Mini Mania

I ordered all season floor mats for my new mini countryman. I ordered the style the site recommended for my year and model. The mats do not fit. Because of their return policy I was not able to return them and I'm out about $100.

The part, (hood release cable) that I ordered, arrived in a timely manner, and was exactly what I needed.
I know that I am in Canada, and expected to be dinged on the currency exchange... but what I didn't expect was to be charged twice for shipping. Once by Mini Mania, and again by FedEx. The shipping charges cost almost more than the part! It's not like I'm on the other side of the world.
Other than that, the part worked well... Thank you!

So I ordered a roof rack, that when it got here, I refused. It never left FedEx's possession, as the box look liked it had been nuked and was missing parts. It took FedEx forever for it to get back to them. As of today, they've had my money since early November, they've had the roof rack back for 2 weeks and they said it will take another 1.5 to 2 weeks to refund me.

I bought a new decal set for our 2006 R53 Checkmate Edition Mini Cooper S several years ago. The Hood Decal may have been the last one in-stock. I was a bit disappointed that it weathered and discolored more rapidly than the original. Now that you have them back in-stock, I replaced the Hood Decal, and now the old Mini is looking next to new! Replacing decals is a great way to freshen-up the look of your Mini!

Shipping was delayed for nearly 2 weeks but it finally arrived and items were of good quality as usual. I would have liked to know before ordering that they were out of stock.

Had the part that I thought was included with my Hella driving lite kit, needed to actually install them. My Mini Cooper service garage clued me in to your website

Fair price for OEM type full set of wiper blades. Was delivered quickly and in perfect condition. They are the correct set for my mini and I installed them in seconds.

I haven't used the mats yet as I really need to clean out my car first and it is too cold. They look great. I am glad I finally made the purchase for the proper mats to fit well.

The puddle lights are easy to install with the proper bone tool( not provided). I wish more projection choices were provided considering the premium price paid of the part.

It has been a week and they still haven't respond. I provided the VIN and they still got my order wrong. Not very happy. This is my first time buying from this place and probably my last time.

Parts ordered on Mini mania website, I was sent an email stating Shipping 1-3 days on 2 parts, 1 Gasket up to 3 weeks. A partial shipment of what was on hand would have been acceptable but a partial shipment was not sent, it was held, then a few days later, 2nd email update "found a different supplier order will wait 3-7 days for the gasket" then ship. In the meantime i sent email to Company to just send in-house parts, scratch the gasket, send later. Nope we're going to wait on the outstanding part. Regardless of what the customer wants. I did receive the whole order finally. Parts were not damaged during shipment. I would like to see the company add to their webpage the Parts are on hand or the part will be ordered from a vendor and the time required to receive the order will be weeks, so the customer can decide before dumping the Cart and filling out all the info and selecting the shipping before finding out later that "Ohh we had to order a part from tibet and ground transportation is a camel".

When I got on Minimania.com, their hard-to-find windshield wipers and "Choose Your Mini" did nothing to help find the wipers I needed. When I finally found an all-purpose set, which I specifically looked for SETS not individual, I bought it and waited a ridiculous amount of time for the SET to arrive. When what I thought I could use arrived, not only did I NOT receive a SET, but a single wiper. To make matters worse, the wiper I did get was broken.

Including all of that, when I returned it (you have to have an RMA so it adds an aggravating step to the process), I returned the SINGLE wiper I received instead of the SET I ordered only to be given a partial refund in which NO ONE from MiniMania.com will answer my email as to why only a partial return was given.

I will never use this site again and I have already made my opinion known on SEVERAL Mini Facebook groups. This isn't something I want to encounter again. GO ELSEWHERE!

Best price and fastest service for wiper blades for my R56 Cooper S. Also the best place and most knowledgeable people for parts for my 1964 Morris Cooper S. Best place for both cars!

Part was 20 bucks cheaper than Amazon for the same item, arrived when they said it would and was easy to install. No complaints here.
