This is scam I haven't received my order and no answer when it will arrive -tracking says that it was delivered it's a lie take business somewhere else they took me for $239

I get so many compliments when I wear this. Not surprising though. Everything I have bought from Mia belle has been five stars! Whether it for my daughter or self.

I ordered a pair of boots and a costume in the beginning of Sept. The costume stated it would ship Mid oct. But the boots shipped Sept 14th. I still have not received them and its Oct 6th every time I reach out I get told about the costume shipping in mid Oct. I want to know where my boots are I was also told because of covid and other things it was taking longer. Well it's not taking longer for any other company I literally shop online all the time and have revieved every other package in a timely manner! I want my boots or I want a full refund on the whole order!

THEY PROVIDE ERRONEOUS SHIPPING INFORMATION AND THEY LITERALLY LEAVE CUSTOMERS HANGING. My daughter wore this out for our pre St Patrick's day dinner but then I forgot to dress her in it on the day. It's a darling outfit for the holiday and beyond.

Hat was exactly as described and absolutely adorable. Kinda wish it came in sizes cause it may be a little big on a 2-3 year old but no worries shel grow into it.

These are the cutest jeans ever. They looked a little snug before we put them on, but are stretchy and seem to fit true to size. Very versatile, and can be worn with many different styles and colors.

Took OVER a month to receive my daughters Halloween costume and when it finally arrived it had three holes in it! Donna from customer service is no help. Save your money and order something that is actually made in America!

AND if you HAVE had a negative experience, PLEASE contact The better Business bureau! These people don't deserve to be in business only to continue to rip people off!

I bought these silk pajamas for my kid and they came in a tiny size (not the one i ordered). I asked for my money back and they said they couldn't give me my money back but instead gave me a gift card for purchasing another one. No one will answer the phone and their customer service is the worst i've ever seen. No one will answer their emails or the phone and you always have to constantly leave voicemails. Please, please, please, don't buy from this website and don't waste your money because i still haven't gotten mine back and it's been 9 months.

I ordered this dress in January for my little girl to be the flower girl in my sisters wedding in June. I ended up Getting an email saying it had to come from China but It never made it. I did share emails back and forth with a Donna when it got closer to time for me needing the dress. She was very nice and assured me that if I would just give it another 18-21 days I would have the dress. That due to the pandemic everything was running slower. Okay, fine. And I was sent an email with a tracking number but the first one I was given simply said the tracking number had been created but a label to be associated with it had not. Then when I brought this up to Donna in one of our correspondences she issued me another tracking number which stated that the package was in China but had not yet shipped. I checked this about every other day, it never moved. Finally, about a week or a little less away from my sisters wedding I simply asked for my money back as I had no indication this package had even left China. I did thankfully get my money refunded. I don't know if all this truly was just simply due to the pandemic or not but I don't plan on ordering from Mia belle again anytime soon. I also incidentally ordered an almost identical dress off Amazon That was half the price and received it within a couple of days.

My orders took close to 2 months to arrive to me. Then when I got them one pair of jeans was different than what was advertised on their site. It still matched the shirt but I had ordered jeans with patches. There were no patches at all, and LOVE was written on the bottom of the jeans. I bought the jeans because they looked really nice and stylish. I was so wrong. The jeans are so cheap/cheaply made. The are like clown pants. Words can't even explain how ugly they are. I bought some with the hearts on them and some with the butterflies. I WARN YOU DO NOT THINK THAT THIS IS AN ASOLATED EXPERIENCE. Then after going back and forth through emails they only want to give you store credit. You have to pay to ship it back then will be sent through email credit. I WOULD NOT SHOP HERE.

I purchased a pair of shoes for my child & it didn't fit so I wanted a refund. They DENIED my refund & gave me store credit & said to read the fine print! I will NEVER buy from this company again as they took my $ & ran & basically force you to buy from them! Read the fine lines because they DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS!
