I ordered a roof rack kit for my Golf in May, 2021. Impressed by videos showing installation and features. Even more impressed when kit arrived in Canada in about ten days and proved to be exactly as advertised. Well designed and precisely and solidly manufactured for a perfect fit - as good or better than anything else on the market and an excellent value.
Wrong item delivered. I never open nor touch the product because its not what i bought. Costumer service never reply for days. Return department did respond, 'Can return the item at your own expense. Wont refund if the product is damage.'
I've dealt with Micksgarage on a number of occasions and have never had an issue, but I had to contact their customer service for my most recent order and their rep Mikey was a credit to them. I ordered roof bars but I realised when they arrived that they were for a car with raised roof rails and mine does not have these (the mistake here was entirely mine). Mikey was very helpful, sent me a returns authorisation and helped me choose the right set of bars on the same call. My new bars arrived the following day and my refund on the wrong set was processed a few days after I posted them back. This was the first time I'd ever had a problem with Micks but I honestly can't fault the way it was handled.
I have ordered the rear breaking disks for my Mercedes - it was 2 Brembo disks for 53.99. Excellent price, only 1.5 days lightning delivery with all e-mails confirming each step of this process. The box came in very well sealed and packed with courier delivered. I'm very impressed, did not expect that fast. MG, thanks for your service.

Easy to order online. Great communication throughout, I received emails updating me on the status. I ordered on Friday, and received the package on Monday. Product is great quality. I will order from them again.

Absolute joke of a company and pure cowardice. Hide behind emails so they can say no, no and no. Clearly unable to pick up the phone or speak. Wrong item displayed on site, paid extra for postage and wasn't sent for weeks. When returned item at a £20 cost they refused to accept item and was returned. Do not use this company l, pay the extra for some real service.
Ordered wind deflectors, the delivery company was unable to find my address (only company to have this issue) and subsequently sent item back to store.
I was charged £4.60 for an item they failed to deliver and no offer to re deliver.
This is a breach of contract under common law.
Useless company with terrible customer service
Dreadful company that after nearly 2 months since returning a purchase have not refunded. The purchase was advertised on their website as works in all vehicles. It did not work in 2 very different vehicles it was tried in. They agreed to a refund and the purchase was returned at our expense by returnmyshopping.ie as they requested. After nearly 2 months of excuses that they will check with their warehouse and get back to us (which they never did) they are now saying they did not receive it and refusing a refund. Thankfully it was not an expensive item purchased from them. Lesson learnt and we will never use this company again.
Don't buy from this company. They do not stand behind their products. Bought a pair of Aguri Prestige for my golf Alltrack and despite being advertised as compatible, they are too wide. Look elsewhere.
Bought a set of rear brake pads for my Toyota corolla. Gave them the Reg No. So that correct pads could be selected by them. Got pads but couldn't get them fitted until 3 months later. The pads were found to be incorrect for car. They wouldn't replace/refund as it was outside their 30 day returns policy. E mailed them but got nowhere. Would not get this level of non co operation from my local Motor Factors which is where I'll be shopping from now on.
Do not even bother ordering from this place. They dont respond to emails and once they have your money they wont refund you when there is a problem. Which looks like they have alot of issues. Wish i read some reveiws before i ordered
Used this company in the past, with no issues, longest wait would be normal 5working days, this time I had to contact through email after a week, only to reply some of there stock was out, I mean a week to tell me this, and now a week later still nothing delivered from remaining items which are useless without the missing items from origanal order. Wont be using any more.
I ordered wishbone and droplink on the first order they were the right ones for car ordered a pair of ft springs they listed one for the car so if they only list one thats the one that will fit.NO thats to easy i was told after complaining i should have measured them but any info on the part there is no measurments they tell not to rely on putting ur reg in cos its not reliable how else r u going to know if it fits
I purchased an item from CarRacks.co.uk but the item was dealt with by Micks garage - what they don't tell you is the item has to be shipped from Ireland and you end up paying import duties. They don't respond to emails or calls. They are able to offer cheaper prices by not declaring the import costs. Total rip off
I ordered a seat cover and they send me wrong. And I sent them an email I received the wrong item and they ask me to return and I send it back again paid extra money for delivery, after all this and they haven't collect from the depot and I've got the item again because they refuse to go and collect from the depot from DPD. Please do not buy.

