The product I received had many torn seems. When I reached out to receive a refund on this product, your company played a bunch of games with me about only refunding me a partial amount, making me pay for shipping, etc. If you ship out a faulty product, you should be willing to offer viable return options, but I guess that's just how scams like your company operate.

Once again, the return options provided to me were ridiculous. Either I would get a 25% refund on the product, a coupon so that I could buy another faulty product from you, or I could return the product for a refund of the actual product price, but I have to pay for shipping and you don't tell the person what the address is until they choose that option. For all I know, it could be in Hong Kong and the shipping could cost more than the actual item. Scam scam scam.

My items arrived and I would say they were of poor quality for the cost. I wanted to return the items but after repeated emails the address was not forth coming apart from a district in Queens NY. I have had to escalate this to PayPal resolution centre

I would actually have given no stars if that were an option. Customer service seems to be provided by a bot.

I really liked the style of this swimsuit. It was zebra print and it had "sleeves." I did not like that you had to pick one size. I am smaller up top but larger down below. My top fit fairly well but my bottoms are too tight…

Easy and fast. I've never ordered clothes online as I'm top heavy and I've gained weight lately. It fits okay but it seems short in the body (I have a short torso). The cups just don't seem to cup. It's wearable but I'm not sure I'll be comfortable.

I loved the selection. After reviewing several similar sites, I bought 2 favorites from Meet.curve. I was so excited because they offered unusual options like flutter sleeves and cap sleeves. Unfortunately, even though I have a short torso, the suits were just too short from top to bottom.

Out of 4 swimming suits only 1 fit. They are very short in the torso length. Beware if needing to return, they do not come with any information if needed to return. Any emails to customer service takes a day b/c their in China. This eats up the return time limit! They do not pay for returns. I asked for a return address and was given city/state in US. Took another 24 hours plus weekend to get the rest of the information. I would NOT order again!

It takes a day each time I sent an email also language barrier on their side. They are trying to only give me $43 plus a $5 credit for 3 swimming suits I am returning! Only have 15 days to return and they use up half of those by the time difference! The return address they sent me was just a city/state in the US had to wait over the weekend to get more information! This is terrible!!!

I was excited about receiving my order, but when I went to try on the first swimsuit I notice that there was a blood stain in the crotch, yuck! I'll be returning all of the items. Just can't get past that. Quality control should've prevented that from happening.

I haven't heard back yet on my return authorization request, but it has only been a few hours, so I'm not surprised.

Return Policy doesn't state that returns are next to impossible. Was prepared to pay shipping but unable to get return address from company after much back and forth. Settled on a credit to keep product that does not fit and is not needed at less than purchase price.

Representative tired to negotiate a fix but overall process of not being able to return from Canada is falsely represented in return policy documents.

I bought 3 suits to try after checking that their return policy was 15 days after delivery. Swim suits are always hit or miss. Unfortunately these were a miss for me. I have been trying to return these suits for 2 weeks now. Customer support has stopped responded to my emails and now I am stuck with 100 dollars worth of bathing suits that I will not wear. Very disappointed.

They have stopped responding. I am waiting for a return address to send items back in order to get a refund.

I love the prices and selection! I'm a little disappointed that as a larger size, that you only get a shelf bra with movable pads. It does not provide me with bust support and I am feeling self conscious about being smashed for lack of a better term. It's workable, but just for me, I may not be keeping them.

I love the bathing suits but the customer service is not good. The return/refund policy is clearly stated on the website so this should not be an issue. It has been a horrible experience trying to get a refund and return a swimsuit which doesn't fit. It's never been worn, tags on and in original package and the company does not want to honor their own policy. Very frustrating. I will continue to communicate until I get to someone who will help me.

Horrible. Still ongoing. The day I received my order one of the suits didn't fit. I immediately sent email asking to return and get refund. Going on days of emails back and forth wanting to offer me a minimal amount of refund and not accept return. I understand that I am responsible for paying to return. Being told they don't have a facility to accept return and will not offer a full refund. This is unacceptable since it is stated on the website that returns and refunds are possible.

The products did not fit properly (they should provide cup size) and they did not provide any ability to return the items since I live in Canada. They advertise no hassle returns but don't mention this is US only. After much back and forth I received about 1/3 of my money back and lost nearly $100. Not impressed at all!

Good range of swim suits. I recently wore it almost everyday for about 10 days on holiday. I'm not sure the suit is going to last very long though - some of the stitching is coming undone around the clasp area. But it was quite good value so I'm not too bothered.

The bathing suits were suit and were received in a reasonable amount of time. The suits seemed good quality but felt very snug and also short in the torso. Upon trying to return the items I purchased, I was bargained with to try to accept a "partial refund" of $10 (my order was over $100), then a $15 "partial refund." It was only several emails later, after I spelled it out that "I expect at least a refund of $x" did they agree to give me the entire return address. I sent the suits back yesterday and provided them with the tracking number (required by them) and have not heard anything back. I'm hoping I still get my refund. Would NOT recommend anyone purchase anything from here unless you are ok with a returning hassle.

Products were super cute and we'll made, however way too big.
I tried to return the next day through customer service and it took multiple back and forth messages to get them to allow me to return. Which still didn't happen but they gave me some of my money back which I accepted just to have to process over with.
I would never order again.

They held the return shipping address hostage and kept bartering back and forth until I finally just gave in after about 7 days of daily emails.

I actually enjoyed the experience just fine. I bought two suits and they're pretty high quality but fit smaller than I had hoped. Can't get a bigger size because I got the biggest and they're still tight. I'd say go up by two sizes instead of one. Just to make sure.

I've ordered 5 products, 3 out of those will be returned. 2 not true to picture and the third one doesn't seem to be finished, the seam isn't sawn, it is just cut with scissors.
And if I want to return it, it is a charge which I should pay even when I was sent faulty product.

Only one email address, no live chat function and the only reply I got back so far is an auto message saying ticket created.

I bought this for my daughter after having difficulty finding an adequate swimsuit in-store at a reasonable price. While my daughter's frame is small, her bust is not, and finding what is age appropriate is not always an easy task. She also has sensory issues which make certain materials triggering for her. She was excited after trying it on to find how comfortable it was.

I have been trying to return a suit that is too small for two weeks now. I have followed their return policy but they only respond to emails every few days (it's been 4 days now). Looks like I'm out $45. Only buy from here if you know it will fit!

They have not followed their own return policy. Return should be much simpler. They do not respond in a timely fashion. Waste of time and money!

I'm very pleased with the quality of the swimsuit that I ordered. Customer service was surprisingly quick and attentive, when I expressed concern that my order would arrive in time for my holiday. Which it did!

Quick and efficient

Suits are not supportive for busty women. Customer service will not give me an address to return product, only offer some money back for something I'll never use. I will not ever recommend or buy again

Very cute product. It's hard to find a cute one piece. (I am a mom of 2 young boys, no time for 2 piece suits!) however, I went by my measurements and selected according to their site chart but the swimsuit was a little tighter than I would have liked so be sure to read and measure!

I ordered 2 swimsuits. 1 came damaged (but I would have really liked it if it didn't have a big hole in it) and the other was nice but too small on top. Having a very hard time with customer service to return them.
