Been with metro pcs in Wisconsin 14 yrs out of the last 15 I heard no ringtone when family try call me or it goes straight to voicemail and now I get a call it hang up and say call foiled I'm tired calling them & it's still not fixed time to switch to Boost Mobile

Walked in the store to make a payment. No one was up front. It had a strong smell of marijuana. The workers are rude and don't seem to want to help with the technology.
ALERT! METRO by T-Mobile is advertising FALSE promotions. I upgraded my plan to include Amazon Prime. Along with adding Amazon Prime, the channels that came with the upgrade were: HBO, HBO MAX, STARZ, ACORN and BRITBOX. As I'm watching one of the programs on HBO MAX, the program disappeared and then reappeared with the yellow lock on it telling me that I had to buy the channel. METRO by T-Mobile Jacked my monthly price up tremendously for this service that I am NOT receiving. I spoke with 6 different agents there, including a 3way call with Amazon Prime and METRO, last week, and was advised that I would receive a credit on my account and that my service would be restored to what I purchased. As of today, nothing has changed. I just spoke with another agent and she stated that this plan did not exist. The main reason for me upgrading was due to the advertisement of those channels. I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE THIS HAS HAPPENED TO. I am switching carriers and I would advise anyone that this has happened to to do the same.
Metro PCS seems to be scam company that contract it business activities. I recently visited Metro store on Lamer in Austin, Texas. I paid full price for a samsung phone to replace my existing phone. After going through the phone features, I realize the phone does not meet my speculation. I took the phone back for a refund with my receipt which states "Refund are accepted after 14days of purchase". The store clerk/supposedly Manager refused to honor my receipt for a refund claiming that metro does not refund purchase phone for existing customer.
Hear is my issue with this policy:
1. When I brought the phone I was never told about the none refund policy by the store attendant.
2. The receipt clearly stated that the product can be refunded within 14days as long as its in good condition.
3. I did not buy the phone on metro discount. I paid full price.
I felt deceived by Metro because the receipt statement is completely different from the company policy. This is unacceptable and a clear violation of consumer protection right.
I am writing for customers to be aware of metro double standard policy to force purchase.

Terrible.lies run away. I complained...I was entitled to. Next thing hundreds of hack sites pop up notifications. I don't open any. Now lots of calls never before. Phone calls from everywhere. I never open anything. They wake me all hours. I'm disabled.in pain. I know they gave my number out. And sending hacks. Funny thing I laugh.doesn't make me angry. So I win. Terrible
I have been trying to port out my phone number for more than 10 days, and their system doesn't work. They create all the problems to not allow you to leave them and continue paying for their horrible plans. They have looked my number from porting out to another carrier two times. I have been spending around an hour everyday to solve this but at the end they don't solve it and they starting accusing other carriers of the problem they have in their system. I am so disappointed!
Your agents are crooked as they come. I wasn't greedy and bc despite me telling them I wasn't interested in obtaining falsified benefits. They have interfered in the most disrespectful way by blocking all services. How will that help the homeless? I don't give away my identity, in Jesus name!
I have been reading all these horrible reviews but my experience has been mostly positive. I have been a Metro PCS customer since 2017. The phone that I bought when I joined still works perfectly, my bill is $30 per month and the employees in the retail stores are extremely helpful. The only problem I have had in the last 6 years is with Auto Pay. Sometimes it works. Sometimes it doesn't. Otherwise, I have been extremely satisfied.
Title says it all, to keep it simple, been these 8 years and leaving, place is on downward slide, managers are like a revolving door, I'm ok with that, but this last one was rude and treated me like garbage, best advice? Stay away, I'm moving on
