Great options. I would have given 5 stars, but the cup inserts in one of the tops I received are very pointy. They would crinkle when my bust was in the top. When I took them out the top wasnt very secure and I wore a bra under it in fear of popping out.

I bought 3 of their products. 2 bikinis a d 1 swimsuit. All medium as i'm around a 10-12.
Love the fit! The costume with the little sarong skirt bit on the bottom is so cute. The bikinis are very flattering too and high waisted for those mum tums. Would deffo order again however i'm keeping all 3 so I don't need more right now. They are a bit more than i'd spend on swimwear but i'm super chuffed.

I did receive my items in about three weeks, but was disappointed that the tracking did not work at all. Being my first order, I was beginning to wonder if I would actually receive it since I couldn't track the package. It almost caused me to cancel, n=but I am glad I didn't. My items were of good quality, and fit well. I will likely order again in the future.

The sizing does not match the chart. Customer service is slow to respond and makes it nearly impossible to do a return. Spent $13 on shipping and it took over 2 weeks to arrive and have to pay my own shipping to return. I'm extremely disappointed in the #Customer Service.

It takes several days for them to respond to email and open a ticket and takes several back and forth correspondences to get anywhere.

Easy shopping- I'm short and chunky especially in the belly. The red bathing suit makes me feel sexy but the other two have no cleavage support. My boobs aren't big enough. I believe I got the xl. I'm a 38 D or DD. My torso is short and that may be why I'm lacking the support. Materials are good. The printed bathing suit is not exactly what I wanted or expected but it's decent. Price was good. I have not swam in them only tried them on in my bathroom

After multiple emails, the only resolution I could receive was to keep the items and get $35 of my original order refunded. Initially I just wanted to return the items and understood I would be responsible for paying for shipping. However, each attempt to return was met with yet another offer to keep the items I had purchased.

Easy to navigate website, great selection of suits, unfortunately sizing wasn't accurate for me and I'll have to return/exchange my selections. This usually isn't a big deal to me but I found shipping time was looong so I really am not looking forward to the wait time.

The bathing suits did take a while to arrive and than were way to small. But I realized I should have studied the size chart better. My return went fine but I did have to pay which was annoying. I may order again in a better size because they were definitely cute.

They responded very quickly and politely

The returns process is tiresome. A return address should be given on the invoice. However I found the cost of returning the items prohibitive and as a result have to keep items I did not want. On the up side the items are of good quality. My chosen item is a good comfortable fit.

I will be testing them out in Cuba in March.

Suggestion for the website: I wish that for styles that have more than one colour option I could click on the different colours right on that page, rather than having to hunt around and see if the suit comes in different colours.

I bought 2 bathing suits. (Plaid shipping as well since the price still came out cheaper than one average plus size bathing suit. They took very long to arrive with tracking information that wasn't working. (Even though it was Fed Ex) when I inquired, I coincidentally received the suits 2 days later and only after I got them did I receive an answer to my inquiry.

The quality of the suits are quite decent. Especially for the price.

One fits very well, the other has no breast supports even though it's a plus size bathing suit. So I look like a squished sausage.

I'd have to pay shipping for the return so it's not worth doing so.
Let me know if anyone wants a suit that doesn't fit well.

However the one that fits is very nice and I like it a lot.

Bottom line, if you like playing roulette with what you buy, have a go at it.

My inquiry was responded coincident 2 days after I had asked about where my order was.

Low quality items and when I tried to return it, they made it as difficult as possible and offered me a measly amount in exchange for keeping the product. It is ridiculous that I paid £9 for delivery and then was basically threatened to not return it for a refund!

To be offered £9 to keep the item was terrible, a full refund should be easily available.

Ordering was easy and the suit arrived exactly as described. The material is high quality and the size chart accurate. The only issue was that the tracking number for expedited shipping never worked so I was afraid I would not get the suit in time for my vacation. I did, but I was nervous.

I was going on a trip to Hawaii and needed some cute new swimsuits that were for my plus figure. I absolutely love my swimsuits and they arrived within a few days and fit perfect! I may be buying two of a couple of them because they were so perfect.

I placed a large order, and planned on returning many items while keeping my favorites. I wouldn't have ordered from them at all if I'd read their reviews about returns and learned what a hassle it is.
You have to email the customer service line and after three plus email exchanges you get the information you need. I have no problem paying thw shipping but you also have to send them photos of the crotch area and hand write your order number to put in the box and they don't give you the address to the return place until they've tried multiple times to persuade you to take a partial refund.
Luckily the service rep I got was considerably more responsive than some of the other reviews imply. I got prompt responses within 12 hours each time.

I love swimsuits. I look at them all the time and buy the fancy ones.
I fell in love with this one piece the moment I saw it. It covered my butt, BUT it was way to short for my torso. I do not have a long torso!

I was so disappointed.

Im not happy that I have to pay to ship the returned item back and then I cant get free shipping on a new swimsuit because my order is now under the free shipping amount only wanting to get one suit in a different size Im not going to pay $12.99 for shipping after I also had to pay to ship the returned wrong size one back.

I ordered 3 sets of swimsuits and 2 swim tops and love each set. Quality is good, not top of the line, but definitely not unhappy. The sizing is not consistent. One of my swimsuits fits perfect, but the others ran one size smaller. Would definitely order from here again.

I had such a hard time picking just one suit that I ordered six! The last time I bought a bathing suit to fit me, it cost me the same amount for only one! My order arrived in just a week after and all of the suits fit me perfectly!
I will definitely order more in the future!

The company is a rip off. They took my $357 then told me that because I ordered the same swimsuit and three sizes they were canceling my order. They told me we need to measure to determine the best fit. Mind you, I was buying for myself and 2 of my daughters that are all different sizes that I was buying the swimsuits for. This was almost a month ago and I'm still waiting for my money to be returned to my account. I can't understand how or why they took my money in the first place before they fulfilled the order. Do yourself a favor and go to Amazon. They have similar styles and prices and ship much faster with no hassle.

Order arrived and neither garment was suitable as both were too short in the body. Emailed return request. Response back was consider keeping product. Responded back, no I wanted to return garments and received refund. Response back was basically...your up for postage costs to Secaucus NJ ******* so please consider keeping the garments. Response back, again was I wanted to return garments and received refund and fully aware that I pay postage, and to also please supply return postage address - still heard NOTHING. Heading overseas in couple of weeks so obviously won't be going with new bathers - very disappointing all round

I've been trying to return my order because it did not fit at all and they won't give me a return label. They keep offering me different amounts of money that is not even close to what I pay to keep it and not return it. And they haven't responded to my last email. Waste of 70 bucks

I ordered the swimsuit but it didn't fit. I asked about returns and was emailed and told I had 7 days to return the item at my cost. Or I could get a coupon code but they never responded back. You do not get refunded for any shipping costs FYI. I never received a coupon code either.

I was not contacted back within the 7 days that I was asked to return the product. I was told I could get a coupon code and I have emailed them twice and have not heard anything back.
