Most of us probably came across this site as an ad advertising a sale that's almost over. Plus free rush delivery and free items. Both of those are false, after two almost three months i am just now receiving my order. No free items and the items i did pay for are poorly made. I didn't even receive the shock proof screen. The cases are just flexible plastic with poorly printed on design. Even time i emailed, my order was taking a long time because they were waiting on pieces. What i received in the mail today could have been made in 2 seconds. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

They're getting y'all money! I should have read all the reviews of this brand before I bought it. Designs are not good as it is in the picture. $20 for 3 cases supposed to be just $5 for 3 cases. Those gifts? I didn't receive! Wth I'm still giving a star for putting my name and initials right

I believe that this company is no longer in business and currently has website still up. Do not purchase.
I ordered many cases when they had a "sale" online in December of 2020. I emailed the number linked on the website in January and got a response in February saying that they were low staffed and to wait for an update.
To this date, (April 2021) four months later, still no messages back from them or updates about my order. I'm very frustrated in the fact that I spent a lot of money and will not be getting a refund or the cases that I ordered.

I want to help you out by saying: Please do not make the same mistake I did by purchasing. Save your money and use it on a legit website.

I bought cases in January of this year and have sent at least 15 emails asking where my order was and they keep saying they are on there way. Now it's May. So 5 months later I still don't have them. I now have asked for a refund so they have stopped responding to my emails. Do not buy from this company. They seriously are scammers. Just look at their reviews. They are thief's! The picture below is the only email I ever get back. It's the exact one every time

I ordered 3 cases on August 25 and it is now December 7 and I still haven't received anything. And you can't get nobody to reply back all they send is the automated email. I just want my money back because this is ridiculous as hell

It's been 2 months and still haven't received my order! I emailed them and got no answer also! If seeing this before buying from this site please don't order from them it is definitely a waste of money. They take your money fast but you'll never get your order!

Do not order from here. I ordered 3 phone cases 4/30 and still haven't received them almost 4 months later. Took them 3 seconds to take my money though. Whoever is involved is a low life piece of $#*!.

I waited 2 months for my order, to finally received it in an envelop and all I had was stickers when it clearly states phone cases. This is unbelievable, unless you wanna lose your money leave this company alone.

I placed an order on January 5,2020 and still haven't received my phone case, not even an email! But they had no problem taking my money from my account, that's the only thing they did promptly! This is ridiculous how do people sit up and take other people's hard earned money! I've learned a lesson and that's to read reviews before ordering. Whoever over this site I hope you and everyone in your household DIE!

Ordered cases, paid for cases, never received cases or response or refund! The company had no problems with receiving payment. Fall short on business experience/expectations! Tried to support small businesses smh fails every time. Do BETTER

What can we do about this company taking our money and delivering NO products? I cannot let this go! I ordered 7 cases in September, and I have heard nothing after multiple emails. Today, the email address listed for them is no longer valid. They have taken us all and disappeared into the night with no consequences. Something should be able to be done. Ridiculous.

Total Scam! They won't respond to emails, even after you text them numerous of times. Still have the same lie up about the 3 cases for $20 and it'll say last day when in reality it isn't they're just trying to get you to buy the cases. Which will be a waste of time and money. Don't be fooled like the rest of us. Would rate 0 stars.

I wish my daughter would have read some of the reviews before ordering from this place. It's been over 3 months and still no cases and no one will answer your email. How this place doesn't have a law suit against them I'd beyond me.

I ordered in September! Took my money immediately and I have no product! Emailed them 3 times now and today, it says email address doesn't exist! Don't order from this company! Don't get ripped off like many of us have!

I put in an order for the " 3 for $20" deal back in 3/20. Here we are a little over a year later and I STILL haven't received my order! I've sent emails about this, to the company, and customer service says "they're supplies are on back order." I've also received a message back saying "they're short handed and that's what's taking so long." I've asked for a refund and they refuse to give me one. This is a scam in my opinion. Suppose I got a new phone, while waiting, and it was a total different phone than what I ordered the cases for... I wish scammers would dedicate their time on getting a real job and stop conning money from people who do have legitimate jobs! Just saying

I ordered product on April 5 and as of today May 22 I have received no product and was told last week I would get a tracking number but have not received that either. This company is a fraud company. The customer service is terrible, it takes 3+ days for them to respond back via email. I have requested a refund twice and no response about it. This is a warning do not shop with them. I am now having to go to my bank and get my money back. Save the headache.

I wish I didn't have to give a star. I ordered on 3/25/2020 and finally after almost 4 month I got TWO of the poorly cheaply made cases I ordered after many emails and text. But no response only thing stating due to Covid-19 it may take longer. Orders from March should be completed by now. Never again. And the cases are horrible. Stick to amazon. Just taking money and not fulfilling orders completely.

I don't exactly remember what the deal was, but I paid over $40 on some cases, and it came with a free $100 gift card (yeah right). It has been over a year, and I haven't received my cases. I asked for a refund and some explanation about 6 months after ordering and they said "since they are hand-made, they take a while to make and send out. We will email you when they are shipped." I sent several emails later when they sure enough were never shipped and NO REPLY.

This is the second time I've ordered from them. The first time everything went smoothly and I received my cases within a month. This time it's been terrible. Ordered my cases two months ago and haven't received shipping information yet. I've sent 7 different emails to customer support and I keep getting the same line: "you'll receive shipping info later this week". The same excuse three times and nothing yet. They refuse to issue a refund because their products are "made to order". Just steer clear of them totally. I'm not the first, only or last person to deal with this.

No customer service at all! Sent countless emails, posts to social media, messages via Facebook but still no sign of my cases. I ordered three and the money immediately drafted out of my account but can't seem to get answers as to why my shipment never arrived and never even got an email saying it was shipped.

The cases were very cheap! And they didn't type the right message on them when I clearly typed the right thing in the description of what I wanted, I also had a coupon for a free socket holder and another free case and they did not send anything! Would not recommend Snapchat needs to stop advertising for them, very upset about their return policy also. They're good at scamming!

I swear it's been almost two years since I ordered 4 phone cases. Along with whatever specials they threw in. Scammed tf out of me and I'm getting that same generic email like everyone else. Do not buy from these c*nts with their dumb excuses. They just want your money, don't ever expect to receive your order

So back in April i ordered 3 cases and then the website had some free items so of course I got those too (who wouldn't?) Well 3 months later, I got my cases and nothing else... but in the email it said everything was delivered together... I have emailed them twice about it and have gotten nothing. Dont waste your money. The cases are cute sure, but I can only use one of mine and they're cheap cases. 5$ at most. I wish I would have read some reviews first.
