We have bought a wedding dress which is thousand miles away from advertised pictures.
The company is based in CHINA, so you also pay customs!
Customer service for after sale issue is 0. No replays, nothing...
Please stay away, don't get ripped off, and all the 5* reviews are non sense and fake!

I purchased an ankle-length mother-of-the-bride dress and it flowed generously onto the floor even with heels. The chest area was far too large and gaped open. The armholes were so incredibly small that it was impossible to move my arms. I contacted Missy to initiate a refund (half a dozen times!) and was ignored completely every time. The website assures would-be customers that they can simply call, speak with a customer service representative, and have things put right. However, no phone number is listed anywhere making this impossible. Do NOT even consider giving your money to this wretched business!

Absolutely stunning. Simple and elegant made out of really good quality material. Exactly what I wanted in fact better that considering the price. I indeed love my dress very much. And i want to recommend this online shop for you.

Good quality dresses but extremely poor customer service.

I ordered 5 dresses for my bridesmaids, all supposedly in the same colour. When they came they dresses looked lovely except that two dresses were slightly the wrong colour - different shades of blue. I emailed to express my concern and was asked to submit photos, which I did. The only response I got was this is the colour chiffon we used. When I questioned them about how this would alter the colours, no reply.

I've sent countless emails and nothing back. Also as others have said I've now had a bill from TNT for tax; nothing mentioned on their website. I've just got to hope when they're tried on: a) they fit and b) the colours don't look too horrendous next to each other.

Very poor customer service, once they have your money that's all they care about!

Buyer beware our dress arrived with several dirty marks on and the hem was badly cut and the beading poor some where coming off contacted company who told me to clean the dress after sending photographs very unhappy will never buy from again

We ordered my daughters prom dress and paid for it then a couple of days later saw the reviews about this website. We were both so worried and had basically written it off to a bad experience as we though the dress would be bad.
How wrong! The dress is absolutely stunning. Really well made, true to size and length. Beautifully lined, colour and material exactly as ordered. The beading was a little different to picture on website but it was still lovely. We have breathed a huge sigh of relief and thoroughly happy with our purchase. They do give very clear size measurement for each dress and I did make sure we measured my daughter correctly and picked the best size to fit. She is a size 8 in the uk and we ordered an 8 which fitted perfectly.

The dress and color and style was exactly as seen on the website. The dress fitted perfectly. Material very good, dress was well sewn, no loose threads. I look like a million dollars. Will be wearing it to a weeding in three weeks. Cant wait to show it off. Everything went seamlessly. This is an awesome site. They did not disappoint in their excellent customer service or timely shipping. I will definitely be making future purchases.

Stay away from this company. They are rude and unprofessional. Jaime on Live Chat has the customer service skills of Attila the Hun and was not interested in helping us. We ordered one Prom dress but the auto reply e-mail listed THREE. We immediately emailed them and just had a garbled reply listing the three order numbers. Using Live Chat with Jaime was like pulling teeth, he/she was rude and totally unhelpful and disinterested. As soon as they realised we were complaining they stopped responding on the chat. We contacted the credit card company and stopped the transactions. We've had a lucky escape so please avoid these rip off merchants before you get caught. They are clearly a stack it high sell it low company who just want volume sales. They are not interested in sorting out issues for individuals

Is it me or do all of the reviews appear very similar? I read facebook and notice how many people can't spell and use grammar. But on here that's not the norm.

It makes me think that these reviews have been written by one person... They sound very alike!

I'm really not sure how this dress has so many great reviews. I ordered it in white as a evening dress. Granted, the style is nice enough. I recommend going more for your waist measurement than bust measurement when choosing what size to order (I ended up ordering too large). I'm not sure if it's worth trying to order this in a smaller size. The fabric is super cheap - flimsy and very polyester looking. In white, even though there's a lining, it's still translucent. Figuring out undergarments would be pretty tricky too, with the deep v in the front and back and the long arm-holes. The cost of alterations to put in cups or support would probably be more than the dress itself! The price is right, and i strongly recommend missy dress for girls.

You will be told amazing things about your dress and its packaging - lies - my daughter's dress was 'on offer' at £88.00; shipping 'in beautiful packaging' was another £32.00, and the dress arrived bundled into a ball in a grubby plastic bag. It is wearable but of very poor quality; and to add insult to injury, today I received an invoice form the delivery co demanding another £24.50 in "taxes and duties". This is a disgrace.

I'm very happy with this pink dress its really beautiful and really love the sequin bodice. It looks a lot better than it is on the picture. The quality of the material is good too very comfortable. Everything went all well. I will definitely buy dresses again from you.

The dress fits like a glove and the bead work is phenomenal. I ordered this dress in black, to match my Homecoming date's outfit and it still looks gorgeous. I also love how it has an extra strap to help hold it up so there's no falling! The length is also very good. Its not so short where people can see if you bend over, and its not to long! I'm happy to be owner of this dress, it's beautiful and fits good :)

It flatters! I have always been shy about showing arm and leg seeing as I am a curvy girl, but I really don't mind in this dress! I feel very elegant and feminine, but definitely like the girls are under control, which is important because this will be my dress for my dad's upcoming wedding! This dress is so cute and light, it's comfortable to wear. I paid for custom sizing and it was perfect! One gentleman friend said, "It's not easy to make something look elegant and sexy at the same time, but (you) are gorgeous!"
