nothing but a hassle from that point on. For an online clothing business in 2023, who states on their website "Easy Returns", it should have been a simple process. But it was terrible.
I had to send four emails to request return instructions (this is their directions on the website for returns) before receiving a response ten days later. The response was poorly written, not clear and did not provide any instructions on returning.
I had to send three more emails to get a response that made any sense at all and finally realized they do not have free returns (first business in many many years I've ever dealt with that doesn't have free returns). They never provided clear instructions on how to return, only offered a discount code for the full value on a future purchase if I chose to return the items or I could keep the items and they would refund me 50% of my cost.
I got an estimate for shipping costs to their location which is in USA (I'm in Canada) and it was going to cost me more than receiving the 50% back so I just ended up taking that option.
I will NEVER buy from them again nor recommend anyone to. You're bound to have some items that won't fit or flatter the way you want, so returns happen. I was planning to return the bathing suit I had and purchase the other one I got in a different colour. But after this hassle and the fact I'm out money and stuck with a bathing suit I don't like or want, just sours the entire experience. It's 2023, how do they have such a poor return policy?

The swimsuit I purchased did not fit I have a long torso and normally wear size 22 I sized up to size 24 as recommended size chart said but unfortunately the torso did not fit

I ordered 4 swimsuits to have multiple options since they all look different. 2 of them fit perfectly however the top of the set was one size too small and I didn't like the 4th option. I tried to get the top exchanged for a larger size and was denied and then I tried to return the products to get my money back since I wasn't allowed to have the top exchanged. I sent multiple emails and it took several days for a response back, I was perfectly fine with mailing the suits back and paying for shipping and providing the tracking info. However I was never emailed the address and they just offered me $33 back so that I wouldn't return the shoes, I accepted it only because honestly I didn't think that I'd get my money back any other way. It was so bizarre that they wouldn't give me the return address and it stops me from purchasing from meet curve again because I like buying multiple options and returning the ones that don't fit. I wear a G36 and have a 32 waist so it's just very hard to find things that fit me hence why I buy multiple options.
I emailed multiple times to get my orders shipped back and they were so slow, also they wouldn’t give me the return address and just offered $33 in compensation instead of the fill $65 and that I could keep the suits. I only accepted this because I didn’t believe I’d get my money back any other way.
I had no problem with the shipping requirements and paying for shipping and providing tracking. However I wasn’t given the address to mail things back. Sadly because of this I will not be purchasing from meet curve i the future. I buy multiple options because my body isn’t a one size fits all and I have the expectation that I can return things which is also noted in the returns/exchanges guidelines. It’s so hard to find swimsuits built for bigger chests, I wear a G36 and it’s so hard. They are usually so expensive too, meet curve had affordable prices and we’re made for non skinny girls.
I wanted a good one piece as well as a bikini that I loved. Our od the 4 things, 2 fit me perfectly. One top was a little too small, and I didn’t like the 4th option.
I ordered 3 swim suits on July 9th. I received an email with tracking information that same day. On July 13th, I checked the tracking and it said the label had been printed but not shipped yet. I emailed them because I was going on a trip and needed the swimsuits before I left and I was told that I couldn't cancel my order because it had already shipped. It seems that they lied because the tracking said the package didn't ship until the 17th, 8 days after I ordered. I didn't receive the order until the 26th, when I no longer needed them. I placed an order instead with another company and received those suits within 3 days. I've asked for the return instructions on the 27th and I've not received it yet and today is the 29th. Extremely disappointed in this company at this point. Even though they could've canceled my order back on the 13th, I wouldn't doubt that they're going to make me pay for the return shipping.
Terrible. I placed my order on the 9th of July. I emailed them on the 13th when the tracking information showed that they hadn't shipped yet. They refused to cancel the order, saying it already shipped. However, it wasn't until the 17th, that the tracking showed that the items actually shipped. I didn't receive the package until the 26th, emailed asking for return instructions on the 27th and here we are on the 29th and still don't have the return instructions. Is over $100 in swimsuits is like to return. Very disappointed.

I ordered 3 swim dresses in 3x. They were not a typical 3x at all. Much too short in the torso and skirt did not cover below the crotch. They are also bulky and the prints are not sharp or particularly attractive.
Trying to return has been too long and too involved a process. I'm unsure I will ever get my refund.

I received an email (without return address) asking if I'd like to keep the swimsuits and recieve $35 back (on a $113 order!?) The writer was clearly not a native English speaker so I wondered if this is common in other countries?
I answered no, I want a full refund and asked again for return address.
I got another email asking if I'd accept keeping the suits, a refund of $62 and a $5 coupon!? No return address.
Again I answered NO, I need a full refund and I need the return address.
Finally got an email with the return address and instructions 3 days after my initial inquiry.
They require you to provide a tracking number for your return package.
I mailed my items back, with another email to them with my USPS tracking number.
It's been several days and no more correspondence from customer service. Refund is, I hope but am unconvinced, still coming.

Loved one suit and it fit perfectly! Two piece (XL top and 2x bottom). Second two piece was a 2x and the fit was a little snugger and low cut on bottom than I liked, but still very cute.

I was excited to order from a company who branded themselves as a plus size swim line. Not shocked that out of the 7 suits I ordered, none of them worked. They do not accommodate for plus size pear shaped women. Not to the point where the tops were too big, but they didn't account for extra fabric in the torso so the bust lines on ever suit hit about 2 inches too low. There was no proportion accommodation in the design. Non-the-less, I read the return policy and was prepared to pay to ship all the swimsuits back on my own dime in their 15 DAY return window. This is where things turned sideways. They do not provide you the return address and instead ask you to email customer service. I did this immediately. Over the next week I had their "customer service" team emailing me back bargaining my return with offers for discounts or percentages of the money I paid. I finally had to copy and paste their return policy in an email and demand they send me the return address so I could get this to them and received my refund. Once I finally got the address, I sent and tracked the shipment emailing them when it arrived to ensure it was received. They confirmed and said my refund would come within 30 DAYS and if it didn't to contact my bank! I did receive my refund several weeks after they received the return. However, I had a friend who ordered at the same time and she did not ever receive the return address and reached out to her bank to stop payment. The product is not what it is advertised and they do not have good customer service. I would avoid at all costs. I've added copies of the responses I received add of the return address in case someone else is getting the run around like I did.

I liked the suit top but the underwire didn't sit where it should. And I have to say it wasn't a real comfortable bathing suit top. Maybe if the underwire sat where it should it would be better.

I kept 2 items and I continue to try to return 3 items because they don’t fit. I’m getting the runaround from support and continue to receive the same email offering a gift card only. The online policy states they honor returns, but they still have yet to provide me return instructions and provide me a return address. There is 15 days for the return to happen so I feel they are just buying time until the clock runs out. This is not good business practice.
