I sent 2 parcels together with Hermes as a return, received 1 email regarding a refund for 1 item however I have not received anything for the other. After ordering from missguidedus.com over 10 times, i'm sorry to say I am no longer a customer of theirs. It's unfortunate because missguidedus.com used to be one of my favorite online website to shop at. However, no longer will myself nor my online shopper friends be ordering from their website as they recently they changed their shipping carrier. They no longer ship to Canada via RoyalMail. Now they use FedEx who is KNOWN to charge exorbitantly high brokerage fees for international packages arriving to Canada. I only ordered a bikini top on my last order from missguidedus.com that was around $28. FedEx charged me $27 in brokerage fees. Enough said.

I love this brand... sometimes. I'm an online shopping addict and now and again I'll check to see if they have any new cute stuff in. But the quality of the Clothes is very hit or miss and can lack in quality and duration. Other than that, speedy delivery and helpful customer service.
Like it, a lot of style, a lot of choices, with demo video to show how does it look like after try on. Often have promotion so price is good. Not the best quality but better than average fast fashion h&m, uniqlo etc. Will keep buying from them.
I purchased the babe power perfume and it smells really nice I like the perfume however the design lets it down.

36 days since I ordered from them, and I am still waiting on a refund. I ordered several items, 2 of which did not fit. I figured that returns would be no problem. Wrong. I shipped the items back and they were received at the "US processing facility". Now a MONTH after I shipped them back, I have been going in circles with customer service trying to get my money back. Twice now they have given me the "wait up to 21 working days" excuse. I waited 21 days and contacted them, then they asked me to wait "another couple of days". No. That's not ok. Your policy says 21 days, and I have proof I shipped it back and that the package made it into your company's hands. Do not order from them!

The prices seemed pretty great for what I was ordering—until the $75 duty imposed via FedEx. Not to mention the overall cheap quality of the clothing (polyester across the board).
I returned 75% of my order via 2-day USPS delivery.
Now, a month later, Missguided says they have not received it, and do I have my receipt? I do not have my receipt, so that 230 bucks—plus the $75 imposed largely on items I RETURNED—is just a total loss.
Missguided is gifted at the scam. I kind of can't believe they've made a cottage industry of doing this to so many people.
I have attempted to make my order multiple times. Customer service has blamed the bank, I spent an hour on the phone to them everything was all fine. Tried to make the order again it cancelled yet again. They told me to try different browser etc thing I had done previously. Tried again no success. Awful customer service. I'll not be shopping here.
I got two different orders. They "lost" my first one in transit and my second one is on it's way (im able to track it.) They offered me a refund for the misplaced order so I said yes. Then later that day, they emailed me apologizing and saying they actually have my first order and gave me a tracking # so I click on it and is actually a tracking for my second order! So frustrated. They think they can play smart and rob me? Filing a dispute if nothing shows up in my door in the next five days.
They are very disorganized and misleading. SAVE YOUR MONEY. This website should be shut down. Just look at their Facebook page. It's crawlin with complains about customers' refunds or orders. Wish I seen that before purchasing stuff from Missguided.

The clothes are of terrible quality. I ordered 7 items. I didn't receive 1 and returned the other four due to poor quality and fit. It took my order 2 weeks to get here, and I am still waiting on a refund. I returned my items 2 weeks ago. Do not order from Missguided.
I did two orders one with the 80% and the other one with the 90% off I received them after 10 days ish but I am returning most of them as the quality is awful, they look like Chinese clothes and the sizes are fake. I received items that were supposed to be a size 4 that are way too big and my best friend received items size 10 that could barely fit me that I am size 4. Lots of items missing or they are also sending the wrong items. I am really disappointed as I used to shop at missguided in Westfield and the quality was much better and they were trie to size. Well, I bet I've got what I paid for.

