I ordered two bathing suit tops and a cover up. One of the bathing suit tops was acceptable, the other did not have any breast support. I need that support. The tops fit per the sizing chart (xl), but the coverup ran much smaller. I have been trying to return the cover up and top since I received them, but it takes days for an agent to respond and they won't provide the return address and keep offering shopping credit rather than a refund. I started requesting the return/refund on June 3. Today is June 14 and I still have no return address.

Please see my earlier review. It takes days to get a response and they still don’t answer the question of how to return the items I cannot use and get refunded.

I love that your website had bathing suits for plus sizes. However, it was hard to get a size that was right. I have very large breasts but small torso, so the measurements were forcing me to get a longer bodied suit that I had to take in and redo to fit. The quality was good. But maybe having sizes for petite plus.

I absolutely love my suit! I was worried ordering one from online but it is seriously amazing! The only issue I had was the shipping. I got one update and that was all. I assumed it got lost in the mail but I did end up receiving it about 2 weeks after I placed my order! Would definitely order from here again and Ive also told friends how great the suits are!

I wasn't getting any shipping updates when looking online. They figured it all out and got back to me in a friendly time frame and I received my suit within the next two days

I was so excited to receive my order. It took 2 weeks for delivery. One suit unfortunately enhanced my belly but flattened my boob. 2nd suits was just a little too tight for comfort. I don't have enough time to exchange or reorder so unfortunately trying to return and this return process is long and becoming difficult to get the return info.

Sending emails to meet curve is exhausting. You have to wait 2 to 3 days for reaponse to each email sent even when replying to their response.

I bought a second bathing dress after having an excellent experience. This time I bought the adorable butterfly print suit and the sewing of it at the neckline was poorly done and the fabric bloused up irregularly. I've been offered $15 as a compensation, when all I wanted was to get a bathing dress that was properly sewn. I'm really disappointed that they didn't offer to replace it- after I went to the trouble of sending photos. I hope they will follow through and replace it- because I really like it other then the obvious flaw. I had told all my friends about this company after having my first good experience.

So far they've only offered me money (first $10 then $15 for an abnormally constructed suit, when all I asked for was a replacement for the one that is very flawed.

I wore my new suite to the spa this weekend and I got soooo many compliments and watched others order suites right then and there. They fit full figured curves so well, but they're not old lady looking! I purchased 4 suites and just ordered 3 more. My best friend ordered 5 and another two girls at the spa both ordered 3!

It took many, many attempts to get a response on how to return goods that didn't fit. The customer service was slow, obstructive & I finally gave up & settled for a 50% refund. I've never written a negative review but the service was so bad I wouldn't want others to deal with it. A real shame as the products are good

Bought a few items, no problem If I should pay the return myself. Nothing fits, full retour… But apparantly you have to sent the items back to New York. They were sent to me from my own country, €6 for them, in between €60-€113 for me. No where is the return address mentioned. Will lose a lot of money because of them.

I purchased 2 swimsuits. Neither fit. I requested a return as per the policy posted online. I was asked to keep the order for a small credit - less than 1/4 of the cost of the order. I asked multiple times for a refund and kept getting emails offering credits or small refunds but no full refund, not even half the order amount. After multiple emails and a few weeks, I have accepted $50 for a $113 order. They are not located in the US but China which is why they don't want returns to be sent back to them. A total scam.

Website says returns are allowed and refunds will be issued but this was not the case.

I loved the suit that I ordered as it fit perfectly; however, it took more than two weeks to arrive. I received it two days before our planned vacation. I was able to wear it twice before a wire broke through the fabric and started digging into my skin. I am hoping that I can sew the hole as the suit is beautiful and comfortable.

Items arrived late so no longer needed and trying to get a refund is so so difficult. Keep asking for a returns address and not being given a response.
I have been offered a refund of £38 and £5 coupon for my next order to not have to send the items back. Given my order was £161 I don't see how that offer is acceptable.

