I am having the most difficult time returning one of my items. I absolutely love the other two, but I am not happy with how difficult it is trying to get a full refund. Your website is very misleading about this process.

I am not impressed with the negotiation taking place to return an item. This was not stated on your website.

One item I received didn't have a finished hem-it was just a cut piece of fabric. Dealing with customer service has been a nightmare. They are slow to respond, unwilling to send a replacement or give a full refund. I've now asked for a return even though it's a pain to send the item back. One suit I loved, but I paid for two

I love my new bathing suits. They fit great and are of good quality. I am very happy to finally find a retailer that has a large variety of styles of suits for Plus size women. Your prices are the best and very reasonable in comparison to other retailers. I will definitely be buying more and recommending your store

The products/items I brought were good quality they just didn't fit properly trying to return them was the nightmare. You have to email for approval and they offer you a part refund, I insisted I wanted a full refund and happy to send clothes back. 2 more times they offer you a part refund.
I don't understand why it's such an issue, as you hear the cost to return yourself. Terribly poor in my opinion and would not use site again.

I ordered 4 swim suits as it was my first order thinking I would return 2... well, I love them all so much, no return necessary. They fit true to size and they are absolutely beautiful and hide all the right spots.

I placed an order after reading the return policy. I was aware that I would have to pay to return items, however unaware of the cost associated. I was aware that I only had 15 days from date of delivery. I initiated a return after about 10 days, thinking that I could go to their website, select return and ship my items. They do not have an online portal for returns, instead have you email them to start the process, then are required to indicate each item to be returned and why, again not on the website so you have write out each item and write out why you're returning it in an email. Then they stopped responding to me and my return window closes tomorrow. I have emailed them multiple times asking that they respond, used different methods of contact provided on their website. Im not sure if I'll be able to get my return processed and as their sizes are a little off from what I typically order, will be out hundreds of dollars with swim suits I can't wear.

Inefficient and ineffective. My issue has yet to be resolved.

Lots of great options, great price point, really happy with the products so far. The sizing charts were pretty accurate, the only thing I would have done differently is gone a size down for one of the tops. Because it was a wrap-around style, and I have small boobs the cups are a little on the big size for me.

Loved the suits! Great quality! Disappointed in return policy. It clearly states on website you can return any product that does not work. I needed to return 1 that didn't fit. They kept negotiating with me. First offered a small credit on credit card and coupon for future purchases. I said no then they offered $20 credit and keep suit and that was the best they can do. If you dont want customers to return suits then don't have a return policy,

Items did not fit so requested a refund. Finally got a reply after 3 days to offer me a partial refund of 42% to keep the items. Refused and was offered 68% refund after another 2 days. Refused and only then was provided with full return delivery address to find company was US based and would have cost be £35 to return items as they require tracked post. I then requested the partial refund and I've now been ignored for 1 week.

I read free returns. I received the order on 7/3. I wanted to return the order. Because I didn't like it. I am still arguing with customer service. They told me I had to pay for my shipping return. I was offered a 30% refund. Still haven't heard back. I am still jumping through hoops to get a partial refund. 10 days later. This has been a horrible experience and I would tell everyone no to use them.

I've ordered 3 swimsuits from meet.curve in two orders, and I am SO pleased with everything. The suits are true to size and they come in a reasonable amount of time and they're a reasonable price. I'm not somebody who enjoys wearing swimsuits, but I actually look forward to it now that I've got cute, flattering suits that are actually in style. Highly recommended!

I've email twice for instructions on how to return your product due to wrong sizing. I only got an email with zero instructions. The second time I emailed it has been radio silence. No customer service reaching out to help me out. I love the product, but customer care is not there.

I purchased a swimsuit and a cover up. I am an average size 12 and usually wear a medium to large. On viewing their size chart, I ordered an XL two piece. The top fits ok but the cups are very stiff and can't be adjusted. The bottoms are almost too small and usually I take a smaller size in pants than tops. Then the coverup was HUGE. It was one size only but it honestly was so big it was completely unflattering. Given the difficult return reviews I'll likely keep it. The top will be fine and I'll wear it with another pair of black bottoms. The quality is ok for price but I won't order again. And I recommend measuring and maybe going up a size from what the chart says.

The suits I received are cute, however the fit is strange on the floral halter bikini set and cuts in right along my stomach. The stripped one piece is cute and pretty flattering. The other two suits I purchased actually ended up becoming out of stock by the time someone looked at my order. I placed my order on 5/11, got an out of stock email for 1 item on 5/16 then another out of stock email for another item on 5/22. The person who emailed me was helpful it just took a few days to hear back from her both times. My order finally shipped out on 5/23 and was just delivered on 6/3. Not sure if I'm going to try to go through the hassle of a return because of how long it took to receive the order, but I do wish the suits fit a little better.

I would never ever buy from the company again as your returns policy is too expensive and I've still not received the refund. I wold have considered getting the swimming costume in a bigger size but if again it doesn't fit I would then have to pay £25 to return which is not affordable

I bought 2 swim suits and one didn't fit well so I asked to exchange it. I'm paying for both shipping fees plus I have to wait 10 days before I even get the exchange. It's missing my trip I ordered it for at this point. There's no convenience in the process at all.

I’m paying for all shipping fees and scheduling my own exchange. It’s as if they are intentionally making it as convenient for them as possible with a disregard for my convenience. Not sure I’ll purchase again.

I was a little shocked at how much postage and package cost was added for a small and not very heavy item but needed a costume for holiday. After wearing once on holiday I can see that some of the stitching is already coming lose so not the best quality costume I've ever purchased.

Shopping was easy. I took my measurements and knowing my body and how things fit, I selected the best size for me using the chart. Delivery came in my mailbox with no issues. Was a little slower on the turnaround time so order well in advance if needed for a specific date or vacation.

I bought 3 swim tops. Delivery was fast and tracked. They fit well as per sizing. They look like the images. Haven't used them in water yet. Materials feels good quality. Only hiccup was one underwire was already not secure in its casing on taking it out of the bag. Have stitched it cause I'm to lazy to organise returning it. Would buy from here again assuming the sizing and photos of other items are as accurate as these.

This is one of those sites that claims to have easy returns but doesn't. They try to negotiate with you to keep your unwanted items. It took 24 days after receipt of my return to issue my refund - along with numerous emails. You have to send proof of your return with a copy of the receipt with photos of the crotch sticker, etc., etc. Since this is a swimsuit site, returns are very likely, in my opinion. I ordered two suits alike - one print - one solid. I didn't know which one I would like or not. I didn't want two suits alike so I returned one. The suit I kept is cute and seems well made. It doesn't have the really tight fabric in the belly area - which is too bad but still worth trying. Unless you really are confident in the size and style - I would be cautious because the return process is a total pain!

I needed a bathing suit, and I ended up buying 3 of them and a dress! They all fit perfectly, and feel like quality products. I haven't had a chance to try them out swimming yet, but hope too before the lakes start to get too cold. I'm impressed. Fast shipping, quality products, reasonable prices. Try them, you will be happy!

I will be returning all swimsuits because they are too small. I reviewed the size chart prior to purchase but the measurements were hard to apply to my body. My top is very large and the 2-piece suits must be chosen in pairs, not by the piece. The product looks to be very well made. Wish I could go to a store to try them on.

when a piece was out of stock I was contacted to make a new choice. I wish the other items had been sent asap instead of waiting for the new option to be picked.

Loved the swimsuits that I ordered but were too big. Reached out twice to the company per email as directed to start the return process and never received a response. Ended up giving them away to a friend.

Never received a response after two attempts.
