I was very happy with the item i bought when it finally arrived but not happy at all with the delivery. The site said in 5 working days but it took over 15 days and too late for my holidays. If your items are coming g from China, be honest about the delivery time. People are more likely to return to buy from you if your honest.

Wanted a refund. They completely refused to give me a return address even though I was gonna pay at my own expense to return the items. Kept offering me comp to keep. Absolutely disrespectful amounts. Eventually agreed to keep as they got close to an amount I was comfortable with but was also tired of dealing with disrespectful customer service reps who were not listening to me.

I exchanged a bathing suit for a different size, and they gave me a gift card to purchase the new one. My experience had been great up until this point so I didn't think anything of it. When I received my new suit and it still didn't fit correctly, they refused to refund my order because they do not refund gift card orders. This is ridiculous because this was originally my money, not a gift card. I bought another suit on top of the original exchange and they will not refund that money either, which was NOT a gift card. We went back and forth via email where they basically just said the same thing over and over again without even trying to fix it, until they informed me that my return period is over and they can no longer do anything about it. They are basically just scamming people and stealing their money.

Two weeks before a trip I stumbled across an Instagram add and decided to order a swimsuit.
I didn't have high expectations as I'm from Canada and didn't think it would ship to me in time and even if it somehow did I didn't expect it to fit properly as online clothing often doesn't.

BUT omg it got to me in time and it fits perfectly!
The price point was awesome and I'll be ordering again!

I got these suits in a slow, but reasonable amount of time period the next day. I emailed because they were just too small and I need a bigger size. It's been a week and a half back and forth of them trying to convince me not to return or exchange them and just take twenty dollars instead.

I took a week to get a response back And they are still trying to convince me not to do an exchange.

I had no correspondence from the company on when my product shipped or when it arrived.
I ordered according to the size chart and measured accurately and the suits were still very poorly fitting. Tight in areas they shouldn't be according to the size.
Then when I asked to return, I was told I must pay for shipping back…. To New York! From Winnipeg! That's at least 20$. In replace of this a measly 25$ was offered instead of return. Either option is not good. I loose.
If you'd like to keep customers, a more appropriate policy for returns would be appreciated.

Was pleasantly surprised that they arrives so quickly. Unfortunately 2 of 3 looked hideous on me but my fav one still looked decent. Very cute and feel good quality.
Unfortunately I feel like these aren't actually intended for plus size because they fit smaller than size states. Still overall happy.

Easy to order but very difficult to exchange. You have a couple days from the time you notify them, use must send the tracking number (your expense to return) and then if you exchange you again pay for shipping. If you dont follow their exact instructions you dont get your exchange or credit. The packaged when received had no paperwork inside on what I bought or how to return.

Have never had such a bad shopping experience as here. Everything went well until the clothes were received and then nothing works anymore. I wanted to return the goods, but you can only do so with prior authorization by mail. I don't know how many times I've written there with no reply. I also reported paypal. Unfortunately, the return is still not clear. I don't want to be left with the return shipment. They offered me a 30% discount, and I don't want that either. I refer to the return guarantee as described at meetcurve.

Absolutely not, it doesn't answer anyone at first. Wrote many emails and received no reply. Only when I contacted PayPal did I get an answer. Unfortunately the problem with the return is still not solved.
Please keep your hands off an order here.

One fit and I kept it and one was too small. This company is in China and good luck getting your money back if you want to return something. I sent them an email requesting a return and got no response.

I sized up as suggested but the bottoms were supposed to be ultra high and didn't even come up to my belly button. The one piece was extremely tight and the arms so tight that there is no way I can wear it comfortably. The return/ exchange policy is a joke. I'll have to pay $25-30 to return!

Cs mentioned a coupon for next order vs return due to the price it was going to cost me to return and when I asked about that I got no reply, instead I got an email with the address to return it to.

The sundress arrived and was lovely but far too big……I have tried and tried to contact seller to get address to return for a refund but all my emails have been ignored. I would have purchased from this company again as I like the item, but it is apparent that they won't let their customers return items……
I am so disappointed……and out of pocket. Such a shame the item was lovely.

I really love 3 of the suits I got but it is hard to enjoy them while I have been struggling so much with making a simple return of the items that didn't fit. I did my part by taking special care of the garments and following all the return policy instructions and rules. I composed the emails within 15 days and explained why each garments was being returned. Meetcurve still has not given me the address where I can send the return and it is coming up on 2 weeks. I have sent several emails trying to get help but feel like there isn't an actual human responding. I would love to make my return and enjoy my purchase. Once this has happened I can change my review to 5 star, or maybe 4 because of all the struggle to make a simple return. I should mention they want me to take and email several photos of each garment as well. It's quite a hassle.

My items do not fit. I have requested a return several times and I keep being offered a partial refund instead. After several attempts I was finally provided the address to return the items to. Return shipping is at my cost. With so many on line retailers offering simple, free returns I will not buy from meet.curve again.

Very difficult return process

I was super excited to tey these on when I got them. The bottoms for great, still a tad bit of wiggle room. The tops fit great in the band sizing, but the cup sizing is NOT catered to plus size women with plus size busts. Super disappointing that I now have to return all 4 bathing suits.

Have not heard back yet.

Easy to find what I was looking for, easy to order… my bathing suits came with ing a reasonable time frame that was told me, I ordered 2 swim dresses bathing suits… perfect fit, and they are of great material…

Was skeptical but pleasantly surprised. 3 suits took 2 weeks to arrive but i was expecting that. Order the short sleeve one piece with ladder looking back and its actually really nice. I'm not large busted so i cant speak to that. Also ordered striped flutter sleeve and its great. Exactly as described and looks how it did in pictures. I sized up one size. Im 5'9" and you cant be much taller or they might be too short (the one pieces). The high neck, high leg plain black was really hard to get on and the high leg exposes belly rolls fyi. Do not recommend that one for big bellies.

Wasnt the easiest but not the worst

Ordered five suits and all were very cute, but decided to only keep one since I'm in my 2nd trimester and four of the suits don't have "stretch" as the bump grows (which is great if not pregnant). Great colors!

I'm fat. This makes shopping no fun. I don't normally try new brands but found yours. I'm an Austtalian size 20. In your brand I'm a size 30. Not sure why but $#*! that's depressing.
I normally just grab whatever I find at a good price, we all know what that means. I've never actually liked any bathers I've had since being fat. I love these ones!

One costume did not fit me correctly. I couldn't get through to Curve using their quoted email. It bounced back. Eventually I sent a message via the website and was helped very quickly. Unfortunately it is expensive to return to the US. This should be made more obvious when ordering or a UK return address should be provided.
The customer service was polite and helpful. No issues there. Thank you.

I will never shop with this company again, the customer service is appallingly slow to non existent and I'm still waiting for them to send me an address to which I can return part of my order 13days after my first request to do so.

The two swimsuits I ordered were exactly as described. The wait was longer than I expected but I was kept informed by text that my parcel was on its way.
My only dissatisfaction was in the sizing.I chose 2XL which fit very snugly. I would have liked to have been able to choose by sizing 18, 20, 22 or similar, which is much more familiar and exact from my experience in clothes shopping.
