After multiple tests, it has been proven that meetmyage.com is fraudulent. They will deny it in their responses which are essentially scripted responses that repeat themselves for different complaints. Upon sending a chat message to a potential "match," when you receive a paragraph long response the very same instant you submit your message, you know it's automated. The site uses AI for this. The people shown in your local town do not actually exist. You can confirm this for yourself by checking out other dating sites, as you won't find any of the same profiles as you normally would (many people subscribe to multiple services). The site should be investigated, though they are seemingly protected by a loophole being in another country.
You will notice that, in their response below, they claim to monitor the activity of members. However, they will not acknowledge the INSTANT automated messages sent to the sender. A member would not be capable of this behavior. Automated responses can only occur if the website is programmed to do that. The Meet My Age site is programmed to do that. Attached is an example. The final paragraph is a response shown to be written "a few seconds ago" which was transmitted at exactly the same time the message prior to it was sent. No human can read such a message, think of a response, and type (or voice text) one that long in a split second. Furthermore, the content of the response is consistent with what one would expect from an AI response generator. It seems that these "people" you send chat messages to are always there to respond (how likely is that?).
That said, no, I do NOT have the wrong impression of the site. As a matter of fact, I have a VERY ACCURATE impression of the site. The fact that meetmyage.com has 1.6 stars on this review site (and others) speaks for itself. To the Meet My Age staff: you might think you are clever, but there are people who see right through your unethical tactics.
Charged me for the trial but said the payment was declined. Then started getting unauthorized charges right away. DO NOT give these people your credit card info! Watch the video I posted. It says it all.

A complete scam. Some of the problems.
1. The 'ladies' will not meet, despite their declarations of interest, or move offsite. They offer the lamest excuses, like having to work or do chores. (Chores?), they are not ready, or no reason at all, they just can't meet. Some of these daily, or even multiple times a day, chats went for over a month, yet they just weren't ready to meet.
2. Site definitely has bots. When 2-3 ladies come online at the same time and ask exactly the same questions, is that a coincidence? Language is also clearly not conversational, more like an interview.
3. Potentially multiple users on each profile as conversations would completely change, part way through, just as if you were talking to a completely new person. I confronted one lady and she didn't deny or refute it in any way.
4. Then there's several ladies I caught out lying about their location. Absolutely no remorse at being caught out, they would neither deny it or admit it, but claimed they were keeping the mystery going. Reporting them was a waste of time as nothing was found to be wrong with the profiles.
5. The site will freeze randomly, messages sent to ladies not being received. Chatting daily to multiple ladies, then suddenly nothing for 2-3 days. Initially the management denied it, but I proved it was happening. Eventually they would just reset my account and, voila, communication was back to normal
6. I told the ladies I was cancelling and that we would need to continue by email or googlechat. Not one taker, yet several tried to get me to renew my registration.

I signed on one afternoon and had a chat request from an attractive local woman. We exchanged several messages, and she seemed real. To test the site, I signed on that night at about 3:30 AM. I sent her a message, and "she" responded in seconds with a meaningless question. I heard from women all over the world - England, Australia, New Zealand, Canada! I found that there were dozens of women who said they were from a nearby very small town - must have been more than half the population. I believe this site, like so many, simply wants you to buy more chat time, tokens or however they get your money. The "chats" are mostly unresponsive to anything you might say or ask.

Ai responses from allegedly real people but I very much doubt it. I joined for.99p but then had £47 removed from my account. Contacted by hundreds of women who as soon as you start chatting to very obviously demonstrate that they are not real. Way too many odd answers to fairly simple questions. The location of the "women" is a lie. Everything about this site is designed to target older people and scam them out of money. Seriously, don't waste your time. I thought I would give it a try for the 7 days. My experience was awful from male users, so I decided I would cancel. Cancelled online, screen said - No payment will be taken. Great! Looked at my bank a few days later and there was $96 on hold for this company. Called my bank, they said wait until it pays out before we can dispute, so I email the company and say Do Not take that money. They did and for the past five days have harassed me and argued with me about their definition of seven days. They started my "premium" membership before my trial was up and they refused to refund me because it was past seven days. It was not. I finally asked one of the respondents if he made his mother proud, harassing a senior and stealing their money. All in all I had 4 different people email me arguing.

I received a lot of chat requests but the conversation was steered to tons of questions and then it seems like a lot of bots based on the texts that u get not saying it isn't legit just seems kinda geared to keep u chatting and answering non stop questions to be used to keep u around but not leading to anything serious. My credit card was declined but then 3 payments came out. I put specifically wanted to meet someone locally. I had many from out of country. That's a great way to meet someone NOT.
