MineBrick Review – Misleading Product and Refusal to Resolve I was really excited to order a custom MineBrick set as a gift — it seemed like such a creative and thoughtful idea. But the experience ended up being incredibly frustrating and disappointing. The first time I ordered, I received printed boxes (as shown in their promotional photos), so I assumed that was standard. There was no indication on the site that the boxes had to be purchased separately. This time, the set arrived in plain plastic bags with no box, making it look incomplete and unpresentable as a gift. When I reached out to customer service, I was told that boxes weren't included because I had purchased a discounted product and that my first box had only been included because I was a new customer — something never mentioned at checkout. I even offered to pay for the boxes, but they refused to print or sell them to me. Instead, they sent me links to files that were just the QR-code-based build instructions — but none of the links worked. I double-checked the original QR codes I had received, and those didn't work either. So now I'm left with loose plastic bricks, no instructions, no packaging, and no help from their support team. What's most frustrating is the lack of transparency and unwillingness to resolve the issue, even when I was happy to pay extra. Bottom line: the concept is great, but the execution and customer service are seriously lacking. Don't assume what you see in the product photos is what you'll get — and be prepared to end up with a pile of plastic in a bag, and no clear way to fix it.

Imagine buying a product, receiving it as a gift, and needing just one small part to fix an obvious design flaw—only to be told, "Sorry, it's been two years, we deleted the order from our minds and our system." Now picture being offered a 10% discount on a full-price replacement if you jump through hoops and buy another poorly made product first. That's Minebrick. Despite providing full order details, multiple email chains, and a pretty basic request, I was offered a shrug and a coupon. At one point, I was actually encouraged to buy the same defective set again—because somehow that's a "solution." It's like being told your car's tire blew out after one year, and the mechanic recommends you buy a new car (at full price) with a small rebate on the next one when it inevitably fails too. No accountability, no effort to resolve the issue, and certainly no interest in customer loyalty. I'd have better luck replacing a part by time-traveling back to 2023 and catching the warehouse before they "lost the data." Never again.

Absolutely terrible experience with MineBrick! I placed an order (#NASL*******) and paid extra $1.99 for confirmation and a render review before production. Less than 24 hours later, I realized the order wouldn't arrive in time and requested a cancellation and full refund, which should have been simple since production hadn't even started yet.

To my shock, they refused to cancel, claiming it was already in production. How is that possible when I never received the render confirmation I PAID for?! It's clear they either ignored their own process or just scammed me into thinking I'd get approval before they started.

Their customer service was completely unhelpful, instead of resolving the issue, they kept pushing me to just wait for the order or offered a ridiculous partial refund of only $29.73, when I paid $100.49 USD in total. That's over $70 lost for an order I never even approved!

This company is dishonest, their refund policy is deceptive, and their customer service is useless. Avoid MineBrick at all costs unless you want to be scammed! 🚨

Bought 4 custom brick characters for 2 adults and 2 children. The 2 children just looks like the adult but with different shoes and shirt colour. Minimum effort in the customization. Waste of money.

I had bought the mine brick and I feel cheated. Reason being,

1. An eye was missing from the model.

Till date not yet recieve the replacement

2. Was promised an accessory based on the photo provided but it was not provided with the final received product.

Solution given by minebrick was for me pay another 14 usd for a replacement even though it is not my issue when minebrick did not honor their promise

3. I paid for a detailed model but what i received was a basic model.

Till date, mine brick keeps silent on this issue and no resolution

For all reading, take my comment into serious consideration before wasting your money.

FYI, this is an anniversary gift and now I have to source for another.

I have order 2 mindbrick figures and I have loved them both. They make great gifts. The company is very fast with their responses and friendly. I would recommend purchasing.
