Works fine for light bikes and short distances. Seems a little long for our Mini Cooper Roadster and plan to shorten the main bar six inches. I understand that the rack was designed for multiple vehicles.
Placed an order on April 30 and received a confirmation that stated "Out of stock but ships in 3 - 4 weeks." Today is June 4, so 5 weeks since the order. Their web site does not show my order - in fact it says "No Customer Number defined for your web account (yet). Try back shortly.". I have sent multiple emails since May 20 and also used their web site contact form to try to get my order status - all to no avail.
Probably the best catalog of Mini parts with fast, reliable delivery and customer service. Highly recommended.