I am having a nightmare trying to get refunded for a returned item. They do not adhere to their own rules on returns and refunds, and just reply by email with wish washy replies. When I opened a case with resolver, they don't even reply via them. They say they are 'unable to reply via resolver,' which is untrue. They are really dishonest traders. If you want to avoid a stressful transaction, then avoid this company at all costs.
You can find some gems on missguided. They have an app which you can track your purchases and returns.
Not all of their clothing is to my style but a good enough majority of it is. I love being able to see the whole outfit when browsing for clothes, like being able to see what shoes go well with the dress I want to buy.
The sales and discount codes appear often enough so you can usually get what you want at a better price.
They have a great range of sizes, styles and a good range of colours.
The delivery is quick, free with click and collect and you won't be overcharged for delivery to your home. The returns are free and easy, too. Just stick the provided returns label on the bag you were sent with your order and you're ready to go.
I am absolutely appalled that I cant speak to anyone or return my goods, what an unprofessional organisation, anyone looking to purchase from this company think again you don't get any help or guidance what a sham company...
Recieved an order with a top missing which I paid for as its on the invoice. Looking at the packing slip and it's not on there. I have emailed customer care five times without a single response. Disgraceful and reading other reviews I'm not the only frustrated and disappointed customer. They need to be investigated, it's appalling, I just want the top I ordered. I'll be looking into who I can report this to and taking further action.
I'm super pleased I just won my court case against missguided. After a long road I finally get my money back they owed me.
I would advise customers to think twice when shopping with them as if you have any problems with them they don't deal with complaints correctly, they don't get back to you 7 times out of 10, they refuse to give you their complaints process, they are not linked to and ADR service or ombudsmen and when the time comes to you having to take them to court they cause you to spend alot of your hard earned cash. I got my monet back but unfortunatly was still out of pocket as in a small claims court you can not claim for the damages. Despite the clothes being nice it's not worth the hassle. They treat customers like crap as they have done me and others I have spoke to. I will continue to spread the word on all review websites to put other customers off from shopping with them. And hope the business soon crumbles.
Three days to send and three weeks to get my return. Disgraceful and still another five days to get money in my account. Bring back Pony Express, cheaper and probably faster. Transaction to SheIn to send and a return took 10 days. Says it all. Used to be a good company, but gone to the dogs

I send a return package back to MISSGUIDED. After a month I had not any information about my refund. I contacted with them and they said that they are in no position to honor my refund and I should contact my bank. My bank has nothing to do with this issue and can not do anything for me to take my money back. They just stole 80 euros form me. DON'T BUY AGAIN.

The lady that assisted me via email was rude and so unhelpful. She told me it was my fault that the item of clothing was dirty and that they sent it to me in perfect condition. How could this be the case?

Buyer Beware! We ordered some shoes for my daughter and needed them for a special party. She paid the extra for expedited delivery but nothing arrived. We chased them every day and it was just excuse after excuse. First, it was an error with the order, then it was a stock issue, then it was their supplier and finally it was the courier. After embarrassing them on social media the shoes arrived - too small! Then the fun begins because you have to return them. They provide a label and a bag which means you take it to a Collect+ point. I do this all the time so I went to my local Collect+ shop and handed over the parcel. WARNING: With other companies that is generally the end of the matter but with Missguided the fun is about to start again. KEEP YOUR RECEIPT from Collect+ and make a copy. We contacted them about the refund and it was obvious they were trying to fob us off with the hope we would give up and not claim the refund. They claimed they didn't receive the returned item which is rubbish when they have a tracked returns system. Admittedly, items get lost but it is their returns service so they should be responsible. After days of chasing they said unless we could provide the return receipt there was nothing they could do. Because I use Collect+ all the time, I have receipts stored in a specific place so it was scanned and sent to them. Despite this we are not in receipt of our refund.
Please avoid this business as clearly they are unreliable and have no customer care policy worth reading!
They lost my orders and blamed me for it - they don't have a phone number - they are horrible - don't ever shop there - not to mention their merchandise is trashy
Placed a order for over £254 nothing fit and I ordered a size up on many for comfort fit (10) I've not put on any weight. Everything was super tight more like size 6-8. One of the leggings had the size label sewn at the front of the crotch. Ridiculous.
Now upon trying to return the order apparently hermes drop off will not show up for me because I am returning the full order. And they are making me use Asda which is a distance for me. Or telling me to only return half the order.
They used hermes to deliver this order which consist of tiny clothing cyclings shorts bralettes all of which fit into their large sized parcel bag. Yet the parcel is too big for a hermes return drop off now? "Hermes does not cater for too big returns"! Are you kidding me? What a joke you are as a retailer. I've ordered much bigger parcels than this from other retailers and used hermes for returns. Yet missguided have the audacity to blatantly lie in order to force customers to keep their trashy products.
I will never order from this crap place again. I shop from so many places and this has to be the worst online shopping experience terrible returns service.

I bought a dress and clutch from them. I thought the sizing would be similar to that of ASOS and Top Shop, so I ordered my regular size. Unfortunately, the dress was too small. When trying to return the item, the label that the company provided did not have a zip code so the post office had to try and identify one for best use. The label also did not have a tracking number to trace the package. I mailed the dress back, after a month of not hearing anything I sent an email asking about the package. They said they never received it, asked me to provide proof that I sent it. I didn't keep proof because it was sent regular post. They said there wasn't anything they could do. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Or BUY WITH CAUTION. COVER YOURSELF!
