I just received one of the two items I made the mistake of ordering. It looks like a 2 dollar throw away costume I would buy from Walmart, only Walmart is better than this. I thought oh well I will let her where it for a costume at home. But the inside is rough paper like and feels scratchy. This would be a disaster for a a two year old to wear. No No just No!

The dress is absolutely beautiful and she looked amazing. She got so many compliments and didn't want to take it off. My only issue was the time it took to receive it. I advise to order way in advance if you need an item for a certain event.

Everyone LOVED this dress! The top isn't really for girls who have little buds as mine was uncomfortable wearing it without a sweater. Bare back that ties. Amazing quality! I buy literally all my daughters dresses from this site.

Her first Daddy Daughter Dance was a total hit! Even at dinner they were approached saying how beautiful her and her dress were. This dress is well made, but wrinkles easily…. We purchased the shoes here as well and those we're adorable! I highly recommend this company! We will be buying a lot more!

I have ordered numerous outfits from Mia Belle Girls and have been leased with everything. For my granddaughter the outfits with ruffles around the tunic to the bottom seem to fit better. Love the outfits!

I placed an order with these folks in late December 2021 and yet to receive my order. I will NEVER shop with them again! I have spoke to my family and alike shoppers to NOT shop with these folks. From the tele # never being answered at any point during business hours to contacting pmt. Action to making complaint with BBB(Better Business Bureau) Here we are in 2-23-2022 and still NOTHING from Mia Belle. Admit when you are wrong and just take care of items paid for in December of 2021!

The first couple of orders were fine, except one of my daughter shirt had 2 holes in it by the end of her school day(I'll attach photo). Very cute top but the material is cheap for all the clothes I've ordered. When my cousin washed my daughter shirt, the holes had gotten worse. I told her not to wash it because I figured that may happen.
I ordered some boots for my 1 yr old and after about 3 weeks the little puff balls ripped off. Now I know she's a baby and they play alot but wow really?(will provide photo) Not to mention that the front part of the shoe is coming part.
Last issue I had that cealed the deal that I will NEVER order here again was when I ordered an outfit for my oldest daughter, I ordered it with the first items in October. Never received they item. So I contacted them and they claimed that their was issue with delivery... okay I wait 3 more weeks and contact them because they said they would resend it and I never received it. They said they will make sure to send it and apologize. They were not rude but very nice. But after 4 more weeks I never received the outfit. I asked for a refund around Christmas and was told I couldn't get my money back but had to do store credit. Store credit on an item I never received in the first place? This is insane! So I ordered in January and finally received that item within a week or so. This is just my experience. I think Mia Belle Girls over has potential, but need to improve the quality of the girls clothes or reduce their prices because all of their items are just too expensive for the material you all are send out. I WISH Mia Belle Girls the best. I just won't be able to patronize sorry.

I ordered stuff back in October 2021. It is now January 2022. I have sent them countless emails with the only response of: "Thank you for your email. We are sorry to hear that there is a delay in receiving your order. Although we have no control over the post office and their delivery system, we hate to see this happen to our customers and understand how frustrating it is to wait so long for an order. Let me coordinate this with our fulfillment team and touch base with you once I know more." I get the same email over and over again. I have emailed to the same response email 4 times now requesting refund. Still haven't received one. I did get one outfit for my daughter I ordered and she loved it. However, I never received the other 5 items I ordered. Do not order from this company as they do not ship in a respectful time frame and blame it on shipping. They also sent me a tracking number that doesn't work and when I called the shipping company they said the tracking number was through they stated it was never brought to there facility or picked up. Do not buy from them.

