I ordered a letter from Santa for my Grandson. He never received the letter. Called the company 12/26/23. Talked with Maria not sure if it's correct not able to understand but when asked she said yes my name. She said letter was sent out in bulk mail and would receive. Explained the letter from Santa was to be delivered prior to Christmas. She kept repeating it was sent. Mentioned that I would put a complaint with the BBB she stated" GO Ahead ". Order from a more reliable company. Big rip off.
They charged me twice for the same item and I only received one of the items charged for. They refused to help me log into my account when I tried to retrieve my forgotten password.

I received my pocket saw today and the blade is beaded and would not cut soft butter! The ad says it cuts "through everything from PVC pipe to wood and brick." As you can see by the picture, there is no way this beaded blade will cut through anything.

I am so disappointed! I called to place an order totalling $14.97 in merchandise. (A very small purchase.) However, by the time they added their standard shipping and other fees, the total order came to over $31.00! That is either robbery or misleading pricing! NO THANK YOU!

Due to the pandemic needed to order online cards. The cat cards as depicted were not included. Promised 4-14 days delivery. Received the items after two phone calls 21 days later and missed two birthdays. My receipt upon purchase did not include the order number. Everyone else I have ordered from during these trying times have come through in an expeditious manner with item as shown and described. Do yourself a favor, STAY AWAY! Too many other companies providing legitimate service and product.

I've purchased engraved ornaments from Miles Kimball in the past and they were very nice. This time, the brass ornament itself was cute, but the engraving quite disappointing. Not only is the lettering faint (can barely see it), but it's crooked. Don't think I'll be ordering from them again.

Place a order 04-30-2020. Post Office drop it off. Open Shipping Box item broken. Ask Mail person what to do. She replied call Miles Kimball. Get a return Postage. Sticker. Problem have been trying three days to contact miles kimball. AS soon as they ask how can i help you, and you state the problem they drop you. I can't say Im a happy camper. Most likely will throw any other books in the trash. And yes I did check the review good and bad. Now we have one more for the bad side reviews.

An item i purchased was defective, it took several calls, each one on hold between 14-37 minutes to request a refund. Chris said he would issue a refund and send out the product that was never shipped. Two months later, the product never sent and credit not issued. Called again and they lied, saying it was credited and put me on hold to speak with a supervisor, after waiting over a half hour, hung up. Terrible company

We ordered a roll of printed address labels.
This is our third time ordering address labels over the past 10 years and this time the printing is horrible. Hit and miss on the lettering - very poor printing. Side-by-side these labels do not look anything close to what we have ordered in the past. It has been many years since I worked for Miles Kimball in management at that time, we set up a very good QC quality control program. All orders were screened before being shipped to the customer. This resulted in happier customers and repeat customers. Sadly - it has become apparent that this QC department no longer exists. These labels should have never left the shipping department…
After reading other sad stories I see that Miles Kimball has slipped on their once stellar reputation.
Sadly it appears we shall no longer be a repeat customer.

I ordered mailing labels - $30 and the print is so small and smudged, they are unreadable. If I want to return them, I have to go to my post office and pay for the postage to mail back. Then, because I didn't see a box that needed to be unchecked, I was charged $14.95 to be in their VIP club. I called customer service - they said this happens all the time. BBB needs to look at this company.

Do yourself a favor and just don't do business with these people. 4-8 business days means 4-8 weeks. I ordered something three weeks before Christmas and I still have not received it. Not until I filed a compliant, did I get a "your order has shipped" email, and that's most likely a lie. Miles Kimball should be shut down for their shady business practices. Will never give them my business again!

Purchased seat cushions on Amazon. They didn't fit so I requested a return. Twice. No response whatsoever from the company. Now I am stuck with cushions I can't use. 37 negative reviews out of 130 on Amazon. Should have looked before I ordered.

