FINALLY got HALF of my order in, over a month later and, to be honest, these cases do not look like the pictures in the slightest. They're white cases with stickers in the form of the design of your choice. They dont even wrap around the entire case like it shows in the pictures! Highly disappointed, to say the least and why ask what names or initials u want on them when, you wont even get then right!?

Still waiting for 4 more cases! Shyyyyystie to say the least! Take your money to Amazon, yall!

I ordered during covid so I gave plenty of time before I contacted them about my purchase. It's been almost a year I have not received my purchase nor has anyone replied to my multiple emails (they did reply to my first when I noticed the delivery address was wrong, that was fixed and then nothing) don't order from this company.

I ordered cases on Jan 1 and they took the money out right away. Here it is march 30 and still no cases. Written multiple emails with no response can't even get a refund. Worst experience ever with them! I have ordered cases from them before and got them within the month. Will never order here again!

I ordered my phone case along with a screen protector, and shock absorbency feature. I also opted for the "promotional" free surprise gift for my order. After 6+ weeks, multiple emails about my "rush order" I FINALLY got a confirmation that my order had been shipped! 3 days later I got a cheap, flimsy piece of plastic with a printed back of the pattern I ordered. No screen protector, no shock absorbency, no "free gift". I asked for a full refund as I refuse to put my $1,100.00 iPhone in this nightmare of a phone case! 2 weeks later and I have still not received a response! This site is an absolute JOKE and shouldn't even be allowed to conduct business!

I have sent over 20 emails and all 3 out of those emails are the same." We are working on the order and should be shipped very soon, due to shipping delays." BullSh**! These people are scammers and please don't buy from them. I placed my order in February we are in August. This website should be taken down.

Placed the order about six months ago and have not received nothing. They emailed me back maybe three months ago stating due to Covid but that's way too long I try to ask for a refund get no response back I came across this on a Snapchat thinking it was a good deal nope haven't heard back nothing and it's going on seven months now the worst ever

This company is terrible. I have been waiting forever for cases I ordered under the assumption I was ordering under "rush" production. If this is a rush it's a joke! Do not order from them. Oh and by the way, their customer service is non existent.

I should of checked reviews first that was my first mistake. I returned the package unopened. It took 3 weeks to receive. Now if customer service responds they tell me they haven't received my unopened return so they won't refund me. They are a waste of time and money. I have been dealing with this for several months. I just want my money back! Covid is no longer an excuse for $#*!ty customer service

This is the most unprofessional company ever. I ordered my daughter cases over a month ago. I still haven't heard anything from them let alone gotten get cases. You send them an email they send you I guess is an automated email. There's no live person customer service. What type of stuff is that. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

I ordered from this company in August, received the 6 stickers by the end of September. Stickers! More than a month for lousy stickers, which by the way have really cheap glue. Don't waste your money.

Do not order from this company! I ordered 3 phone cases over 5 weeks ago and have not received a shipping email. I emailed the company and he said they need 3-4 weeks for production. It's now been another week and a half and I haven't heard anything.

I order a set of cases and never got anything. They were quick to take my money! And any email you send will be answered with a same email "due to covid" i just want my money back! Please dont buy from them dont loose money for free

I ordered a case with screen protector and no screen protector and it says 4 free gifts I get my case well over a month later and the $#*! looks horrible not as the picture On their website the just slap a sticker on it. I want my damn money back!

I've ordered from this company before. And they got my cases to me rather quickly. I still use the cases I got from them two years ago. But I placed an order on Black Friday because of their "get two cases and 4 more free" deal. They said my order would be shipped on the 30th. It's now been a week and I've heard nothing. I tried their text chat system and got no response. They haven't emailed me that my items have been shipped. I've gotten nothing. What's going on?

I've ordered 3 cases from here well over a month ago. Also it was supposed to be "rush shipping" I have yet to receive my package or a update about it. I emailed them & they blamed in on COVID so at first I'm like okay understanding then as time is still passing & I sent another email & never got a response I see that it's just them as I'm reading the other reviews. I mean they took the money out my account in seconds with no problem but can't deliver the package! Worst company EVER! Never again!

Terrible experience. I ordered in April with "free rush shipping" also with the promise of 4 free bonus gifts. I finally received 2 cases on July 11th... no bonus gifts. To top all of this off on July 1st I got a new phone so they are useless. And they say my name so that's great

I have been in contact with the company 3 times and get the generic covid response. It's been 8 months since I've ordered my cases. I understand covid and operating on a small team of employees but I've ordered other things custom made and they may take and extra 3-5 business days to get to me not 8 whole months. I will not be ordering from this company ever again and i advise peoples not to order from them as well.

I've emailed so many times keep getting same responses every time due to COVID longer wait times. There is no number to contact anyone on this matter yeah looks like I've lost my $20 they damn sure not sending a refund!

I ordered from them it was not a problem for them to take my money it's been 8 months I've sent multiple emails since there no number to call and they say the same thing about covid 8 months and I still haven't got my order do not order from them they only take your money and you never get your products

I ran across Mgramcases due to snapchat and was mesmerized by all the different designs and personalization. They also had a sell of buy 2 for 20$ and get 1 free so I was determined to get one of these cases for myself and my boyfriend. I thought, this looks too good to be true but it's a STEAL so I went for it! After ordering, I looked at the previous reviews of long waits and cheap merchandise then I realized that it was indeed a scam. I ordered my cases July 24th and just received them September 1st. They're poorly made, super thin plastic with printed designs on them. Nothing like the pictures advertised. With the amount of people scammed, we will be able to get this website shut down, as for now remember to read REVIEWS FIRST and if it's too good to be true then it is. Save your money, time and protect your energy. Stay away from this insensitive conning business.

This business is a total scam! They take your money and don't send your products. Then when I reach out to find out why I haven't received my order they blame it on the Covid. I ordered my cases 2 months ago. They stole my money! DO NOT buy anything from them!

Like everyone else. To bad you have to give a star. I ordered two case over 6 months ago and still haven't received them. Every time you email you get an automated email say do to Covid. Whatever. You take my money but can't send me my product. So very sad. I hope they are not as bad as everyone says once I get them if I ever do.

This crap and I mean crap took over 2 months to get here and it took me emailing them a bunch of different times to even get the cases smh the. Get the case no free gift as promised and the cases aren't worth the $20 this is literally someone taking people money and making crap out of there basement the case is so thin I'm afraid to put my phone in it and these look like something someone ironed on a case
