I ordered 6 cases from them in September 2018 and I never received my order. It's March 2020. Bummer too, because I was really looking forward to them.

First, let me say that this was not the first time I had ordered from this company. I believe this was my 4th order. Previously, I had no issue and absolutely love the protection the cases offered. I received all my other orders. This last time, I honestly have no idea what happened. I placed this order July of 2018, yes TWO years ago! I have yet to either have my money refunded or been sent the case I ordered. I have made numerous email attempts and at the beginning was told they would re-issue my case. Never got it and when I sent subsequent emails, received NO response! This July, I look them up, see a different email with uk at the end and think, "oh, maybe they sold or have new management, whatever" and decide to email them the background of the issue. I receive the standard "due to covid-10, it's taking longer to answer emails" etc, so after 3 weeks, I email again. No response... I sent another email today (9/9/20). I am not going to hold my breath waiting on said response. I don't know what has happened to this company, but DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! They will take your money and probable laugh while they're doing it!

After countless emails, with generic response twice, and 6 months since 3 cases have been order. Still nothing... scammers. Don't look at, don't buy, and don't waste your time with this company!

I ORDERED OVER A MONTH & 1/2 AGO AND THERE IS NO MOVEMENT ON MY PRODUCTS. THIS IS A WASTE OF A COMPANY. THEY SHOULD NOT BE A NATION WIDE BUSINESS IF THEY CANNOT HANDLE THE LOAD. I JUST WANT MY $20 BACK. THEY GET NO STARS... RIDICULOUS!

I have always used this company to buy for my iPhone, but I got a new phone and placed an order for some Christmas gifts as well in December of 2019! It is now NOVEMBER of 2020! I still have not received my product and have gotten no response since April besides the generic COVID 19 message. Idk what the hell happened to this company but it is absolute crap, the most awefuk and unhelpful support, you either get no answer at all, some run around or a bullshot covid message. I was understand at first but now its almost a full year later. DONT DO IT!

I order phone cases back in September 16,2018 and paid $34.76 and still haven't received them or received any responses to any of my emails. Don't waste your time or money.

Don't order from this company! They are HORRIBLE! They take your money and NEVER send your product! Beware of this scammer! I placed an order for phone cases in May 2020... it is now January 2021 and I've not received my cases and have requested they refund my money several times... the one time they replied to me they said... it was an over sight and they had marked my order as complete, that was in November 2020. I asked for a refund still nothing. Now they will not respond to my emails, they have not sent my cases or refunded my money... They make sure to charge your bank account the same day the order is placed... pretty pathetic that they sure can take your money and not send the stuff you ordered and then decide to stop responding once you demand they refund you! I also tried to leave a review on their website... but conveniently there is no way to leave reviews, they must have removed that feature hoping more people like myself will be dumb enough to place an order. Also I'm sure they removed all the comments on their Instagram page since there are no comments... pretty shady! I have contacted the BBB... hopefully their fraudulent company will get shut down! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I placed this order SEPTEMBER 21,2018. It is now JANUARY! Ughhhh. I was expecting a cute little penguin cellphone case with my name on it for my now not so new iPhone... and NOTHING! Not even a kiss my ARSE!

I ordered a case back in September 2020. I have gotten excuse after excuse. They have stopped communicating with me after inquiring about my order numerous times and have never issued a refund or provided the case that I ordered. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

This is seriously the worst $#*!ing company ever known to man. Idk how they get ads on Snapchat. Because they rip you off and it's disgusting. I ordered 8 cases middle of February 2020 and I have only gotten two of them and it's now may 24th 2020. Kept saying it was in production everytime I DEMANDED for a refund. If it was in production in March then it should of been here by now. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY!

I ordered cases thinking oh they are nice and I ordered October 3rd I've emailed over and over because I haven't received no order email like it tells you, you should within 24-48 hours and I get some dumb auto made email back saying due to Covid bull crap and there's no contact number to call to complain or ask for refund, I will never order from them again... I'll stick with Amazon or eBay thanks... GIVE ME MY CASES OR MY REFUND

I ordered in September it is now December and they never sent my order. I have sent no less than 5 emails with absolutely no response. I want my money back.

I ordered 8 cases on December 6,2019 for Christmas gifts. After many emails i finally received 4 cases on December 31,2019. After many more emails I have not received my other 4 cases as of today January 20,2020. Please DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I wish I would have research their reviews before I place my ordered. I would give them a negative 5 stars.

I ordered my cases April 25,2020 & it's July 8,2020 & I still have not gotten an email or my phone cases & every time I email I get the same email saying due to COVID-19 that the staff is short & I would experience longer time for my cases but 2 months going on 3. I have ordered from other websites in the month of July & received my stuff a week later. Idk whats mgramcases problem I just want my money back

I ordered a month and half ago still nothing! I have tried to email them and NOTHING! This is crazy! How are the still open and taking peoples money? The police needs to get involved now!

I never received my 5 pack for $35 deal! I emailed 3 times. First time I received a response that is was still in production then never received replies the other 2 times

I ordered the case special on 4/14/2020 after contacting these people several times I have not received anything

I ordered from them about two months ago. I never received my order nor did I get a response to any emails. I should've read the reviews first. I had to file a claim to get my money back.

I believe I order me a case July 10th and it's the 17th I've emailed them and everything no response not even a tracking number in site they just take your money this site is a scam and I am going to get my money back one way or another because your taking people's hard earned money and not giving them there products this company or whatever is a joke and needs to be shut down! This is ridiculous this is bad coustomer service but I kno forsure y'all will not be getting my money EVER again

I also did not get any of the free items but I'm not upset about that. It took over a month to get these items.

I ordered a couple of cases nearly a year ago. Emailed several times it's always the same thing. It's in production. Completely unacceptable! This makes no sense at all A YEAR TO PRINT A COUPLE PF CASES FOR A PHONE I NO LONGER EVEN HAVE SMH.

So I ordered a case at the beginning of Dec and was told 1-2 wks and I would get 2 free cases with my order as well as $100 gift card. Well it took 4+ week and only the case I ordered was sent. I never received the other "free" cases. I never actually got a physical gift card for the $100, there was no special code and no instructions regarding how to redeem it. They kept referring me to their FAQs, which was extremely unhelpful. The case was cool but cheap and it peeled within a few weeks.
I decided to give them one more try... ordered a few more cases. Same thing. I never received my free case, after contacting them, they gave me a code to purchase it for free - the catch is I have to purchase something else again above the cost of my "free" case. The gift card was the same thing, no actual card, no code to redeem. I was told I only get a giftcard 1 time per their FAQs and again, its not really a gift card because you can't use it unless you buy more than the amount of the value of the gift card.
There were no disclaimers when I made the purchases. I do not recommend them for anything. The cases are cheap and better ones can be purchased at Walmart for half the price.

Almost 5 months ago I ordered my phone covers and have received nothing. Responses to my emails are the same. Covid and short staff have delayed the order. What a ripoff.
