I needed to return something that didn't fit right. This had to be facilitated through emails, and they repeatedly tried to talk me into keeping the item and offering a small discount or credit or some such thing. When I finally got the return address, it had to be returned at my expense, and I had to provide tracking information. Still have not received my refund yet.

It was slow through email, and they we're persistent in trying to convince me tg keep something I could not use.

The bathing suits are beautiful and most fit to size. However, the design of so make it impossible to get all the way in because of ribbons or designs around the rib cage/torso section that makes it no longer able to stretch. If you look at having to pay to ship it back for a return, you won't even get your money back for a failed purchase.

The swimsuits were fine, but the returns process for some swimsuits that just didn't suit me was tortuous. In the end, I just gave up and accepted a lower sum back for the returns than to risk sending the items back and never seeing any money. I'll try and pass it onto a friend. I spent a week of emails trying to get them to accept returns - and then I would have had to pay the postage to the US, so please beware.

It took a week to resolve the returns issue - in the end I simply gave up and accepted a lower amount for the items I will never wear. They were very polite, but somewhat sinister in the response, and I did wonder if I would ever receive any money back - I did, but only because I said I would lodge a claim with Paypal otherwise.

I ordered 3 pairs of bathers. 2 excellent but the third pair were so ill fitting the tag came off when I tried to get them on. Meetcurve had no interest in trying to assist me with this problem. I sent pictures and many explanations but they ended up bombarding with with generic replies which I found condescending. I will NEVER buy from this company again!

I tried to return a few items. Made me wish I didn't order at all. Customer service doesn't respond for a few days. Its only a 15 day return window. Was given offers of a partial refund without returning. Kept giving the run around to delay the return. When I finally agreed to a partial refund because they wasted my return window everything went silent. So I guess I won't be seeing a penny out of this scam of a "company"

It took about 7 email exchanges before they would give me the address for my return. They offered for me to receive a $7 gift card and keep my purchase. I did not accept - then they offered an $18 gift card. Finally, they sent the return address, but then it is still like jumping through hoops to follow everything they want you to do. It should not be that hard to make a return. I will not shop here again for this reason!

I bought 3 bathing suits from you for my upcoming trip and to use at my pool this summer. My suits arrived real fast. I was impressed with how fast. The quality of my new suits are really good quality. Not like el cheapo suits from local stores. Your suits are the best quality I have ever seen Lots of support built into the suits. My mom liked 1 of my suits so much I gave it to her. Also, these suits are comfortable while swimming. And look flattering all over. I will definitely look at your website to buy future items. Sizing was all over the place. Bought 4 swimsuits: two were too small, one too large, and one fit well. Not for ladies with a large chest. There is not much bust support. Return process was a nightmare! They tried to drag out the process and offer me only partial refunds to keep items that didn't fit.

Awful. The return process is designed to frustrate you. They make it very difficult. It took 4 emails to get them to give me a return address.

Pretty good, but l will until l receive my items, as they are too small, l have been promised a voucher but everytime l try to use it it doesn't work, so now l am left with bathers that don't fit. To be honest the bathers are beautiful and delivery was quick, they just run on a little on the smaller side.

I ordered two suits expecting to keep one, but I think I'll keep both. They came as I expected. The colors and style were true to the pictures, and the sizing chart worked well for me. The material seems to be standard swimsuit material, does not feel too thin. I have not actually used them yet, but I'm hopeful based on the feel that they will last a while.

I picked 5 swimsuits to try and only picked 1 to keep. I emailed customer service for a return/refund and they were slow to respond, I had someone different respond each time and it took 3 email requests over 5 days before they gave me the address for the return warehouse. It was very frustrating and I'm not sure I would recommend this company to any of my friends.

I've been trying to get the information to return my order for nearly 2 weeks. Instead of providing the address, they want me to keep the items, get back not even half of the money I paid and a $5 store credit. They say this is to "eliminate the need to pay shipping fees, but also simplify the return process". There's nothing simple about going back and forth for multiple weeks.

I bought a swimsuit from you which did not fit as your sizing is not good. Wanted to return this and although I emailed three times I never got a straight answer. All I wanted was a returns label or an address to send it back to get a refund. It doesn't seem that your company offers the service. I will be honest I have told people not to use your company very very disappointed.

Despite me being same measurement as depicted on model the Tankini tops I bought were disappointing, they were a great fit in bust and around waist but extremely short in length, only just past my waist, which is completely different to model as length indicates to at least hip top of thigh.

This is the best site for plus size suits. My boobs are a size G so it is difficult to find swim suits that fit. I do wish they had a little more support in the breast area but compared to what is out there it is a very good option and the customer service is top notch I will order again.

I nearly fractured my arm trying to get into a size 12-14 top. A 10 Yr old would have struggled. The quality is poor for the high price. I'm put off trying to send the items back because all the negative feedback regarding returns. It was not clear when I purchased that the company was outside the UK. I would not recommend.

Awful company. Thier website states they take returns within 15 days. They take forever to respond and don't provide a return address. Finally agreed to keep I'll fitting swimsuits and was refunded $50 after I demanded it or a full refund and return. They are based in China. Had I known I would not have purchased from here. Don't buy from here!

I order 3 items. One was great, one was faulty, the other did not fit.
I requested a return by email as per the website.
Was offered a partial refund and to keep the items. As only one item was any good to me, that financially from my point of view did not make sense. Again requested a returns address. They can back with a slightly higher amount of a partial refund, suggesting I could donate or give a friend the items I didn't want.
At this point it still works out an expensive swimsuit with the partial refund but agreed because I have no faith that if eventually I was given the details to return the items that I would actual get my money refunded in full. Maybe my experience was different because I'm in the UK but the customer service is not great

Avoided my request for the returns address so I could make the decision whether it was an inconvenience/too expensive to return. Not concerned about the customers inconvenience only their own.

I ordered 2 swim suits that didn't work for me. Returning them was ridiculous. They don't offer a return service, and getting them to provide a simple return address took four emails. So, in a nutshell, it cost me shipping x2, plus a week of emailing, to try on 2 suits that I ended up not liking.

It took 4 emails to get a mailing address to return the products I didn't like.

Sizes were way too small. I sized up 1 size as it was...i Would have had to size up almost 3 sizes for it to fit. And the shorts were completely see thru. Asked for a refund and to send my things back but had already taken off the tags, unfortunately. Will not be shopping there again.

If you need to return or exchange you're in trouble. Customers are responsible for paying for return shipping with tracking. In order to get an address to return, you need to email customer service. The first two replies they sent me offered a partial refund instead of sending me the return address. I finally got the address on the third attempt. I sent them the tracking info and have not heard back. I should have read more reviews first, since so many people are having the same experience. Save yourself the trouble and go with one of the many reputable swimwear sellers. Do not buy from here.

I emailed to request the address for my return. They replied twice with offers of partial refunds instead of providing the address as I requested. They finally gave me the address on the third attempt. I provided the shipping tracking and have not heard back.

I wanted to return part of my order and asked for an address or return label. I had to demand a response 5 times before I received an address but no return label. I was told that I now I had to pay extra for a tracking label as their "shipping dept" can't read addresses on packages received without a tracking number. What they mean is that unless you can prove something was sent, they keep your money and the product. This company has been reported to the BetterBusinessBureau and the FBI and is being tracked as an internet scam.