Christmas dresses was my second purchase from Mia Belle Girls. I waited entirely too long and never even got tracking information from them. First, I ordered a green Christmas dress with what the description said it had a red belt along with a red little flower. My dress came with the red flower but no red belt. I messaged them and they told me to SEND THE DRESS BACK TO THEM and they would send the ‘correct dress'. I was confused because the dress they sent was the exact same dress as the one I ordered but didn't have the belt. So I don't know why they couldn't just send the belt that was supposed to come with it. Anyway, it was a Christmas dress and they really told me to send it back to them with a week left from Christmas and they would send the correct dress. No apology from their part. No convenience for the buyer, which I'm already spending a lot of money on this dress (which is overpriced as it is). So I said forget the belt. Second, both of the dresses I ordered fell apart on Christmas. They were only in them for a few hours and they weren't being excessive. My daughters are 3.5 and 16 months. They stayed basically glued to my legs the entire time they had their dresses on. They red flower fell off of one and the green ribbon bow fell off of the other one. (Which I noticed it was only held on by ONE SMALL SAFETY PIN. There's no where on their website to leave reviews and can't on Facebook either. I would never recommend anyone ordering from this company.
Also, my first purchase was a Halloween outfit, the orange knock off converse came pre worn, and were the same price as brand new converse.

I had been satisfied in the past, until a recent order which I never received ordered over 2 months ago. I called customer service twice having to leave a message, but never received a phone call back. I reached out via email a few times, each time a new customer service rep would respond requesting the same order information. Then finally I acknowledged that my order was lost, and could send an in-store credit. When I told them I would like a credit, no one would ever send the promo code for the credit. This has been going on for two weeks now. Customer service offers no help.

I bought two dresses for my daughter from Mia Belle that ended up not fitting along with just being overall cheap quality. Because of this I needed to return them. This company does not provide you with a return shipping label if items do not work. I ended up having to pay $24 to ship two dresses back to Mia Belle. Once they received the items, they told me that their team reviewed the return and that I was only eligible for store credit. I have never encountered a clothing company that operates in this way. It is a COMPLETE SCAM. Do not buy from this company.

I ordered a few different items from this site. I won't go into how different the Grinch doll looked when it arrived as opposed to the one they highly advertised. That's not what this post is about. I ordered a dress for my daughter recently and when it arrived, one of the buttons was ripped off and also that same button had a black dot in the middle of it. I emailed the company right away and let them know. They offered a replacement but that was not possible since i bought this dress for Christmas pictures just a couple days later. I had my mom switch the buttons from the wrist to the front this way the button with the black dot was not noticeable in the pictures. I told them that I'd like for some type of refund or credit towards a next purchase. The next day i got a text stating i could get 15% off my next purchase. I wrote them back that that was unacceptable considering i literally just got a 15% coupon in the email which means i couldve gotten that even if there were no issues with my purchase. I want to know how they will compensate for the damaged item they sent me. I still have not heard back from a supervisor and it's been a week. I have sent multiple emails. Customers don't stay if your service is terrible especially if you blatantly show how much you don't care. It doesn't matter how cute some of their stuff is. I won't give them my money anymore.

They sent a wrong size and when I contacted them they have completely ignored me. I am stuck with $39 shoes that I can't use for my child. I have written at least 4 times and nothing. Stay away!

Zero stars if I could. The quality is absolutely horrible. The sizes are not accurate. Then, they won't let you return! They only give store credit!
Do not buy from this company. They don't even allow you to return things. They only give store credit. Opened, didn't like quality and item doesn't fit and they won't even offer a return.

I purchased A dress and hat. I did not receive any labels or receipts for the items. It looks like it came from Wish. It was made cheap and the hat that they recommended on the website to go with the dress was TWO completely different colors. This company tries to keep ur money by not returning emails or phone calls.

The product quality of dresses which I order from here is always amazing and prices are also reasonable. Mia Belle Baby dresses aren't just unique and beautiful, but comfortable and cost-effective too. Answer: You can use a handheld steamer to warm and re-shape the netting on the dresses. Or hang the dress in a closed-door bathroom with a hot shower to create steam for around 15 - 20 minutes. Basically, the dress needs steam to be warmed up to be shaped. Great Question!
