I sent you guys a couple emails stating that one of my bathing suits that had the shorts did not fit over my hips and you gave me some bull crap $7 off thing and I don't think that's right so I'm not going to be shopping with you guys

Love the material and feel of these suits. A couple do not fit quite right and I will need to return. The overall experience has been pretty good aside from the fact that they do not ship to Alaska! I had to ship them to my mother in law and then have her ship them to me here, which took quite a while all together! I literally just received my packages on 6/23/23 after placing the order on 6/1/23

Very cute suits for plus size females. I would have liked the finishing neckline on the full piece I ordered to be more clean. I am also trying to get a different size in a bikini top and they still have not emailed me with the return or exchange information.

I ordered 2 suits that don't fit and the customer service when trying to process a return has been awful. They won't send me a return address and keep trying to offer a coupon or partial refund. I will not ever buy from them again. It is a total scam!

I bought two swimming costumes that were I'll fitting. It might be my fault but I didn't realize the company was in the US. So when wanting to return my items it was going to cost me £25! I now don't know what to do and customer services are very slow to respond.

First time shopping on line for a bathing suit. Selection was good but wish choice selection was even more extensive. As for sizing, it's true size to the measurements they provide. It fits great from the waist to the bottom but the top portion is a tiny bit too big, but not a deal breaker. Shipping to Canada took a little longer than I expected, but it still made it on time before my trip.

I received my swimsuit timely, item is as advertised, sizing and fit were accurate according to the size chart, quality seems good, colors are even prettier than expected! I feel covered and confident with my suit! Note: this item is sold as a set and the top may not fit larger-busted persons well.

Loved two of the swimsuits that fit but the one I wish to return they're making it impossible to return. Even though I asked on Facebook how easy it was, and they responded very easy, the reality is it's difficult and they seem to be stringing it out until it's too late to return. I've asked numerous times for an address. They keep offering me partial refunds and a voucher but I just want my money back after I've returned it.

I’d give them no stars if I could. I go days without a response to my question about returning the swimsuit and I’m still waiting! They come across as a UK company when in reality I think they’re US based so you have to return there and in 15 days and they seem to be delaying giving me an address so I will run out of time

Once the suit arrived, I was pleased with colour and manufacture. I had to make a slight adjustment so I'm not exposing too much but I have a hard shape to cover nicely. I look forward to taking it on my vacation to see how it holds up in water

I bought four items. I knew I would probably be returning some of them because things often don't fit right when bought online. The items took over two weeks to arrive (subsequently found out they are shipping from abroad). I wanted to return two items which were unwearable for me, so I emailed immediately. Customer support were hard to contact and they were not forthcoming with returns. They kept offering me a gift card or partial refund with me keeping the items, which was useless as they didn't fit. In the end after considerable pressure and them avoiding giving me a returns address, I gave up and accepted the partial refund. So I have two useless items and less than half a refund.

The shopping experience was fine but none of my products fit properly. All three swimsuits are too short in the torso and the necklines do not sit properly. Too low causing shoulder straps to pull. I need to return/refund but can not get in touch with anyone to send me a return form.

No one will contact me regarding returning my products. I would like a return/refund.

The bathing suits I ordered were not a good fit so I initiated a return process. It's been a week of emails with someone on customer service offering partial refunds for me to keep the products. They won't give me a return address to ship back to, even though I said I'd be fine to pay for return shipping. This process is frustrating and I would rather not go through this again. Won't be buying in future

I really like my bathers purchased on this site. There are a great range of styles. I have since ordered 2 more pairs - the size down. I am hoping they fit as the others are good but I felt they could be a little firmer. I'll soon find out when my others arrive.

First website says 15 days from delivery. After request email they started negotiating with me to give me only 1/3 of my money back to keep the items. They don't fit, I don't want to keep them. Then they give me 7 days to return the items "from the time I receive return address" but they only provide a city and state and zip code. I continue my exchange and they offer me $20 more instead of providing an address for return. So I'm out $113 and no way to return. Side note I loved two of the items and will be keeping them, I would give a higher review, but for online shopping-no way to know quality or fit, returns should be less of a hassle.

I bought two suits and 1 swimsuit top. They were all adorable, but the bra pads of one suit were crushed and deformed in transit, and very unsightly so I had to return it. I *could* have removed, steamed, attempted to reshape them, but it was fairly costly in the first place and I didn't need one more thing to do for that price. The suits were so, so cute, though, and I will likely order from here again.

The styles are cute and choosing was difficult.

We had several email exchanges to iron out a necessary return. I wish that would have been more straightforward, and my need to return would it have been questioned once I explained the circumstances.

Unfortunately the three swimsuits I ordered didn't fit and needed to be returned. I thought I had correctly used the size chart before ordering. Never had ordered from here before but was pleased with the quality of the material. I will say the bikini bottoms didn't offer much for cheek coverage if that's what you're looking for. Pretty designs and styles though and a great price!

Always leary of ordering online, but I followed their sizing chart & ordered the suit I adored not know if the quality or sizing would actually be ok. When it arrived, I was THRILLED! The fit was perfect & the material & quality construction exceeded my expectations. I'm so happy with this bathing suit & plan to buy more. Meet.Curve is the only way to go!

I placed an order for a cruise. I didn't know it would take 3 weeks to arrive from China. I don't care that it came from China it was how long it took. Then the day after I receive the product I wanted to return one item. I am told I have to pay the shipping to return, No problem I can do that. However when i agree to that I am told that i can't ship back however they will give $8 and a coupon. Really? I will only purchase from them under Amazon moving forward if at all. With Amazon that have to be able to accept returns. That is Amazon's policy,

Return process is too much of a hassle. You reach out to the company via email and they do not respond. There is no other way to request a return. Bathing suits also run quite short on torso length and I'm short already.

The items I ordered were all in my regular size or one size up and none of them fit well. They were quite small. I've contacted the company twice to initiate a return and have not yet heard back on making the return.

Items arrived and was too small. Emailed 3 time to get the address to send items back. 10 days later and passed the return period they contact me. But I had already put in a dispute with PayPal and got my money back.

I purchased a swimming costume, that turned out to be too big, so I contacted customer services a week ago to ask for return instructions.
It takes them days to respond, pressurising you to - first, keep the product, as shipping fees are so expensive, then once declined, keep the product with a partial refund. I decided to accept this, with absolutely no confirmation! Is this a scam website?