I ordered one item and Miles Kimball sent me an order asking for confirmation taking the price fro $19.99 to $120+. They added 11 additional items suck as a flute and yo yo. This ir criminal and they should be held accountable. Its time to clean house. I contact the online help but it was not what they wanted to hear and faile to respond after asking for details. I believe they had hoped that someone would confirm their order thus increasing sales illegally.Major USAF (R).

Miles Kimball confirmed my address but had no recored of my email address. I was told they cancelled the order and I will continue to monitor. I am reprorting this experience to Amazon and ebay including anyone else who asks. I may even report it to my local new paper.

I bought $6.99 item (+$1.00 expedited shipping) from them on Amazon and received a cheaper $3.99 item available elsewhere. When I asked for a refund they said i had to do it at my own expense. I argued that the item was misrepresented on their site but they insisted that the cost difference covered shipping costs and such. Stay away!

Ordered a personalized mug on dec 9. Nothing indicated I would not receive in time for Christmas. They did not respond to 2 emails. My account charged on December 20 and received email that item shipped but no shipping info was provided. Christmas Eve was told they decided not to upgrade my package to receive in time for Christmas so I would receive it dec 26 (Even though i told them dec 26 was a federal holiday) it is now dec 28 and still no package and the customer service agent told me she could not do anything about it. She said it's now in the hands of the post office. They think I will still receive it "by the end of the week". They just don't care. Never ordering from miles kimball again.

One of my items was removed from my order a few days later - not available. That knocked me into no free shipping. I actually got a notification from Miles Kimball asking how I enjoyed that item. WOW! As for the remaining order, the charged my card and the items were NOT shipped at that time. Called and had a fit about that. When my order did arrive, most of my items were broke. Hope I never get a catalog from them again.

First time buyer and last time. Order two items that were on-sale (half price) and I had a code for free shipping. Everything went fine on-line. Got a thank you for the order, but did not get an email conformation. So I gave them a call the next day and they had no record of my order. The order was sort of too good to be true so I feel that they were losing money so they decided not to honor my order.

A month ago I ordered a Christmas ornament from this horrible company. I thought one month was enough time for the shipping. I e-mailed customer service twice, still not a word from them, they never e-mailed me back. I don't want to receive my ornament next year! Miles Kimball sucks! Stay away from them!

I bought a pet memorial stone for my dog in August 2017. Well, it is a piece of junk. I put it on my pet's grave but It did not make it through the winter. It crumbled and turned to dust. I called the Miles Kimball customer service to complain and they said they have a 45 day return policy. I said but it did not make it through the winter - I told them I would be happy to send them a picture of what it looks like now. They offered me $10 toward my next order. I said forget it - they should make me whole and give me my money back and the S & H I paid. I will never order anything from their catalog or their store again. For $35 they lost a customer for life - that is how much they value their customers. By the whole, the piece of junk pet memorial stone is still offered for sale in their catalog. Buyer beware!

I have to say I am pretty impressed. I notified Miles Kimball of my charges and they refunded me 5 months of charges and apologized for the misunderstanding. WOW. That's pretty cool. I will probably give them another try. Thank You

I was Charged $14.95 for rewards program. I did not authorize charge. Never noticed charges on Credit Card for months. You would think they would at least sent an email once in awhile with discounts or something for being a VIP member. Terrible business practice, Will never buy from again.

In looking around on the net for something that would help me keep my rings from falling off. I have lost 1 diamond ring and that was enough. I found this site Miles Kimball and looked through their catalog and found these plastic inserts for your rings. They come in different widths and lengths and you cut them down to your ring size, I inserted the plastic into the ring and slipped it on and sure enough it fits just great and it does not slide off or around. Great idea, love it. I have other rings I would not wear because of this problem and now I don't have to worry. Try it, you'll like it. Bye Bye for now. Stuart S.

My order arrived broken. I emailed customer service. The next day I received two replies. One apologizing for the broken dish and explaining what would be done to rectify the situation. The second was verifying that the broken item would be replaced. Great customer service.
