I carefully followed the size chart; however, the size does not allot for height. The bathing suits are definitely for shorter individuals with a short torso. I will say the process for returning the items has been fairly simple so far.

On a chance, I bought 3 bathing suits for my vacation. I love them all. As a 41 y/o mom of 3, I worried about the cut on the bottoms, but they have nice coverage. The V-cut ones are lower than I usually got for (& my MIL let me know!) but I love them all!

Ordered 2 swim suits & cover up. Items were exactly as pictured! I loved the cover more after I saw it in person! The tracking information did not give great information on where the items were at, obit everything came in.

I ordered two swimsuits but needed to return one because it was short in the torso. Great customer service, but disappointed that I had to pay for the return shipping which turned out to be half the cost of the swimsuit.

The suit was pretty but much to small in the torso length. The quality was average. I am disappointed I could not find a coupon to use. And the shipping is $12.99?! I don't know if I can even return it.

Email response. Said they would just appreciate me waiting these additional two weeks for delivery.

I bought a swimsuit for myself and my 2 daughters all different sizes. I even ordered 1 size bigger than the sizing chart said. They were all a tight fit. The 2 halters ordered did not cover enough across the chest and my largest daughter could not even get it over her chest. The designs were cute. The swim dress I ordered fit ok and looked very nice. The shipping took a long time, 3 weeks.

I've been in contact with customer service for over a week trying to return 2 swimsuits. I've been offered $10, then $20, and then $35 in addition to keeping the suits. I'm beyond irritated...I just want to make a freaking return!

Having extreme difficulty returning 2 items. Getting the run around for over a week.

My swimsuits came and the quality was good, but the suit itself seemed too short and didn't fit my torso. I requested a return or exchange and it's really complicated and sounds suspicious. Hopefully I will get my product I exchanged for, but I'm not confident I will.

It's all very confusing and seems questionable. Like you might not actually get the product If you exchange, or might not get a refund if you do a return. There needs to be a better system for this rather than having an overseas agent handle it

Buyer beware. You can order the product and Meet.Curve will tell you they have a refund policy (return within 15 days, return will be less shipping costs from fulfillment, buyer must pay shipping fees, original packaging, original shipping address is not the return address, etc.) But when you initiate a return with their "service" center, they will never provide a return address - even when you specifically ask for it. Instead they will tell you the best they can offer is to refund you less than 50% of your total purchase cost and tell you that it will "save you time." So essentially, they will refuse to allow you to return products.

Horrific. They refuse to provide a return address even when specifically addressed.

I was so happy when my items arrived just before my holiday and I tried one of the swimsuits on, but it felt a little short in the body. As I was due to go on holiday in a few days I decided to take them instead of returning, but after trying again on holiday I was disappointed with both of them and will not be wearing.

Shame I took the tags off otherwise they would both be going back

The fit of the bathing suit was great, but in the process of exchanging for a different color. They truly do wait exactly 24 hours to respond to emails. I would ask all of my questions in one email so you dont wait 24 hours for one response.

The products are beautiful and I may order again down the line because of how well made they are but I ordered two different items of the same size but with hugely different cup size even though the both were worn by the same model in product pictures.

After umpteen emails back and forth and not getting anywhere as I wanted a return address for the unwanted items and to get a refund. Absolutely terrible service. Simple request has not been rectified and I was offered a measly £21 'refund' to keep the items I won't ever wear

Absolutely dreadful. Was meant to have received a return ticket. Nothing was attached and after constant lack of responses, the ‘cut off date’ for returns was due and I mentioned from the start that I was going away for 2 weeks. The last response I received was whilst I was away and offering a measly £21 to keep the unwanted items as the return address was in USA. I have not accepted it. I also was not given the full address after constant requests. I wish I never bought from this company.

I ordered a bathing suit by mistake. I ordered two. All I wanted to do was find a return address so I could return it or get another one. Every time they sent me a ticket it was all scrambled and then I was offered five dollars for my next purchase if I don't return it.

I was skeptical of buying on line but my experience was wonderful. My package was delivered in a timely fashion and I received exactly what I ordered. The quality of the suits I ordered are excellent. Very happy with this company and would definitely recommend to my friends.

Their advising to target curvy women plus size sizing however this is not the case. I am size 14/16 and I ordered a curvy size 14/16 and trust me it's no joke a 8/10 sizing. You would assume it's a plus size site and Their sizing chart is for plus size women but was I wrong. The return process has been disgusting and extremely painful. This size shouldn't be allowed to sell in this country because they do not follow consumer laws and standards. Never again.

They've made it extremely difficult and I believe their nothing but a scam.

Unfortunately any company that has their items shipped directly from China always means the shippings take a very long time! The items I ordered in a size larger than my normal and while plenty wide enough and the bathing suits did look great but again soooo short that the neck was in the middle of my stomach. I am
Not sure who is that wide for a 4x but that short. And of course very particular requirements to be able to return the items all at your cost. The size seems like it would not fit most people. Do not recommend!

The product I received was of good quality. However, one item didn't fit and I did not like their return policy. There was several steps and each time I corresponded with customer service I asked for the return address so I could determine if I wanted to pay for shipping. Although the customer service representative was very professional and kind, I never received an answer. I wanted to return for a credit of the full price which was $36. After several back and forth emails, I was offered $18 credit and was to keep the item. I accepted because at this point with out getting the return address, I was tired of the process. I did receive my credit if $18 quickly and decided to donate the too big item to a charity.

The customer service representative was professional and kind. However, I don’t agree with the return policy. I asked several times for the return address so I could make a decision if I wanted to pay for the shipping or not and I did not get that answer. After several back-and-forth communications, I ended up excepting a credit for half the price of my product that I received and decided to donate the product since it did not fit me. I don’t know why I was never given the address where I could return the item so I can see how much shipping would be and make a determination if it was going to be better for me to return the item or to accept half credit. Communication was prompt, and my original form of payment was credited quickly, which I appreciated, but I probably will not be ordering anything else from this site because of the return policy.

I like the suits and the quality is good. However the one suit does not look nice on me and returning it is a nightmare. They offered me a partial refund and a coupon but have consistently discouraged me from actually returning this suit for a full refund. I imagine this is a company in china but so is shein and I never have any issues returning with them, Back to Amazon swim suits for me

I did receive my items in about three weeks, but was disappointed that the tracking did not work at all. Being my first order, I was beginning to wonder if I would actually receive it since I couldn't track the package. It almost caused me to cancel, n=but I am glad I didn't. My items were of good quality, and fit well. I will likely order again in the future.

My one bathing suit was see through and the other one didn't fit properly. The return process was tedious and I had to pay for the shipping return. So it has cost me something without any bathing suits.

The back and forth responses when I started the return process was very frustrating.

Most of the items in my purchase do not fit as expected and cannot handle support for dense/heavy breasts. In trying to return these items, the customer support has been extremely slow and unwilling to share proper details for the return.

After my initial request, it took 5 days to get a response. And this response did NOT include the delivery instructions for a return. I sent more information and it took another 2 days for a response where they asked me to take a coupon and partial refund, and they only sent a city, not a full address for the return.

Slow response and trying to negotiate versus honoring the return policy.

It is impossible to return anything to this company. They just reply and say why dont you keep the items for free! If something doesnt fit or isnt right I want to be able to return easily and efficiently, not have to email a person and basically beg for them to take it back. I must have had 5 or 6 emails back and forth with them offering increasing amounts of money as a refund each time (never the full amount) as a way for me to not return and to keep the items! Most will order different styles and sizes so this must happen a lot. Not great!
