The service was outstanding, and my order arrived super fast - even earlier than I expected! The quality of the products was amazing, and I loved being able to track my package in real-time. Prepared the clay as directed and left to dry as per instructions but unfortunately the clay cracked in Numerous places which was not at all the desired result based on images of the product when purchasing
The quality of the product is very poor and looks nothing like what was advertised on your website.
The shoes are good quality, and delivered on time will definitely buy again and highly recommend it

The OONA Embroider Pearl princess dress sleeveless fluffy gauze was far from been fluffy. It was nothing like the picture and I did not like it.

Unfortunately we have no control over shipping company, standard delivery time for AUSpost is 7-10 days from ACT to WA.
We offer Express shipping and a comment box on checkout could be used for urgent orders or inquiry, your order was standard shipping.
