It look a couple weeks longer to arrive than what they said it would. I'm not impressed with the one piece I got. It fits the same as every other one I've ever tried from different places. (Cuts in at all the wrong places). I like the fabrics and the bottoms fit well, but the tops were all giant on me and not really accurate in size

I ordered two swimsuits. This is not something I enjoy. However, there were several decent options so I gave it a shot. One skirted suit was a bit short in the rise, which caused the top portion to expose lots of skin. Acceptable but not optimal. The other suit worked but I wore a swim skirt over it. Overall, a good purchase.

I bought the ruffled v-neck style togs in a couple of different colours and I'm very happy! They're a very flattering and feminine cut and make me feel sexy yet secure. I wear them with the hollow out lace overlay shorts and no longer dread being seen in public in my swimwear.

I purchased 3 Swimsuits which did not fit.
On contacting Meet.Curve I was told they would first send £27 then another offer of £28 as it would be too expensive to return the items to the USA. I purchased the Swimwear on a UK site.

I spent a week trying to gain clarity on the returns service which was hugely frustrating. I asked repeatedly for the return address which took days to come through.
There is no label sent with items for returns which would explain the whole process much better and be less a cause for concern especially when spending £91.96!
I did not want to keep the items and wanted a full refund.

This seemed a problem.

Eventually I had an email from Meet.Curve giving email address to return.

I packaged and sent back to USA items following all instructions. Cost £27.60 to return.

I now wait my money refund.

This was not the best experience and massively frustrating. Should be made much clearer for all purchasers that buy from them.

Time taken was over a week to gain clarity as to returning the swimwear.
I was being offered money and to keep the items.

I spent over £90 and as the items did not fit I wanted a complete refund.

Customer service was bad and certainly did not give me faith or trust in the company.

Transparency in the beginning as to the returns conditions would have helped.
The emails were generic and repeated and days between contact. FaceBook messenger messages declared they couldn't find my order. It took 2 days for a reply.
I purchased on a UK site but was told all returns are to be sent to USA and paid for by customer.
Over a week to gain an address to return.

I ordered 2 bathing suits, they were beautiful. True to size, I know shipping takes like 7 to 14 days, mine took a little longer and I needed it b4 a certain weekend. I think it took like 3 weeks to get here. But while I emailed regarding my shipping, I received great and responsive customer service which I greatly appreciated. In that aspect i give them 5 stars.

I ordered 3 swimsuits about 10 days before I left for vacation thinking for sure that they would arrive in time. Didn't arrive until 2 days after I had left. I guess I'm just used to fast shipping thru others sites I order from. Tried them on after returning home from vacation and they are super cute but just a little too small and one of them was damaged.

I literally just emailed for an exchange request about 5 mins ago.

I followed the size chart, but it doesn't come close to fitting my chest. I would have hoped a shop specifically for curvy swimwear would have accurate measurements, but nope, it barely covers anything. I can't wear it, unless I want to be arrested for indecent exposure. Came with a very strong smell, it made my eyes water. I'm really disappointed because it looked so beautiful in the pictures.

I Ordered over £200 of swim wear. Tried to return some items and no one available to help. You have to email customer service but after 8 days I got no response. Tried Facebook messenger, got a response of someone stating it has to be sent to the USA so instead of me returning the products they offered me £40 to keep the swim wear. Explained I ordered multiple sizes therefor they are not needed and would prefer to return the unwanted items. I then never heard back of no one. Messaged back stating I would now be opening a dispute with PayPal and I was then blocked from messaging them. I commented on their Facebook posts asking for a return address and comments were deleted.
Messaged on instagram only to be told they can't help as they are the social media team.
I will get my refund one way or another but I will NEVER order from this company again. Seems I am not the only customer to experience this issue.

I will never order from this site again and will warn others to do the same. I order a swimsuit that was cute but very low cut. I wished to send it back. I sent about 5 emails/opened tickets to obtain a return address. I simply got a return address of Brooklyn NY *******. After a full week of back and forth, I told them I would simply donate the suit but wanted a refund. I originally offered to send it back minus shipping. I was told I would get a refund of $16 for a $43 purchase. I've yet to see my money and I'm sure I will never get that credit back on my card. Buyer beware! Next time, I will read reviews about this company. They are awful. I'll stick with Swimsuits For All and Macy's. It's worth spending the money as they are legitimate businesses with actual return policies

If I could give zero stars, I would. The customer service is horrendous.