Wouldn't buy a wheelbarrow from these guys. Part was faulty which they replaced but the whole system, is crap. I had the misfortune to purchase a roofrack for a BMW from these guys.
Worst roofrack I've ever purchased. Just thrown it away, can't emphasise how bad it was.
I order a part from this company, they sent me out a part for a completely different model vehicle with all references ie. Model number and part numbers removed.
The box the part was sent in was correct and the shape of the part was right.
Unknowing to me at this stage I installed the wrong part that they sent to me, the next day my car started to act up after a few garage visits it was found out that the issues were being caused by the wrong part Micks Garage sent me out.
They refuse to refund me the money I paid for the wrong part they sent out to me.
Don't bother with these guys their customer service and after sales is a joke.
The ficticious parts online say they are in stock when they are in fact in another country.
The customer service contradicts itself with every rep you speak to.
Returns policy is like getting blood from a stone.
Not for anyone who values their own tome or money.

Delivered an air pump that did not match the website description. The website was Carracks.co.uk but transpired it was Micks Garages that was the trader -misleading? Micks garages organised a DPD courier to collect but unable to track. Now cannot get a refund. Customer service lines are now not operating nor is Carracks.co.uk

Micks is always advertising on how they take great pride on treating their customers with the utmost respect and provide its very best in service! Iv personally discovered this isn't true. You'll always find a few bad apples in every barrel as I have. Where I come from, the Customer service is meant to help the customer, Micks Garage do just the opposite. One of the employees

Check and double check your order. I've received damaged goods & they are now saying they can't find any order I've placed BUT THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY. Wrong part posted out, bizzare return policy, customer is always wrong according to mick, still waiting on a call back, company won't admit there at fault hence the customer is always wrong policy! Well done Mick- another customer heading back to his trusty car-parts shop!

Genuine review, Micks Garage is a disgrace.
1. Looking for shocks for a Ford Mondeo, enter in Reg and all details for my car comes up.
2. The website then informs you as to the shocks you need for you make a model. This couldn't be easier and is fool proof in theory.
3. Only Micks Garage databases are wrong. I got completely the wrong shocks they wouldn't fit everything wrong with them.
4. Support was useless, they said they would refund them, followed the instructions and still didn't get the refund. I now have bought shocks, and paid for postage back to them and nothing.
5. Supports advise, search for the product you need to the product number of the shocks.
Useless... Their system sent me the wrong shocks and diverted me to them. Their advise... don't use the system we have set up.
Still wait for money back.
The most useless customer service, wrong parts on numerous occasions, no refunds, wasted time with the warranty for over five months. A seriously unprofessional company, very disappointed.
Bought a set of exact fit mats for my VW Golf. Ordered them Monday afternoon and they were delivered the following day. I will be buying from them again.
I purchased a Yuasa battery (with 3 year warranty) from Micks Garage in April 2020 for a fully restored 911 964. October 2020 and the battery is showing faulty on its trickle charger. First of all there is no customer service available by phone so I sent off a request to have the battery exchanged. The response from their "customer service" agent Ciaran was less than satisfactory which include lots of reasons they might not exchange the battery. Yesterday I called round to their premises and to be honest it looks nothing like the photos. It looks rundown and displays a look of a company that are far from professional, i'm just gutted I didn't take any photos. I drove round to their loading bay and the sight of disarray was truly shocking with open containers with boxes all over the place, thrown in on top of each other and a clear lack of care being taken with customer goods. I might just pop over and photograph the site to share with the internet. Anyhow, I have posted my faulty battery back yesterday at an additional cost of €20 and I will never ever use this company again! 0/10
Bought a roof box for the car, the dimensions were smaller than advertised, tried to avail of there no hassle returns for a lager 1,2 emails and 2 messages on facebook and they just reply and saying email them, customer service is worse than Ryanair, I will be letting all the staff know in the very large company I work in not to purchase anything from Micks Garage again.
Bought 2 items of them and was supposed to arrive within a week. 3 weeks later and no sign of the package. Ended up buying from local shop. Stay away and use amazon
