Ordered 8 cases for my daughters for Christmas... I ordered 11/23... never got them. I've reached out via emails, online chat and Facebook and they won't reply back.

Scam of a company and they stole my money

I will post this everywhere I have to do people realize just how awful this company is and don't get scammed like I did.

I bought a case at the beginning of this month and I've yet to receive it and all of my emails have gone unanswered. Thank god for PayPal or I would've been out of money. This "company" is a scam and deserves to be shut down.

I ordered my phone cases months ago, and never received my order. The customer service is as bad as it comes. They don't get back to you timely and are not helpful at all. Unfortunately that is money and time I will never get back.

I placed my order with the company in September. I have sent multiple emails to the email they provided for customer service. The first email i did receive a response back after a month of my order. The email stated that it would be 3-4 weeks and recommended that i read the production process. It has been three months exactly that I placed my order and I have sent multiple emails regarding my order which I have kept just in case. Looks like I'm loosing my money. I'm not sure if my bank will dispute this or not since it's been three months.

I am very angry at the fact that i order on April 2020. I'm writing this on February 8,2021 and still haven't received my order. I've email them alot of times and all they can say is that they are delayed due to COVID-19. Okay i understand that but its almost a whole year. Beyond pissed off

I placed an order on 9/17/2018 and received confirmation that the order was received. However, it is now 1/30/2019 and... nothing. I have contacted them repeatedly with no reply. I had ordered from them before and been fully satisfied, but now they have stolen my money and I have no phone cases!

My experience seems to be the exact same as everyone else here I made an order on April 29th and still have not received my cases which I'm not excited to receive anyways with seeing the quality everyone else has posted. I also have been emailing them for a refund and have received no reply from them.

I am fully aware that we are all at the mercy of the pandemic; but it's been more than a month and I haven't received my cases or a refund after several requests. I have gotten more excuses from them than action and I will be reporting them to the FTC.

So I ordered a few things which came up to $20. I ordered these things on April 29th, 2020. It is August 3rd, 2020. Almost 4 months and have not received anything. I emailed them but its the same sorry excuse "short on staff" im perplexed.

I ordered $70 worth of cases on April 7,2020. They said I would get getting expedited shipping... it is now October 1,2020 and I have yet to receive an update on my order. I tried to be patient of the current covid situation... however, I shouldn't have! When I contacted my bank about the scam they told me it was too late for them to get my money back- pretty sure mgramcases knows this and is using covid as an excuse so that they can scam more people. When I first sent mgramcases an email, I received an automated email reply. Nothing else. All it stated was that they were behind because of covid. I sent a second email about 2-3 months later. Same response. Last month 9/22/2020 I told them to please just cancel my order and refund my $70. They claimed they couldn't because it's a custom order and it was in production... yet here I am today. Still no update.

I ordered case from them back in November and I received my order in January and I was satisfied with the product so I decided to order more. I ordered them in January and I have yet to receive my order... I emailed them requesting my order or a refund and all I got back was automated email which lies about covid-19 and so little staff being the reason orders or late. Covid-19 or not is no excuse for it to take three months to send out an order.

I ordered from this company on 5/25/20 & have yet to receive a tracking number on the items I've ordered let along the items it is now 9/29/20. I've reached out 3 times since then & continue to get the whole COVID-19 bull$#*!! Just send me my order or my Money at this point!

This company stole my money! I ordered 3 phone cases all the way back in April of 2020 and I still haven't received my cases! I also had to complain 3 times before I got a none robotic response letter and there only excuse was that they thought it was already delivered. I am absolutely ticked off and when I asked for my money back all they said was they were then shipping me my cases. That was over 3 months ago. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I jsut received my cases today and honestly I'd like to give this 0 stars but I'll give it 1 because that's my only option. I'm not so much upset about the first two but the last one I ordered the blue marble one was supposed to have black thick borders around it to be an actual protective case and came nothing like that. It's literally and clear case you can make yourself and smack a fricken sticker on... can't believe the original price is nearly $40 when this is a literal SCAM. I'm upset because I recently got an iPhone 11 and was looking to get protective cases and now I'm disappointed. Wish I could get my money back but I only read the reviews after the fact I realized it was taking way too long to come in. DONT BUY FROM HERE... waste of time and money. I saw this company advertised on Snapchat so sadly I thought that they would be credible. I wish that I had checked previous reviews. I just saw pretty cases with the monograms and thought it would be a good idea to give as xmas gifts. They had a black Friday special so i decided to check them out. They took my payment, no payment email receipt. No tracking code or anything. I emailed them a few times "hey, i never received a receipt, when can I expect my purchase and the account I setup upon purchase isn't recognizing my login." On the 12/10/20 a computer generated email comes through blaming all the delays on Covid and saying that i'll get all details for my purchase once it ships. The week before xmas I emailed again and just requested a refund because clearly the products wouldn't make it in time for the holiday. It is now 01/05/21. New year same scam, no response from this company. Still no products or refund.

I ordered over two months ago and was supposed to receive rush delivery! I contacted them and I was told they ran out of supplies and that I would receive my order in a week! I still have not heard anything and so I requested a refund that I still don't have!
I would never order from this company!

Be ware - ordered 2 phone cases with shockproof upgrade. Guess what i received 2 flimsy covers that are not shockproof. Ordered the autumn leaves and the picture is on the back only (not sides) unlike the picture. If i drop my phone i will need to buy a new one for sure

I been waiting for my order for two months and yet I still haven't receive it, I've asked for a refund yet they haven't gave it to me, I don't have my order or my money by far horrible. I don't know what else to do

They advertise as if the cases are the hard protected cases but they're just plastic cases! They're cute but they shouldn't false advertise because it's very disappointing when you receive your cases thinking they're good quality and they're not because they're definitely plastic!

I ordered a few cell phone cases on July 20th as a gift for my wife's birthday (8/13) and here it is September 11th and it still hasn't shipped. I emailed them a few weeks ago about it they said it was "finishing up production" and they'll let me know when it's shipped. It's been 2 weeks and I haven't heard anything. I asked for a refund and they said all sells are final. This has got to be the most unprofessional and unorganized website I've heard ordered from. DO NOT order anything from this website!

I bought 2 cases and the free gifts and I never received my free gift and the quality of the cases are so bad. Very thin and the design is basically sprayed on like wtf. This company is a bunch of scammers and I emailed them to refund my money and to stop my order for multiple reasons and they never responded. I placed my order 3 months ago. I barely got it. Don't get scam! STAY AWAY

Yall dont send any tracking info at all by email or other wise you lie about that there is other people that havent gotten anything including me I ordered my case and it never came in yall use this covid crap everytime some one sends yall a message asking where there package is yall should do better as a company and make tracking something we pay money for easier to use and do your job by send the email that yall say u will send and never do so with everything being said if you want a case find someone to make them for u not this place and I will never oder from yall again yall are losing alot of business cause you cant do ur job

I found an ad as I was going through Snapchat and they looked like pretty good phone cases so I ordered some for my phone. It cost $20.00 and I ordered it on April 30th, today is June 16th so it has been almost 2 months and I have emailed them numerous times and messaged them using their live chat support and have yet to hear anything. I used the app they recommended to track my order and the only thing it has said is order placed and it has been like that since April 30th when I made the order. I would not recommend using this website and if anyone has any advice as to how to get my money back since my order obviously isn't coming it would be greatly appreciated.
