I wanted this suit to fit. The bottoms are so so cute, but a little too wide in the leg holes. And the top was a little too snug and didn't stay down, kept rolling up. Gorgeous style and color! I didn't have time to get other sizes as it was for a trip.

The swimsuits are nice but so run small. I tried to exchange, but wasn't given the option to. In fact When deciding to return instead, they gave me 3 options that all ended with only giving me some of my money before actually telling me how to return and get my money back.

I am hoping to return my items, but I am waiting to hear back from my email request. I prefer a standard return policy and procedure. It does not
Feel right to just send an email and wait to hear back.

All items were fine but they did not work with my body type. I would be interested in trying again if they made Tall versions.

I requested a return for a swimsuit that did not fit. It took me over a week to receive the address for returns after receiving suggested offers for refund. Why would I want to keep an item that does not fit? Return address and appropriate details to complete return should have been provided immediately.

The worst customer service in a company. They tell you that you have a small amount of time to return a product but they take 4 days to e-mail you and don't even give you all the information. So then you have to keep waiting another 4 days. I will never buy from this company again

I ordered the wrong size and they just didn't fit me right. Great suits but when I went to return them I was told I have to pay for the return shipping and would only be refunded for the merchandise. I totally understand but it makes it hard to accept since on Amazon you can return for free.

Ordering was easy and I love the styles. However, one piece swimsuit sizing doesn't accomodations a long torso well: everything else fit perfect, and going up a size would make other areas too loose. Ran into the same problem with two-piece tops - length from underbreast to shoulder is still short, but better fitting than one-piece

Response time in offering refund/exchange was fast, but the actual follow-through didn't happen. I was emailed several times asking for my preference (refund or exchange) even though I provided that information in the initial email.

The clothing seemed to gibe great boobsupport and looked like it gives you a little shape. Nothing like that for me. I'm disappointed since the swinwear is not really cheap and I expected better results. Won't ever order here again...

Ordered 3 swimsuits in the hope of finding one for an upcoming holiday with reassurance that unsuitable goods could be returned easily. Firstly wasn't informed of delivery. Left in outside bin but no email/text or note through the door…found by chance after 3 days. One item was great, good fit, good support other two a little short in the body for me so decided to return. Returns policy very specific even tho one of my items arrived with no sticky crutch cover and another had a pubic hair stuck to the sticky pad. Therefore I couldn't adhere to returns policy and am now £60 + out of pocket. Will not use again.

No concern from advisor about returns

I ordered a bathing suit from them and can't get a refund. They offered me a $5 credit without return for a $40 bathing suit and a I refused and wanted to return it. It doesn't fit. This should be simple... I had just received it days ago... They then said I could return it paying my own shipping costs and only receiving a partial refund once it was returned even in perfect condition...
Absolutely ridiculous. You never know if something you order online will fit... I have never bought anything online with this ridiculous of a return policy... NEVER AGAIN and btw I never write reviews... literally never. I'm not a Karen just a really disappointed consumer...

The returns process is difficult. It will cost me more to return it than to keep it. I was offered a measly $5 off my next purchase if I chose to keep the item that didn't fit!
That was disappointing. I won't order again because it is too hard to guess at a swimsuit size online.

They tried their best to help but they can only offer that they are allowed by the company.

My shopping experience was pleasurable. I could find 3 swimsuits that I purchased but I would have been happier if the products came in different colors. An example on my order would be instead of 2 black swimsuits, I would have preferred one in black and one in a shade of purple. I was concerned about the. Time it took to receive my order but considering the Covid situation around the world and lack of employees, 4 or 6 weeks isn't a problem for delivery. This is the first time I ordered from Meet. Curve, I would highly recommend this company to anyone and I will be making future purchases.

I chose my size from reviews and size charts. They didn't fit correctly. The return process became a bargening process. First I was offered 10% refund, then 50%, now I'm waiting full refund. All depends on the arrival of return.

I purchased 1 swim top (separate) and 1 swim bottom (separate). Both are great and fit well.
I also purchased two swim sets - both tops and bottoms included. For one, the top was way too small. For the other, the bottom was too small. All suits were the same size. I'm not returning them because I want to keep the pieces that fit (I can mix and match) but it's frustrating that I am basically short 1 whole suit.

I have been in contact with customer service to try to return two suits for a OVER a week. Every time I ask to return they refuse to give me the return address and keep offering me random amounts of money to keep the swimsuits. I have told them many times I would just like a refund but still don't have the address.

Customer service refuses to give me the return address so I can return my items for a full refund. It has been over a week since I first contacted them.

I ordered a swim suit for vacation and a cover up both XXL. Unfortunately the cover up did not even fit my shoulders so I was unable to wear that. But other than that the swimsuit looked good, and Shipping was quick

I was very happy with the quality of the swimsuit I ordered but I ordered the wrong size and wanted to exchange it. Doing so was an exercise in frustration. Getting in contact with them in the first place is difficult and they will only respond to your emails between 2 and 4 in the morning. They also refuse to give you the return address until the third email so it's a three day process to make the return. I also had to pay the return shipping myself. I'm looking forward to receiving my swimsuit in the correct size but I will not be ordering from this site again.

The customer service is so bad it seems intentional. Like they’re trying to prevent you from using it.

I was so happy to find a nice selection of swim dresses, and the size guide was very helpful. Unfortunately, the suit I purchased based on the size guide fit everywhere except for the chest/bra area. The bra area on my suit is HUGE! The suit I purchased does have an adjustable back strap and shoulder straps, but they don't make up for the extra space in the bra area. I love the suit though, so I'll be taking the suit in with my sewing machine. Not a big deal, since everything else about the suit and my shopping experience was very nice.

The product material is good quality. I asked for a return for some items since the size was too big. I emailed the customer service and they responded within a day. They do not offer free return, you have to pay for shipping and it is expensive. They offered to pay a certain amount and I could keep the items. I agreed to that option and they never responded after.

It's been sitting there for over a month. When I contacted customer service (after waiting the 8-14 business days they ask you to wait), they told me to wait just a few days. Again, that was over a month ago. I have had a series of emails with their customer service and each time they say to wait just a few days. They won't refund me. I am disgusted with the lack of customer service. I would give them zero stars if I could.

I chose several bathing suits to try on to see if they fit and I like them. I chose several different ones as the models demonstrated a variety of styles and body types. Unfortunately, the bathing suits did not fit after many days haggling to return my bathing suits. We settled on an amount to refund and I would keep the suits, asking me to donate them or sell them.

Had to haggle just to get any money back for the suits that didn’t fit or did it look good on me. If the products are not what I want, it should be easy to return after following the return policy

I ordered according to the size chart which put me at a 2XL Im typically an XL, so was a little hesistant to order. Ordered 2 suits in different styles, both have adjustable tops. Both fit perfectly! Easiest swim suit shopping I've ever done.

So I have a busty girl and I loved shopping the styles and colors but unfortunately tops were bigger than bottoms or vise versa. One piece fits bust but is too short so it gives wedgies. No full support for large chested. It's just meant for very curvy women.

Takes a bit for a response but overall they are helpful.
