I'm very pleased with the quality of the swimsuit that I ordered. Customer service was surprisingly quick and attentive, when I expressed concern that my order would arrive in time for my holiday. Which it did!

Quick and efficient

I am very disappointed with the delivery process and support, as after contacting them several times I still have not received any information on where my package is. The package should have arrived 1 week ago.

I ordered 2 swimsuits. 1 came damaged (but I would have really liked it if it didn't have a big hole in it) and the other was nice but too small on top. Having a very hard time with customer service to return them.

Love the swimsuit. Fit great and appears to be well made. I do wish however, that colonies had to disclose on the front end that they are based in China and the products will be shipped from there. I purchase this swimsuit for vacation, ordered it two weeks before leaving thinking that would be plenty of time, especially since the shipping cost was $12.99. It took all of 14 days for this to arrive. Had I known the product was shipping from China I would have shipped elsewhere.

Placed an order for several items before reading the reviews for this site. Most reviews were people sharing their experiences with Meet.curve and for the most part, they were negative reviews. First lesson is never order from a site that does not have a phone # for you to talk to a live person. I received my items and wanted to return 3/4 due to me not really liking how they looked on. The quality is average. So after several emails I have agreed to keep the items I was going to return and they will refund me $28. Really! Since this company is apparently in China, go figure, by the time you return your items and pay for shipping your refund will be minimal. Oh I can't forget they'll give you a $5 coupon for your next order, yippee! So in summary, avoid ordering from this site, it's a SCAM and should be shut down. Shame on me for not checking it out further, lesson learned.

I requested help returning an item I purchased and was told I could return it for a refund, but under some very specific and confusing conditions. I was told I would also have to pay postage on the return and not provided an address to send the item. So 1 week into this return process, I'm still waiting. They do not make returns easy at all and are very slow in their response time

Pretty nice quality items. I have a large bust area so knew I was taking a chance. A couple of the suits don't exactly hold me up but happy to have the adjustable strap option :) For mostly laying on the beach they'll be great

Suit took a little longer to get than I would have liked, but really not too bad. It was worth the wait though bc the cut was extremely flattering, and the support for the chest (esp after having several babies) is amazing. I normally wear a size 18 so I ordered a XXL but should've ordered an XL bc it's just a little loose. But it's good for now and I plan to order another one for summer in the next size down! The only thing that would make this suit even more perfect IMO would be a little more support/slimming in the tummy.

I was worried that coming from China, it would take a very long time to arrive but it was less than a week! The two pieces i bought are high quality print, fabric, and cut. Very happy with my purchase!

Paid extra for expedited shipping so suits would be here in time for my trip. Never got a tracking number and had to request online for tracking information. Kept saying that a label was created and showed up a week late with no notice.

I placed an order but was contacted the following week to say that as I have too many items they wouldn't accept returns from it.
I have issues with sizing and it's so important to get it right with swimwear. I ordered about 10 things (some individual tops and bottoms) and i was aiming to keep 3 sets if they fitted. Customer services contacted me to say that I couldn't return the items unless I ordered fewer.
This went back and forth as there is no mention of this on their website and customer services weren't listening to the points I raised. They're also clearly not UK based as is implied, or certainly the person I was speaking to wasn't. Currently waiting on a refund.

I ordered a swimsuit from here before I'd read the reviews, what a mistake! They are a complete scam, they are not based in the UK like their Facebook states & they don't do returns even though they say they do! They first of all offered a 30% refund which obviously I said no. They then offered 70% which I accepted to be done with it, it's been a few weeks and I'm yet to still actually receive the refund and now they are ignoring my messages.
They also delete comments off their Facebook page if anything negative has been said. Don't buy from this company! The swimsuits are not worth the money, the sizes are completely out & no support in the busy area whatsoever. I'm really angry at myself for being sucked into this scam.

Complete waste of time, they only answer about 3-4am and take days to reply with no real resolution. Now I’ve messaged asked where my refund is, I’m now being ignored.

Was very disappointed. Waited what seem like a very long time for items to arrive. When they finally did they did not fit. Small sizes. Now I have to go through the hassle of returning and trying to find a bathing suit somewhere else.

Would love to give a positive review because the suits are cute. However one is just a really strange fit and the other is really big in the bottoms but workable. Both fabric content lists were inaccurate. If I want to return I need to apply for permission and pay shipping after sending a photo of the merch. Not worth the hassle.

I specifically ordered because of the advertisements saying the suits would fit "curvy" women. The bra cups on the suits are no larger than any other brand (B-C cup only), and are not cut for curvy figures as advertised. I kept them only to use in the hot tub at home, but I would not feel comfortable wearing these in public because I have to constantly adjust the top with the bra pads being so small.

I need to return this parcel but haven't been given the return address, just an offer of money instead I want to return and get my refund as stated in the term's & conditions which you are not complying with.

Same email being sent time after time not actually answering my question

The swimsuit was great but a little small. I had not looked carefully at the return policy and was disappointed that it is not free returns or exchanges. The shipping cost is not refundable (half of the price of the suit!), and they require you to include tracking and pay for the return so that would have been an additional $10. Since I would have basically paid for 2 suits with all the extra costs, I just kept it even though I won't ever wear it.

The return policy sucks and though they were very fast to respond, they did not offer any alternatives that would have evened out the cost of returning or exchanging.

For my type of figure not really suitable. I have a big chest and need more support from my swimwear.

Sending it back is a nightmare, takes forever to get a response and no questions are answered through customer support.

It’s been a week since I wanted to send back my order, got in contact with customer service and I don’t get any information on how to do it.
It takes forever to get an answer and instead of going through the website, I’m dependent on customer service to give me the details on how to send back an order.
Really annoying and very time consuming.

I have been working with the return department for over a week trying to get my money back. The experience has not been great and honestly I will not ever order from this site again based on this issue.

I am trying to make a return and being offered $20 on a $68 order!

The tops are much smaller then anticipated when you say curves you expect a swim suit for a women with curves. I have a large bust and I bought three suites. One o had altered because the band around the rib cage was to big and the cups were almost to small but I can make due. The second one is good it fits like a sports bra. The last one the bottoms were huge and the top so small I was spilling out in every direction.

It look a couple weeks longer to arrive than what they said it would. I'm not impressed with the one piece I got. It fits the same as every other one I've ever tried from different places. (Cuts in at all the wrong places). I like the fabrics and the bottoms fit well, but the tops were all giant on me and not really accurate in size

Returns policy is non-existent, you are requested to return your order to a USA address at your own cost but never actually get given the address. It takes days to get a response from the customer service department and they only offer a small refund rather than returning the items. I'm out of pocket and have no way of sorting this out.

Would be zero stars if I could do that!

Will NEVER order from this site again. Took several emails over five days to get info to return an item. Only 15 days to return/the company to receive returns. Felt I was totally being stalled so I would miss deadline. Company kept trying to convince me to keep item which didn't work for me and take reduced refund.
Be very careful if you order from this site.
