I ordered 3 suits. Unfortunately 2 did not fit the same as one of them and needed to return. I sent email where I was offered partial refund to keep them. I declined... they sent me return address but Also a better offer to keep the items. I accepted. And then never heard from them again... I have reached back out 3 times with no response and no partial refund like told... I'm now afraid to send items back as it's going to be passed their 15days when it gets there or they will just have the items and not refund ad they won't respond to me...
So make sure the size you get fits before buying! The suit that fits I do like and wished the other 2 did also because they are cute suits. Just want to know why communication stopped?

Communication just stopped!
I was offered a partial refund to keep items I wanted to return. I accepted after the second offer and then no one responded again and no refund has been issued. I reached out 2 or 3 more times asking if my message was received and when the refund would be issued or what I needed to do... and no response. I even started a new email thread that hasn't been answered either. I spent about 100$ and was going to order another suit with the partial refund and coupon offered....
Why won't anyone respond anymore?

Meet Curve only offers two week returns. I am leaving on vacation and the process of returning the suits makes it so that I don't have the information I need to return the ones that don't fit. Keeping the return address a secret is super suspicious. I probably wont shop here again.

It is taking forever to return the suits that don't fit.

I was very excited to receive my bathing suit order only to try them on and all but maybe 2 you could very clearly see the breast pads. It took away from the whole look of the bathing suits and honestly made them look so cheap. I unfortunately will be returning them.

I'm between sizes, and I chose to size up since swimsuits are tight already. They feel like I maybe should have sized up again. But super cute. Also for a tall person like me, I feel like the length of the one pieces could be a little longer so it's not so "squished" feeling on my shoulders.

The images on the site look great but in person i was disappointed. For the price i should not be surprised but i was hopeful. They run smaller than other brands but true to their own sizing chart - however the torso is very short. If you are tall opt for a 2 piece. I didnt realize how long it would take to arrive.

i reached out for a refund but havent finished the process yet so i cant say for certain

I ordered 3 swim suit tops and the colors were beautiful. The fit is a little on the smaller side so I would say size up if you're debating. They do fit snug to hold you in which is great.
I loved two of them and I'm only sending the 3rd one back bc it's not a print I like. I wanted to try something different but it's just not me.

Well laid out site, lots of choices, have not ordered from site before so had to order 2 (L and XL) of each style as I don't know what to expect. They limited my order to nine items so the other items were canceled at least that amount was refunded promptly. The return process for items that do not fit is very sketchy.

Strange bot-like responses, May be located in another country based on the time I receive replies. They have been replying thankfully but I feel very apprehensive about the return process they were trying to get me to keep nearly $200 of items that did not fit.

I ordered a beautiful swimsuit from them, but in the wrong size. After a lot of back and forth, I got a refund and was able to order the right size. I loved my new swimsuit, flattering and unusual. However after only 2 wears the lattice work at the front started to fray so I contacted Meet. Curve. Basically they stonewalled me, saying the returns policy was only for 14 days. There is no faulty goods policy so they would not replace the swimsuit even though, if the fraying continues, the suit will literally fall apart. So disappointed as I wasn't trying for a refund, I just wanted an item that was adequately made. Won't buy from them again. Be aware if you are buying from them that you have no comeback if the swimsuit has a fault.

I am delighted beyond description! This was the first time I ordered from Curve, so you never know how it will turn out. I ordered a swimsuit and it fits perfectly! It is an amazing quality and I look just adorbs in it! Thank you for providing such a great product! The only thing that could have been better was the shipping time. It really took a while to get here - and I didn't even have tracking info for about a week after my purchase. Also, I have my eyes on a few dresses -- they look beautiful!

