I ordered a number of items from this boutique and upon receiving them the shoes were not the size I ordered and some of the clothes were very poorly made. I returned the shoes and clothing items that I wasn't satisfied with and the company responded they didn't receive all the items I sent in and only granted a partial refund (which I still haven't received) I packed these items myself and im 1000% sure the poorly made outfit was included in my return. Instead of admitting to error on their end they are refusing a refund. My advice, go to Ali express and order these clothes if you want them because that's exactly where they are coming from. I'll never order from this company again!

We ordered flower girl dresses for my wedding over two months ago and they never arrived. There is no tracking available and customer service has not responded to any messages sent to them. I have also tried calling but their phone line is currently down "due to Covid."

Order #******* on Nov 10,2022. Ordered over $270 for two outfits. No indication that products sourced from China until after placed order. Then email states overseas fulfillment and give 18 - 21 BUSINESS DAYS before delivery. Two hair bows ($17.99 each) never received. After I sent two emails asking for updates I finally hear from them after Christmas and they tell me to go find the package with DHL. Then they tell me to find it with USPS. Then they send tracking proof on one of the packages that contained and skirt, blouse set, only. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company. Also there is no contacting them by phone. Email only and they take days to respond.

We apologize for the issue with your large order and out of all the items delivered, 2 items were reported as missing ( 7 items delivered without issue, the 2 hair clips were reported as not received.) The tracking we were issued from our overseas fulfillment center indicated the hair clips were included in the tracking number 4204200192748902849690000168939788 with an outfit.
When we checked our fulfillment center site they provided us with the above tracking number, and when checked, the package indicated the items were combined into one shipment, which is why we requested you to check and verify if the items were moved or picked up by another individual at the delivery location. When we searched the tracking link provided by our fulfillment center, the link came back as a combined tracking number and showed delivered 12/12/2022.

We typically offer to replace or issue store credit once you have replied indicating you have checked and the item was not located and also submitted a lost package claim, however due to the volume of email during the Christmas week we could not provide a timely response to all customers and your email response was slightly delayed. We received your email on 12/27 requesting a refund, we replied on 12/29 requesting you file a claim with USPS and on 12/29 you replied stating you submitted a payment dispute. We did not receive a USPS claim number from you and we were waiting on the claim number to move forward with assisting your issue. We can no longer refund the order or resend the item until the payment dispute is closed. Thank you.

Answer: You can use a handheld steamer to warm and re-shape the netting on the dresses. Or hang the dress in a closed-door bathroom with a hot shower to create steam for around 15 - 20 minutes. Basically, the dress needs steam to be warmed up to be shaped. Great Question!

We received your return package and the order was examined and shown to me directly confirming the package only had one of the two identical items included. We did not receive the second outfit, and I was personally there to witness the inspection and processing of this package. The processing agent opened and shook all the items to ensure they were not found inside a different item, which is why the return was rejected for the one item. Records indicate the remainder of the items were refunded on August 15 back to your Afterpay account. If you discover that you have located the outfit that was rejected due to item not received, we can assist you with returning it by sending you a new return label. The package showed no signs of damage or opened / closed prior to inspection, and this is why this item was not refunded. We simply did not receive it back. Please email cs@miabellebaby.com if you have located the item and would like us to send you a new return shipping label. We do not refund or issue store credit for items that are submitted for return - but not returned.
If the item was sent separately, please let us know the tracking number for the secondary package and we will work to investigate the issue further.
This is not the experience we wish for anyone, however we received the package that did not include all of the items requested for return. One of the two identical outfits was received, and refunded, along with the other items in the package.
Seeing as this is your first order with us, and the item was not received in our returns department, we are unable to issue the refund for the missing item on this order.
