I ordered 4 cases back in April it is now June and I still haven't received my products. When I email them I never get a response about when I will receive them or getting my money back.

I placed an order in March and here it is August and they haven't shipped my order. I've emailed customer service over 20 times with no response!

I ordered 6 CASES for 25.00. Waited 5 weeks. Recieved an envelope with 6 stickers. No cases. What a joke. Never order from this company

So I FINALLY got my cases - over 4 weeks after my order was placed. The case was ok - nothing spectacular. The color is good but it is a very slick plastic which makes it hard to hang on to my phone.

Beyond that, there website/customer service is AWFUL! They bury everything in the FAQ's and point to those when there is a question. You will get an email the day after your order saying that your order will normally ship in 2-3 days but when you contact Customer Service you are told the "FAQs" say "3-4 weeks". They will offer a "FREE GIFT CARD" with no disclaimers when you purchase but then tell you when they send you the card that the "FAQs" say blah, blah, blah - this is when you find out the gift card is only good on phone cases and only good if you spend more than the gift card. I still haven't received the "free" purse that was supposedly added to my order nor have I received an answer.

I order online all the time and thought I would give them a try as I love to change out my phone cases. It seemed like a good deal and since there were NO disclaimers when I purchased, I placed the order.

If you don't mind waiting almost 5 weeks for your order and don't mind vague offers with hidden disclaimers then this is the place for you.

I have never been so disappointed in a product in my life! I ordered 6 skins WITH CASES. I received 6 stickers for $40. And it took forever to get my stickers! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

I bought cases 6 to be exact in March and here iit is July and no cases or my money back, I've contact the company using there email address provided and no reply, $#*! them I want my money back

I order over a month ago and I have been sending emails but I haven't receive a respond. It's true they were fast to take my money but that's all.

Total scam ~ it's been six months and nothing but "oh gee, COVID-19 has delayed processing". My order was placed LONG BEFORE this time, and still nothing. TOTAL FRAUD

Ordered 4 cases and it's been a year and nothing. Keeps claiming low staffing due to COVID. What a joke

I ordered 3 cases payed for this and I haven't received them since April it's October already I've emailed them many times and don't get a response or refund. DONT BUY FROM THEM ITS A SCAM!