My suits came in and unfortunately, I didn't try them on for a couple weeks. I'm not thrilled with the way they fit but due to the 15 day return policy (I'm a day late), it doesn't look like I'll be able to return or exchange them.

Was super excited for the swimwear based on all of the reviews. But it was nothing like that. The items did not fit whatsoever. When asked yo return I was told they'd give me $32 and I could keep the items (that absolutely do not fit). After going back multiple times they finally gave me a bit more money not what I spent and told me I could "donate or give the suits away". I will absolutely never ever order from this company again and would never suggest anyone giving them their business.

Found this site through Google search and figured I'd give it a go, nothing to lose. I tried other sites for curvy women and ordered from them...Meet.Curve has the superiority of true quality to look and sizing. The site was very easy to navigate and order AND I'm super happy with the product!

I was a bit apprehensive about ordering from meet curve as the lack of comments on social media page worried me it was a "fake website. But actually I can say I am very happy with the swimsuit I received. The only thing that annoys me about it is the fact the inserts in the bra cups tend to move wildly when washed. That'a the one thing that could be better. As far as the design I love it and it suits me pretty well!

This is my second purchase. I loved everything from my first order. Great fit, great quality and give support in all the right places. I was not happy with my part of second order. The white bikini top cups were so thick with padding that they did not fit. I wanted to return but shipping back would have cost more than the top itself.

I loved the quality of the products even though the products are not true to size. I am avg in height and these suits had to be made for a very petite size person. The torso was way too short. That threw everything else off as well. I was professionally measured and ordered according to size chart listed on website. It is not correct.

Will never buy from here again and would recommend others to not bother also
I ordered 4 items and wanted to send 2 back I was basically told when I emailed that they don't accept returns and wanted to give me a part payment instead. Too much haggling from them I ended up having to keep the items and was £16 down in pocket

I ordered a few swimming suits from Meet.Curve and they are all so cute! They ship from China I believe so it took a little longer to get them than I anticipated. I emailed the company and they responded very quickly and assured me that my items were on their way and sent updated tracking. Great customer service! Will definitely purchase from them again!

The pictures look great but the price is too good to be true. The suits are not great quality and now that I have asked for the return address and a full refund, I've not had any response from customer service. Returns are very difficult. The return address is only provided after several email exchanges. Who knows if I'll ever get to the next step, let alone a refund. If you basically want just cheap coverage, go ahead and buy. If you want structure and support in a good quality swim suit, pay more and buy a Miracle Suit. That's what I did in the end.

Very slow. Tried to talk me into keep products when I have asked already 2 times for the return/refund information.

Returns are difficult…after 2 emails I finally received the return address of where to ship it. I was to send them my tracking number and now I have had no response from the service team acknowledging that they have received my tracking number. At this point I'm not sure if I'll Be refunded the money.

Placed an order and all three items were the same size. Each fit completely different. I requested a refund and I'm 8 days into my request and they continue to offer me everything but a full refunds. The first offer was $20.00 and a 5 dollar coupon and to keep items. I said No, second offer was $30.00 and they said it was the best they could do. I'm still within my 15 day window and have had to do my third request for a full refund.

Long delivery time and returns are basically impossible. They will offer you minimal refund and keep the items rather than return. Refuse to give you a return address as they say it's in USA but most definitely a Chinese operation.
Eventually after numerous emails got a satisfactory refund and now trying to sell on unwanted items

I have been trying to complete a return of your products since I received them on June 6th. All I keep getting is blanket responses asking me to just do a partial credit. I want to return these items! When they finally said ok, they didn't provide a complete address, just the city and zip code. What is the problem with this company? I read your return policy and it states that I can get a refund but I need to pay the shipping. I am prepared to do so but your company won't allow me to. WHY?

It doesn't even deserve the one star I've given it. I have been trying to complete a return since June 7th but no one there will provide me the address to send it to. They just want to give me a partial credit towards more purchases. I don't want that. I am prepared to pay the shipping to return these items but no one will provide me with the address to ship it to. I don't understand your customer service since it clearly states in your information that you do allow returns.

The suit is cute. Doesn't have very much support for the girls. Bottoms have no liner so wrong wrong move and you could be flashing everyone. Never received order confirmation so I had to reach out to the company. Was given the wrong tracking number. Took multiple times to get an actual email confirming my order.