I ordered a swim suit that's style is called sarong. The first one I ordered was just what I saw on the model only there is a lot more of me than she. The fit was fine but I did go up a size. I'd rather have something to saggy rather than too tight. The pattern is small strips going to the side and lovely colors... not to bright or floral.
I just got my second suit. The sarong style is a big factor and feeling a bit more comfortable to step out of my personal box. The color is blue/green with a few white flowers. It has an retro look of the 1940.
Swimming has become a sanctuary for me and now I go the pool in style.

I was cautious ordering swimwear online after hearing and reading horror stories! Not only was my order delivered within a fortnight, everything fit perfectly (I measured as per the size guides) and everything was SO soft and comfortable!

ACTUALLY comfortable and held me in (in all the right places). Would definitely recommend using Meet.Curve considering what a fussy shopper I am!

I rarely write reviews but this was a horrible experience. Do NOT purchase if you think you might have to return any items. I have been trying for over a week to receive a return address so I can send some items back that ended up not fitting me. They only sent me the city, state and zip code. They did not send the street address. I've tried multiple times to get ahold of someone with no success.

I ordered a 3xl and I am a UK size 20. It was a good fit.
Good quality.
May be a little too hot abroad but looks lovely.

However, I have since read very poor reviews on returning items, so fortunately I did not have this to deal with. But I would suggest just ordering one to try before spending too much money that might not be refunded easily or in full.

I'm a huge fan of meet curve. When I saw they came out with more colors of my fav bikini I was super happy. I did notice they no longer sold them as a set which made it a bit more difficult waiting for both top and bottom to be in stock and of course the price was now higher since they are sold seperately.

Your policy says 15 day returns. I bought 3 suits and only liked one. I wanted to return for anrefun for the remaining two suits. I got a complete run around. I got an RA number but no address and kept being told I can keep them and get a $29 return which was a fraction of what I would have received. Never will buy from here again and would tell others not to also!

Return policy completely sucks! Not the 15 day like you said. Only want to offer a fraction of amount on return.

My bathing suits fit perfect! I got the high rise bikini bottoms and they hold everything in well, one top doesn't have as much support as I would like but I sont plan on going down a water slid so it should be fine... for the price cant beat it bought 2 for the price of one torrid bathing suit!

I didn't want to keep one of the three items, and requested to exchange it. The back and forth is causing me to go beyond the exchange date range, and they keep offering a partial credit instead of following through with the policy. First it was a $5 credit and a $5 off shipping, and now it's just a $14 credit. I am aware that I have to pay for the shipping to return, but at least offer free shipping on my next order. I loved the other two items, and I wanted no money back originally…just to exchange the $26.99 plus tax. This is within the USA, so I'm not sure why this is such a hassle.

A lot of back and forth versus just sending me the steps to exchange my item. Because of the back and forth, they’re causing me to go outside the exchange policy timeline.

Ordered suits for a vacation. During purchase was told it was. 8-14 days for shipping. Tracking number never updated past shipped but awaiting package. 3 weeks later contacted customer service, that wasn't very helpful. Suits didn't arrive until I was already on said vacation, 4 weeks after they were ordered!

Shopping for swimwear, for upcoming vacation. Cant wait to wear them

Took over 2 weeks to receive the order, which is within the time frame provided on the website. While the swimsuits are nice, the return process is a bit of a hassle. While charging for the return shipping is somewhat agreeable, charging for the original shipment is absolutely ridiculous, especially if you are keeping anything from the order. There are too many options online these days that don't require customers to jump through the hoops to return something or charge them for doing so.

Don't really buy swimsuits online but saw the ad and thought why not. It came faster than I expected and it fits very well. I'm a mom struggling with a mom pooch so I sized up and that definitely helped..

After giving birth to my 3rd baby I have struggled with my weight, your swimwear is just amazing! They hold everything where it should be, the quality is beyond expectation and I know this summer I will be facing the dreaded beach with a little more confidence

I was so excited to try MeetCurve. Shipping came faster than expected but sizing was not accurate. I ordered a size larger than normal and couldnt even get them up passed my thighs. The top was pretty small too but Ill make due with that since its a triangle top.
