I shopped online with Lightinthebox and ordered a coat for my birthday. In error, I ordered the wrong size after placing the order. After the order was completed, I emailed their customer service requesting that the size be changed from Large to Medium. I assumed that no one would reply, and if they did, it would take more than a day to do so if at all especially since this was online. Abby, customer service agent, responded right away after making the change and ensured me that the order was updated. Abby resolved my issue within an hour and sent me an email with an update. What a way to exceed my expectations. Kudos to Abby for being responsive, communicative, timely, and professional.
