Bought some cases a year ago. I got an email saying shipping was delayed. No real person ever response just automated messages. It's been a year I still have not gotten a refund or have ever gotten any cases. Dont give your money to these scammers!

This company scams people! They make like when you order so many cases you get free shipping (they don't give you any other options). I been emailing them about my order from April and it's been nothing bout excuses! One email stated that they didn't have enough staff to push the orders out. If your goin to run a sale why not make sure you have enough help with the orders! I will never order from this company again!

I placed at order almost 8 weeks ago and still have not received my order of two cases, OR the two $100 gift cards that were supposed to be included in my order. I have contacted them 5 times and each time they say "it looks like your order is entering production".

After seeing that I'm not the only one, I'm beginning to think that this company shut down with no notice. I've ordered from them several times with no issues but I'm still waiting for one case from 10/10/18. They haven't posted on facebook since October and they're not responding to emails. They took off with lots of money it seems.

I really hate that I had to give them any rating at all. I placed an order, TWO orders to be exact a year ago, April 30th. I reached out to customer service a few times throughout 2020. Guess what? $80 wasted. I never received anything I had ordered and customer service refused to refund me because they're "personalized products". At this point it's like do I really go after them for that $80 or just give up because they're a fake company who scam people either way, STAY AWAY. Go to ETSY and spend that extra $5-$10 on an actual product that you'll receive.

It's been 3 months almost 4 and I still haven't got my cases and when you try to contact them they have the computer automatic message thing and no phone number to reach them. Total scam and then can't even get my money back because you can't reach them. If I could I would give this place zero stars. In conclusion, save your time, money and effort.

I ordered in December and now as of almost March! I have received one case (I ordered 4) and this message in the package! The case didn't even look like what I thought I was ordering. I could've taken a clear case and painted this on my self for free! Time is very terrible. They take forever and granted they're "handmade" customs so they take a while and granted they may have a lot of orders but on the website it says 14-20 days I expected approximately a month but it took over 3! They give a text customer service that doesn't ever respond whatsoever and they only respond to emails once. And where are my other cases?! They all have the same name on them and since it's the same order they should make them all together so they don't get crap mixed up! Why weren't my other ones in the package it'd be so much easier for everyone. This is the worst experience I've ever received and I will never order from them again!

I bought 6 cases and still haven't got them they are supposed to be presents for the family that took me in and had helped me though rough times. I messaged for a refund and still not reply I'm very disappointed and don't recommend them for anyone.

I placed an order for 1 monogrammed case for $39 dollars n was supposed to get all the free stuff I have yet to receive my case I ordered on December 27th, I have emailed them numerous times and still can not get anyone to return a call or legit email. I am going to cancel as soon as I can reach someone anyone have any idea how to physically talk to someone! I see why they have such a bad rating.

I placed my order on 4/27/20 and still have yet to receive my order. After a month i sent an email looking for an update, no response. Month 2 i sent another email asking for my money back since i had not received my product and they were not communicating with me on the status. A month after that i received an email saying i could not get a refund because it was in production. I sent another email asking to at least change the shipping address because i was moving and no response again. Hands down the worst company out there.

Ordered 2 things on April 29 one personalized one not, I have received no indication when my order will ship. No response to emails inquiring about an update. They say they are delayed because of COVID-19 but not for how long. I don't understand why they don't halt taking new orders until they can fill the ones they've already received. At this point I'm filing a charge dispute with my credit card.

I ordered a case in July/August of 2018 and still have not received it. I sent numerous emails but only the 1st two were responded to saying they have no idea what happened to my case and something about production. Then all of the communication with them stopped as if they were ignoring me. I still to this day have not received my case and they took my money! I'm so angry! I've ordered about 7-8 cases from them in the past and I've never experienced this issue. Im not sure what's going on but it looks like im not the only person having this same problem!

I used to use this company and didn't have trouble. Then in January I ordered 12 cases at a special. I received HALF of my order and upon messaging was told they were behind due to covid. Ok. Almost a year later and still nothing and now not even a reply to my emails. Wish their website would let you post reviews but I'm sure it's that way for a reason. They have no problem taking them money but struggle to deliver on goods. Poor morals!

Placed an order in April 2020 and have yet to receive products. I've emailed and all I get is covid excuses. Finally got an email 9 months later saying it was damaged, well I haven't heard anything since.

Ordered 3 cases in April of 2020, emailed multiple time asking for a refund. They assured me because of Covid they were short staffed and would get my order out. It is now November & I still haven't received a refund or any merchandise.

This company is false advertising these case that you will never recieve. Merchant sends in a auto text and nothing is ever done. Please call your card provider to dispute the charge to get your money back.

I ordered 8 cases 2 of which were free in Jan 2020. I received one case in June 2020. I have since not received anything on my other cases just my money being taken by them. I even paid for fast shipping and when i got one case 6 months later it was broken. They wont respond to any email or insta dm. The last time i got a response was july 2020 and itt was an automated response saying that bc of covid shipping time takes longer. But yet i ordered before covid blew up and we knew what it was. I'm honestly thinking about taking some form of legal action.

I saw these cases on an ad on Instagram buy 3 for $20 I was sold. I submitted my order on 3/29 it is now 6/2 I've sent two emails already asking for a tracking number. After no response I've now asked for a refund I keep getting the same forwarded message about covid having them short staffed. Bad business don't have ads running if you cannot meet the demand!

Placed an order on April 1st of 2020 for 3 cases. With Covid I knew it would probably be awhile before I saw them turn up. Nope. We are now in the end of August and I still have not received any of them. I have emailed asking for a refund twice with no response. There is not a number on the website to call, which is very strange so you can only email. Don't waste your time or your money.

I have ordered my cases 7 weeks ago and still haven't gotten an email with my tracking number. I contacted them and they referred me to the FAQ's which said that it takes 4 weeks. It has been longer than 4 weeks. I am very irritated and would never order from them again.

I ordered 4 cases super excited to get them, its been over a month. Ive emailed them 2 different and got the same response both times. Very disappointed i didn't read reviews first or else i would NOT have ordered. The reviews are true. Definitely not worth the money or wait and i haven't even seen the cases yet. If i could give it 0 stars i definitely would.

I ordered my cases over 3 months ago, I had emailed at one point and got a response saying they were in production and would be shipping soon. That was 2 months ago, and now they won't even respond to me at all. Awful company and even worse customer service!

Do not ever get these there's an attachment of my receipt and I still have not gotten my first tracking number I've emailed this company atleast seven times asking for my refund and haven't received an email since. This is definitely a scam do not purchase from MyMonogram Cases. I'm so upset with the customer service.
