The service was outstanding, and my order arrived super fast - even earlier than I expected! The quality of the products was amazing, and I loved being able to track my package in real-time. I'm beyond happy with my purchase and will definitely be coming back for more. If you're looking for top-notch service and efficiency, this store comes highly recommended!
Prepared the clay as directed and left to dry as per instructions but unfortunately the clay cracked in Numerous places which was not at all the desired result based on images of the product when purchasing
So helpful when making a last minute request to change the colour of the product I had ordered. Very happy with my product also.

Received my item that was damaged. I have emailed and they asked for photos which I sent. Have not heard anything since

1. We have refunded your order in full on 17/1/2022 since the product you received was damaged in transit.
2. Due to a technical issue we experienced with our email server for 3 days, we did not receive your email on time hence the delay in response. We are really sorry for the inconvenience. We subsequently tried to contact you numerous times via email and phone calls to inform you about the refund, however, were unsuccessful in reaching you.
3. We take customer satisfaction extremely seriously and any feedback or suggestion from our customers is more than welcome! In fact, it helps us make our products and services better.

Hat & swaddle Colour was different rather then actual pictures.i was not satisfied with swaddle quality..

Sizes weren't done properly. I had ordered two dresses the same size and one was significantly smaller.

I checked your order and the 2 items you ordered were of different styles and different brands because of which there was a difference in sizing. We are currently working on making our sizes streamlined to avoid such instances in the future.
