Frustrating as I was unable to complete the transaction for purchasing. Tried on three different computers to see if that was the problem and finally had to ask my Mom to place the order. When I contacted you about it was simply told
" Thank you so much for your email to let us know about this and please accept our sincerest apology for any trouble this may have caused you.
We always value customers who are keen to give us their feedback. Your feedback has been very helpful. I will be sure to pass on what you have told me to our managerial team.
Thank you for being so patient with me on this. It's nice to email a customer who has been so proactive"
But no actual help. Very frustrating.

As stated above, had issues finishing my transaction. Changed computers and then tried on a tablet with same results. Finally had to ask my Mom to try on her computer and it went through.
Contacted customer support and was given no guidance or help just a thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Items were much too short through the torso. I reached out to customer service for returns. Each response from them was slow and minimally informative. I returned the package to the address marked 'returns' on the original package and provided ( as requested) a tracking number to customer service only to be told that returns must ship to New York, not California. Since then I have received a series of patronizing messages about how sorry they are, how they would have been happy to issue a refund if I had sent it to the address ( which they only provided after I gave them a tracking number). I paid $75 for my order, another $16.00 to return it an likely will never see a penny back.

Nice things on the website. Easy to place an order. Only gave four stars. So far the items look to be of good quality. Better than other sites I have ordered from. My order arrived on time and in good condition. Held back one star as I haven't worn the bathing suits in the water yet.

Great selection, easy website to navigate. The suit fits good but I'm a little disappointed with the chest support. The cups just sort of float around in the suit and there is no shelf for them to sit in. Other then that, sizing was pretty accurate, seems to be decent quality and it looks good! I've gotten lots of compliments on it.

Love the easy to access info about the products, the size chart, and the reviews. And PayPal is accepted which is always a plus. After receiving my items, they look great but were too big. Started the return process but, if it ever gets resolved, it's going to take a while. I'm not getting timely responses.

Buyers beware. This is a China company so everything takes very long to ship and the quality is terrible. Sizes were all weird and nothing fit. I wanted to return it all but they make US pay for shipping back and also make the process nearly impossible. When you get the items, there is no packing slip or receipt so it's just the clothes. The name of this place isn't even anywhere listed so trying to get in touch with how to return is a challenge in itself. When you do finally get a hold of someone, they don't send you a label, they send you an email with lengthy instructions of the steps it takes to return the product. TERRIBLE! I will never order from here again!

I did get a decent response time from them, but the instructions they sent on how to do a return was ridiculous! And I was mad I had to pay for shipping back. The return process is TERRIBLE and I hardly got any of my money back after having to pay to send back.

The items received were of good quality. Returning items is an unnecessary hassle as the service team responds only once within a 24 hours period - normally between 1-3 am. They continually push accepting a discounted credit to avoid shipping the items back to their warehouse and they withhold the return shipping address in an attempt to run out the 15 day return period. I would not order again from this company due to their customer service standards.

Sizing of the items was wrong. Did not fit the measurements at all. Getting return authorization took way longer than it should have. Offering $20 coupon for keeping the items I will never wear is not an adequate compensation for a $73 order so I will be returning tomorrow. Oh—and Your checkout page is the worst I have ever attempted to use.

Clearly I was dealing with someone who was not a native English speaker. Waiting 24 hours for each response was inefficient and time consuming.

Ordered two suits, both are super cute and great quality, and fit rather well also. But... the padding shows through the suit taking away from how great they are. Kinda disappointed. I will wear them at home in the hot tub, but they wont be going with me on vacation in January like I had hoped.

So far I've chosen 3 swim dresses. I hope they fit.

Unfortunately they are too small. I can just squeeze into 1. Rather than return them and reorder, and pay for all the extra postage, I am going to try and sell them on to friends.
Maybe later I will reassess my size and order another.

They offered for me to return and reorder but it makes the postage really expensive.

All items I purchased were too small after following the sizing charts. I have been trying to get answers from Customer Service for well over a week on how I can return and get a refund. They have been very unresponsive. And the 1 response I did get was not pleasant. I spent over $150 of clothing I cannot use and am getting absolutely no help to fix that. I at first was going to try other items, now I do not feel confident to purchase from you again.

Impossible to return items. Takes several days before having someone answering back. They are trying to bargain with you and always take many days before hearing back. Trying to offer me a 5$ coupon instead of letting me return the merchandise for full refund. They refuse to give you a return address. Eventually, they just ignore your emails. The bathing suits are cheap and not well done. What a joke this place. I regret strongly having ordered from there. Never again!

I found this website scrolling thru social media and I was in desperate need of a new swim suit. I came across this site which has several cute swimsuits made for women who have shape. I ordered two and they both fit me perfectly and both were made of durable material. I was also very happy with the pricing...all swim suits average about $35 which is great!

I hate swimsuit shopping in person, let alone online. But these suits were too cute to pass up! The shipment tracking didn't work for a few days, but they still came pretty quickly. The material is thick and the stitching is tight and even. I'm really impressed by the support in the chest and the swimsuits themselves are really flattering and I feel very comfortable in them which is a HUGE deal for me. I highly recommend this site!

Ordered the available items and paid for it. The site said available and when I questioned where is my order they then indicated one was sold out. This should be known at the time of purchase not after the fact

I ordered 2 bathing suits from meet curve and had my reservations about this site, they don't get a tonne of great feedback so I was worried. But the experience from start to finish has been pretty easy, they send me a shipping notification with tracking info so I have been able to follow my order from start to finish. I received them today and actually LOVE both of them. They fit great, actually a tad bit big, but very comfortable. The quality is actually great as well. I'll be ordering more for sure!

I emailed staff immediately after receiving my suits which were too small, only to be told I had to get a return address and pay for shipping myself, all which I agreed to. Emailed several times to try to return and was completely ghosted, now have missed the return window and am out $80. I guess that's how they get your money, just stop answering emails until you miss the return window. DO NOT order online from a place if you can't return!

They stopped answering emails and I never got a return address so I missed the window. Extremely frustrating, nobody has answered me for a week and I have emailed again and again.

I've been going back and forth with customer service for 15 days trying to return items that didn't fit properly. They keep offering me a partial refund & to keep the bathing suits but they don't fit.

Meet curve offers a variety of styles and fits that accentuate curves with fun, flirty, and elegant prints. The delivery took about a month so prepare for that. I ordered large and many bottoms were slightly small for me. I'm 5'6,175 and a size 12/14 so I probably should've gone with xtra large. Some pieces are sold together and some separately which I didn't realize until they arrived. Overall I was very happy with the suits that fit and would purchase from Meet Curve again.

This site popped up as an ad while I was reading online. I checked it out... liked what I saw, and decided to buy.

I liked the curvy models (who resemble me), along with details regarding their size and height. This info helped me make a good style/fit selection.

Shipping took longer than expected by over a week. Then we I received them, none of the pieces fit as expected for the sizes. I sent a customer support request about returning and have not heard back.

Still have not heard back about return request.

Customer Service so far has been helpful. 5 out of 7 items ordered do not fit. The sizing seems off. The return process isn't easy but it isn't a pain. I am shipping my items back today so I have yet to see if the returns are customer friendly.

I returned the merchandise in a timely manner per Company timeframe. I was then requested to provide information as to reason for returning. After complying each time with above they continued to request more information. Very frustrating
