“Fast, correct seeds, filled all my order”

I ordered June 16th and received my order 6/24 so 8 days less the weekend would be 6 days. They had everything I ordered in stock, and what they sent was what I ordered. I was pleased to find this company. I am trying to find more and more heirloom seeds. I will certainly check what they offer this fall and next spring.

I am a new customer of Migardner so not sure of the seeds as yet. However had to contact their customer service dept. regarding entremely long wait time for orders and recently on receiving adjustment on recently placed unfulfilled order that one day later went on sale. Both times I reached out to Migardner was a negative experience. I enjoy watching Luke's U-Tube channel but his company's customer service is very bad. The Rep came off as combative, as if they are doing Customers a favor allowing us to buy from Migardner. Sorry from now on will take my business elsewhere.

Ok so the last straw for me on this site was that they deleted all the accounts and accrued points for a "service change" but somehow didn't loose the email addresses of all the accounts for marketing. I tried to remove my email address from the email list now twice only to have robo emails respond with additional meaningless marketing. The seeds are have poor germination the seed catalog has maybe many dozens of things listed that have never been in stock and most likely won't. Do not be fooled by the midwest politeness in his videos he is a dishonest businessman.

I used a number of types of seeds in the past and had a disappointing germination rate.

Essentially what the title says. I ordered plants on May 8th that took until the 15th to "ship". Now since then they have not moved. USPS still says that they're waiting for the package.
Now I'm stuck in the awkward spot of, do I go and buy replacement plants or do I wait for these to show up? Their customer service only gives automated emails so that's useless to me.
I am completely disappointed with this website and seller and will never use them again. Empty beds sitting out waiting for their plants and I'm losing valuable time. Thanks a lot.

I don't recommend ordering from them, if you have a rigid planting schedule. Their website says 5-7 business days for standard shipping, but when I called on the 9th business day of no shipping confirmation, they said that they were 4 weeks behind on fulfilling the orders. I politely expressed that I would've liked a heads-up communication about the order delay, but they were non-apologetic about having 12,000+ orders. The business is clearly used to catering to gardeners that won't mind blindly waiting for seed orders to be fulfilled "whenever they get to it". I wanted to like this small business, but I will not order from them again. I asked to cancel the order, they said that they will refund me.

Tip for consumers:
Company's website should warn customers about possible delayed shipping, if they know that they are potentially encountering big order volumes. This is not their first sale season. This is purposefully and unethically misleading customers, nonetheless gardeners, to miss planting deadlines. There is no excuse for lacking direct email or phone communication to placed orders, giving customers a heads-up on order delay, especially being a whole month behind.

I have watched and followed MIGARDENER for 2 years. Luke can be funny but I find his advice very useful when planting and growing my garden and raised beds.
I have bought and used his seeds and fertilizer. All of which have been good quality. His methods of growing in raised beds had saved me time and pain with weeds.
I follow Luke not only for his enthusiasm for gardens but his love of getting his knowledge and how to advice out to the practical gardener.

I ordered and paid 19,07eur for some mystery, watermelon and tomato seeds over a month ago(Ordered on 12th or 13th of June and the payment got through on the following Monday the 14th of June). I haven't received even the email for the order nor the order. I'd like to change my review if/when I'd be able to get my money back or the seeds, but so far I haven't found a way to contact you guys.

Tip for consumers:
Just be careful.

Ordered tomato, pepper and basil seeds from MIg. I used indoor planters and nothing germinated. Seeds from other places did great in the same soil. Never again.

It has been weeks and weeks since I order my seed and garlic. I contacted the company but they won't respond. Terrible seed company, lots of other / better choices out there.

The owner is not pleasant to deal with.
