Bought multiple flags and items from them. Including clothing back packs hats and many more. Love their products, great customer r service. Clothes run a little smaller but that's bc their meant for the gym and stuff etc. overall great brand.
I had ordered multiple shirts from Mentality receiving most of them without an issue but my last order made me NEVER want to order from these sorry asses again. After getting a notification that my order was returned to the shipper, I reached out to support email, and upon noticing that I left out my apartment number he said not to order if I cant put the correct address. After going back and forth with this little b**** he mentions that I'm not where I'm at in life because I can't take accountability for my mistake, he would never be around people such as myself, and other bull$#*!. He not once mentioned about finding a solution either reshipping it at an additional cost to me or anything. Overall, the worst online shopping experience.
Placed a very large order on Black Friday for my son for Christmas. He was pumped for these products for his main gift for Christmas. As soon as I placed the order a message popped up saying Black Friday orders would not be shipped until December 31! And no cancellations allowed! Seriously? Isn't Black Friday about ordering mainly for the holidays? Multiple emails, eventually resorted to reaching out to them through Instagram. They eventually responded a d agreed to ship some of the items. My son was happy with the products but there are still items I have not received and it is January 16! I have sent six emails to their support, multiple attempts through Instagram and now they do t respond to anything. These items are paid for! So angry. Do not order from this company. The items we are waiting for are their bracelets which are now half off and I paid full price. You'd think if they're marked down they're probably in stock and they want to get rid of them?
For a company that prides itself on mentality and mindset. The company lacks both of those. I ordered two item from them. Some how the items were misplaced during the shipping phase. I expected the items on the 14th of February 2022. As I write this it is the 5th of March 2022 and I am still without my products. It seems they items were sent back as a result of an error during the shipping phase. Someone made a mistake and must have messed up the zip code on my order. Anyhow the items were sent back. No big deal I tried the last couple weeks to get in touch with Mentality in order to get my items. Well, as of writing to their support page 3 times I have yet to receive as much as a response. Totally dissatisfied with this company and how they go about business. Total hypocrites. They strive to sell you a professional mindset yet they themselves lack any such thing.

I followed up 4-5 times via the support email address listed on the website (*******@mentality.co) and received no response and. I acknowledgement whatsoever. I ordered 3 things Thanksgiving weekend and did not receive my order until sometime in January. When I received my order, 1 of the items was missing so I reported it 4-5 times with no reply, no refund and no replacement. Horrible customer service. Will never order from this company again.

I ordered 2 shirts that were from a "random" selection. Not only did it take over 3 weeks to get the shirts (after reaching out to customer service) but when I received them they were the EXACT same shirt out of 8 potential options! I once again reached out to customer service to see if they would at least replace one of the shirts. Their response was rude and inconsiderate. They said that if I had a disability as far as not being able to read the product description then I should contact their 1800 number and one of their representatives would read it to me. They then proceeded to provide the definition to the word "random" at the bottom of the email. I cannot believe a company would ever treat a customer with such disrespect. Whoever is in their customer service department should be fired. I will never order from them again and will make sure anyone I know who might buy from them is aware of how unprofessional they are. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
This is a scam company, do not order from them. I ordered one bracelet and one pendant for my son for Christmas on Black Friday. As many others state, I received a notice on 12/5 "Your Product Is On It's Way!"... nothing since then even after emailing 5 times requesting updates.
Today is Jan 20th, I sent a 6th email and will now refute the charges on my card. Horrid experience. Too bad, this site is a popular one for young athletes. Do better people. If you don't know how to run a business, don't run one.

I was a fan until this last week.
I purchased several items for my son and got the incorrect size. You can't get thru to anyone by phone. By email they just say over and over no refunds or exchanges. On top of all that, they sent me a totally different item than I ordered and I had to beg to fix that AND I have to return the wrong item.
I rate them "ZERO"!
They took two months just to ship a bracelet and it says it arrived? I never got anything and I told them nicely but I just got a response "It was delivered" I really liked them but you have to be more professional and do something
I placed an order on November 29,2020. Received a notification order was on the way. Checked again order was not shipped. Sent email on Dec 20,2020. Received the lame excuse about postal service being backed up and they couldn't ship. Have sent 6 messages and as of today January 5,2021 I have not received a response, and still don't have my merchandise.

I am really not one to go in bash. People on reviews but with this company. I have spent a lot of money in the last month. I received some products but not all and I believe it was due to the fact that they not have it in stock but. I was blamed anyway in was told through email by one of their associates. Do not order s*** from us anymore. This is a bad business mentality. This is not the way you run a business. The culture needs a fine-tuning in customer service. The product is great. I was on my way to replacing all of my Nike gear with mentality. But now I will not even wear it at the gym to advertise the type of attitude and horrible business Metallica that was shown in that email. It was childish and not grown up at all. I asked multiple times not to refund my money. I just wanted my product. Can I was talk to can be litled bye in associate.
I ordered some joggers for my son for Christmas this year. I ordered his correct size, but apparently they do not run true to size because the XL fit like a medium. I did read that all sales are final, but that is completely ridiculous when a customer receives a product that they cannot use. Their joggers are completely overpriced so I was out 80 bucks for a $#*!ty pair of joggers that no one in my house can wear. I tried to send them back and received several extremely rude emails in response. I have never been spoken to like That as a customer. Now, the joggers have been returned to them and for all I know they kept them. They actually stole $80 from me. This was the only Christmas gift my son received, so now I am out the money and the product. I have not been able to buy him a new present. I simply cannot believe that they are still in business. The rudest people I've ever dealt with. I work in the fitness industry and I will be spreading the word about this company to all of my coworkers, fitness professionals, athletes and clients. Absolutely ridiculous how rude they are.