It took forever for them to even reply and when they did it was no help whatsoever. Then it took them far too long to send me the return address even though I asked for it immediately. They have yet to give me my refund for their terrible products. I wonder if I will ever get my money back.

Awful. Completely awful.

Ordered 5 suits, 2 were too short in the torso. Contacted them to return, several days later they responded and said we'll give you $28 back and a $5 coupon. Um, no. They don't fit. Told them I'd rather return even though I'd have to pay to ship them back. Several days after that, they responded with a $38 offer. What? I just want to return them I said no and then several days after that they offered a $58 return and a $5 coupon. They wore me down so I took that offer and donated the suits to a place in town. I mean, they shipped from Illinois why can't I just return them to Illinois? Good grief

I did not realize that these swimsuits were coming from China - they took a while to be delivered. Two of the suits I ordered fit perfectly. I also ordered a tankini top which DOES NOT fit as described. I contacted Meet.Curve via email as instructed in their exchange / return policy and have yet to get any further information about returning said top. I reached out on Facebook messenger as well DAYS ago and haven't heard anything back.

I can’t get anyone to respond to an email or Facebook message. It’s been absolutely awful trying to get a return going.

Easy to order, received quickly & loved the swimsuit top.

I ordered two sizes of each suit because we were heading on vacation and don't have as much time. I had to expedite the shipping so I spent 20.00 on that. To return the two suits I didn't need, I had to pay for shipping and send in the tracking number. I did get the refund eventually and overall the purchasing process was pretty straightforward.

Returned two suits. As mentioned before, difficult process but they were prompt to respond with their instructions.

Sizing was quite off. I'm an XL in most clothing so I got XL according to the sizing chart. The bathing suit fit my body but the breast area and cups were for like a C cup. The other print I got was orange with white/black cheetah print and the white colour was an off purple tint

I wanted a refund and they wanted to give me a partial refund and keep the suits. I wanted to send back for full refund and they said I have to pay and send it to the United States etc. too much of a hassle. Will not buy again or recommend

I ordered a red bathing suit and the color was more like a mauve color. The fit isn't the best and honestly don't know if I will even wear the suit. Since I have to pay for the return I may just keep it and figure something else out with it. The sarong cover up is perfect.

It is not easy to return or exchange for a different size. Very frustrating. I asked twice to return and instead they want to give me a $20 refund and a $5 "coupon" on my next order. That's not even close to what I paid for 2 complete swimsuits. And I still need another suit in a different size!

Currently negotiating for a refund or even a partial refund on some swimsuits I purchased. They do not fit well so I'm trying to get a complete mailing address to return them for a refund. Their suggestion is to take a partial refund and keep the suits. That's not my idea of getting a refund for something that does not fit. It's a major hassle.

They only want to give a partial refund and credit towards future purchases. When I declined the offer, they increased the refund amount. They do not give a complete mailing address to return the suits for a full refund because they don’t want you to return the suits. Body of the suit seems to run short and was pulling on my shoulders. Oddly enough it was too big around the stomach and boobs. I've been trying to make a return for almost a week and I have been asked twice to consider a coupon instead of a refund. My 2 suits were $70 I want a refund.

Not easy to do business with, did not reply to my email in a timely manner. The product what not made very well. Wire in bra area was not sewed the best. The wire popped out right as I was putting on the suit. I also wanted to return an item which was a vary cumbersome task,

Had to haggle for a week to finally get the return address to send back items that didn't fit. Was offered very low compensation in attempts to try to get me to keep the items. Worse customer service experience I have ever had. We will see how long it will take for me to get my refund.

Very unprofessional customer service experience. I had to haggle for a week to get a complete return address. They began by only sending me half of their return address so I was forced to keep the conversation going so they could keep trying to give low-ball compensation to try to get me to keep items that didn’t fit. If they don’t want items returned, then don’t have a return policy.
