I ordered a roof rack kit for my Golf in May, 2021. Impressed by videos showing installation and features. Even more impressed when kit arrived in Canada in about ten days and proved to be exactly as advertised. Well designed and precisely and solidly manufactured for a perfect fit - as good or better than anything else on the market and an excellent value.
Wrong item delivered. I never open nor touch the product because its not what i bought. Costumer service never reply for days. Return department did respond, 'Can return the item at your own expense. Wont refund if the product is damage.'

Sent wrong item, emailed the company several time and also contacted them on their Facebook page to no avail. Now discovered this is a common problem with this company. They have my mobey but i dont have my goods. In short do not use this company.
No idea what happened to micksgarage.com, they used to be really good. Ordered almost 2 weeks ago and still no order. They don't answer the phones anymore and you can only contact them through email, I've emailed them 5 times over the past week looking for a refund as my order never arrived. Not 1 email has been answered. I had to go through PayPal to get my money back. Still waiting.I have never heard back from micksgarage.com as to where my order is or if they will give me back my money. Absolutely disaster. Needless to say, I'll never order from them again! Appalling service

Don't respond to emails and no phone number. Anywhere that don't let you phone them up is a sure fore way of knowing they are cowboys. Impossible to leave a bad review on their website.

In recent times I ordered 4 items from Micks Garage.
Wiper blades, size not as recommended by the car manufacturer, but did fit.
Set of spare bulbs, arrived damages, no protective wrapping.
Oil and Oil filter, filter ok, incorrect oil.
Aqua Marina dingy, requested and paid for courier delivery despite qualifying for free postage. Item was sent by standard post and delivered 8 days later. Courier fee not fully refunded.
Emails to customer service not responded to, no phone service for customer issues. This company are unreliable and accept no responsibility for errors or damage. I will not be ordering any further items from them.

Part arrived looking like previous return *see photos* they've sent to me as new, customer service took ages to get a reply, when I got a reply they asked me to send photos of the part, two days later still no correspondence or returns number to get it sent back, customers car stuck with no parts while I wait... Was going to reorder from them but won't be now... I've had to do something totally out of my character and comfort zone and threaten going to trading standards... Suddenly a returns number arrives to post it back to them, at my expense.

The link to order tracking dos not work. This is obviously a courier problem but MicksGarage need to refund postage and look to change carriers if they offer this service.
Micksgarage used to be my first port of call for anything car related, but the wheels have really come off there recently it seems. Postage takes forever, weeks in some instances but they'll still charge you for express service. Customer service is a joke. They will try to fob you off first and then just not reply to emails. No telephone service available. They don't deserve your custom.

Some of the staff here need a reality check. Mouthing off at customers, laughing down the phone at you, ignoring calls and emails. So called Hr personal making calls from their own phone while withholding their number and making the call in private location. All over the fact that they messed up my order and I'll pulled them on it. Staff disclosing their colleagues private medical information the lot. Management has been notified several times and still no reply... very unprofessional and I'm far from done with this.

I sent a simple requesting a refund over 3 weeks ago. I am still back and forth with them by email trying to do a simple return! Customer service advisors are very unpleasant and unhelpful.

I have twice been provided with goods that failed soon after delivery. Despite the fact that, under consumer law the retailer is responsible for refunding the items Mick's Garage tries to avoid its legal obligation by saying it is a warranty claim. It takes a lot of emails to eventually get the refund when they finally admit they are liable. I no longer deal with Mick's Garage.
Easy to buy from, but when there was a defective part in my order they got very defensive an insinuated that I'd damaged it by not following the instructions correctly (despite the defect being impossible for me to have caused - it was a manufacturing defect). I sent photos and evidence and never heard back. Ended up going directly to the original manufacturer and got a replacement part sent by express courier
Do not buy anything from them! I ordered an item and didn't get it, they still charged me full price and when I emailed them that no item came they said that they won't be able to refund or replace the item as they said that it got lost in the shipping process. They said that they have a "satisfaction guarantee" but they won't help you with any concerns. Their customer service is really bad. Buy your parts and accessories somewhere else and save yourself the hassle.
I ordered a pair of draper leaf collectors and all seemed well until the order arrived and I found 1 single item rather than a pair as ordered. I wasn't too bothered initially and expected it was a genuine error which could be easily resolved but then it got worse. I tried contacting them by phone. NO joy even though on their website its offered as part of the service offering. I emailed 8 times to info email as recommended on their website and still no reply. To err is understandable but to totally fail to deal with attempts at resolution is incomprehensible. This is the last time i will ever do business with this provider

Goods arrived faulty (bike rack was broken) there response is it will still work ok and would not replace the goods despite the guarantee on their website. I have been waiting 8 weeks and they don't respond to emails. This trader is not what they state on their website.

I was sent the wrong part and when I rang customer service was told it was my fault, as I trusted there website to give me the correct part after i put in the reg number. Worst return service ever, when things go wrong they don't want to know. I have used micks garage for years but have never had to deal with customer service once you do you will never use again
Ever notice how rude people who work in large well known companies can react to good customers seeking good service and honest answers? Micks is always advertising on how they take great pride on treating their customers with the utmost respect and provide its very best in service! That may be true in some cases, but not all! You'll always find a few bad apples in every barrel as I have... Where I come from, the customer is always right. In Ireland, its just the opposite. The rude employee tries to make it look like its all your fault and not theirs for the screw-up! Plain and simple, its called Bad Business Practices! Be careful on what you order on Micks Garage! Check and double check their website while ordering product(s)
If they have a special going on- then record, file, take a pic of the discount voucher on the screen for your records! When you check-out make sure you have received your discount imediatley! If not, cancel your order! Good luck shopping...

So far not good I ordered roof rails 5 days ago and the delivery tracking updates have not changed in over 4 days still says in depot. Have tried both calling and emailing the company and nothing no response... I fear I have this is either a fraudulent company or just run by individuals who simply don't care once they have been paid and goods have left their premises... Dissapointed is an understatement should have known to stick to a well known company with a reputable reputation and more importantly contactable
Absolutely terrible customer experience with this company, waited 11 working days to receive my package after requesting a refund on 3 occasions to 3 members of staff and been ignored, requested resends and been ignored and given false information about why the package was delayed. The company blamed an post for the delay instead of accepting their legal responsibility as the vendor to deliver the product which has lead me to a a comparing to trading standards over the systematic refusal of my consumer rights. Never giving them my business again.
Be careful using their car model lookup to pick your parts, it can suggest products that don't actually fit your car. When I contacted support about this and I suggested their website tell people this I was met with indifference.
Order not complete. Without sending photos of an emptyb box they will not replace the missing parts. Customer service of no help. No goodwill gesture. This is one of the problems of buying online unless you are sure of its reputation. Helping paying customers would avoid getting bad reviews.
I only bought one item off them last year I order it and payed for it and Last week i went to buy brakes & discs for my car and low and behold they ban my IP address for no reason.

There was no way to check for alternative products you must buy the recommeded product.
The Product did not fit was not the correct for the Make/Model Provided.
They now say this is my fault.
I should have checked some document that was not provided before the sale. How convenient for them, to have no integrity in their business operations and to blankly absolve them from any wrong doing in their mistakes.
