Same company as Dylan Queen, and obviously just as appalling!

This is an update to my previous review regarding the awful quality (faulty goods) and the appalling and comtemptuous attitude of Dylan Queen. Today I got my refund in full from my credit card company. So if you are faced with this kind of problem remember that provided you paid over GBP 100 on a credit card you can get your money back and the card company are the ones who then extract it from Dylan Queen. If enough of us do this I reckon the card companies will stop dealing with Dylan Queen, and then they will suffer!

I spent more than a month waiting for my item which stuck in DHL for custm. Tax.
They never get me a help to this strange tax and many e.ms sent to customer service but no help.
Impolite customer service guys, never try to help with very rude replies.
My item sent back to China.
I lost my money and they refused to refund me.

The dress is just absolutely stunning! I got its color as the picture. I received my dress the day before yesterday. It fits beautifully and I couldn't be happier with it. The material is nice and comfortable. Thank you for making such a fabulous dress! The quality is great the packaging is good and I got it so fast. Thank you So much very happy customer, I have got a few friends into this website too :)

Please do not buy from them. Bought prom dress for granddaughter. When it arrived, straps at back of dress had had not been cut properly so both sides of dress stood right out from her back. Sent them photos which they asked for and they told me to take it to tailor and have fixed. I was them told, when I sent them cost of fixing dress, the maximum compensation they pay is £12 but to fix dress was £25. I was not looking for compensation, I needed dress to be wearable which it wasn't. Emails from them were abrupt and took several days for them to respond and only after 2nd prompts from me. Also£23 postage for dress to arrive in small grey bag is shocking and have now received bill for import tax. They are a dreadful and rude company to deal with

Thank you so much for such a wonderful dress. The dress is beautiful. It is just like the description and the picture. It was delivered in a timely fashion with no complications. The dress does run a little small so make sure you are aware of the correct size. I went up a size just to make sure it was just a little bitsmall, but after my diet and losing a few pounds, it fits perfectly. Thank you so much for such a wonderful dress.

I ordered my prom dress on boxing day 2013. It seemed you were able to track your dress and it was in processing for quite a while. We tried to track the dress today and it wouldn't let my mother log in so we tried going directly to the site through google only to find a completely different site. We tried going through the link for the dress only to find the domain name had changed to missydress.

Try being 15 and not knowing if your prom dress is going to arrive or not. So upsetting.

This dress is even prettier in person(didn't think was possible) i was so very pleased with the wonderful quality of this piece, it fit like it was made just for me! The dress is really beautiful. It looks exactly as shown in the pictures, the colour is beutiful and the material is of good quality. Everybody complimented me on it. It was a very pleasant and satisfying experience!

Don't buy! The dress Is completely different from the picture and 2 numbers above mine! WORST tissue ever seen! I baught a dress here and i regret it! I had to buy another one here in Lisbon! DON'T make the same mistake!

I ordered a dress, but got a dress that does not fit on the goals I have written to them when I ordered the dress.

There is no help from this company, even though they write that there is a 7 day return policy. They will not answer my inquiries, no help to get another dress or get the to fit.

I have now contacted my bank so i can get my money back. With help from borth the bank and the credit card company

I brought my formal dress from missydress and it is just the most beautiful dress that I have ever see. Immaculately made from lovely material. My mum and I were anxious about the sizing but it fit perfectly! This dress is absolutely amazing. I love the simplicity of the dress and it doesn't reveal too much which adds a little feminine and elegance to it. A little means alot! The beading reflects the colour of the dress which I bought in periwinkle. Slipping on that dress, it felt so magical and although the colour was kind of different compared to the picture, I felt like Cinderella.

I am very happy with dress. I ordered it about three week ago to custom size and it came yesterday! It is absolutly gorgeous as well, and fits perfectly. I am very happy with my order, thank you so much

The custom size and the fabric were perfect. The dress arrived about one month after order. The custom size and the fabric were perfect. After a bit of nerves the first time ordering, I am now a fan and will continue to look to your storefor more smart dresses.

I got a mail from light in the box- and it had been sent to Sweden whit DHL! It took another four days getting the package after getting the mail. The package was quite small, 40x40cm something. Inside the plastic paper, there was a cardboard box, and inside of that was a picture on the dress, again a plastic paper and there was the dress! Fabulous and stunning is perfect words to describe the dress.

I am nervious that my date is near as I canceled all my other store appointments after I found this. And finally, the dress arrived in time. I tried on and fell in love with it!. I don't even need any under clothing with it and it's perfect!...

I order an evening dress from dylanqueen.com on January 10, and i get my dress yesterday, and i love my dress very much, including my family. The fabric is very comfortable. I love the customer service, and it is very best. The dress has best quality and big discounts, and i paid $139.00 with my dress. Hehe, i love the customer service.

Don't touch this site. I've purchased my wedding dress from them. My only words of advice would be keep your money in your pocket.
The dress delivered was nothing like the picture. It has raw edges huge holes I really cant tell you how much is wrong with it. Its so poor I have not even been able to try it on, as its falling apart on the hanger. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY YOU WILL BE SO UPSET WITH THE QUALITY
Oh and you try contacting them to send it back! Good luck its easier contacting the dead.

Wow I got my Wedding Dress and all my Bridesmaid Dresses on the 5th Monday, they are awesome, got them according to the pictures that I chose. And the shipment was very fast (Ordered them on the 13th December 2014 and got them on the 5th January 2015). My WEDDING DAY is gonna rock. Thank you so much MissyDress.co.uk... Thumbs Up (y)

Alright... I was PATIENTLY WAITING but now I have my dream dress! It is so beautiful! I am so happy that the quality turned out to be everything I had hoped. It took 3 1/2 weeks to be made and shipped to me in the US... it is such a great gown! I LOVE IT! I am SO satisfied!

I ordered 'samples' it took over 40 emails to sort, then I transfered £23 for shipping via western union. Low and behold no samples sent and ignoring all emails! I have just reported them to the Bank Of China fraud dept and Action Fraud UK. Ladies it's your special time avoid the stress, they are a sham outfit. Luckily I didn't order any dresses. Read the poor UK reviews and they say it all. Spread the word AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I'm now dealing with Dressingpod.com having had this company recommended what a difference totally professional, curious and answer emails within 24hours max.
DO NOT USE MISSY DRESS. Don't listen to the FAKE reviews written by their staff!

I ordered a backless cocktail dress I had seen on another site but it was from a dodgy website and came from China. So when I found it on missy dress as you can imagine I was over the moon. Overall I paid £121 including postage. When the dress arrived it was nothing like the picture it was poorly made and did not fit at all. Bare in mind that this was a standard size dress and not custom made. I emailed and asked for a refund and the got very snotty with me asking for pictures and for my measurements saying it was my fault the dress was too small for me even though my measurements were smaller that the alleged size that they had sent me. Now I have sent 3 emails demanding a full refund or I will take legal action against them. I am so upset as I adored this dress.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE AWFUL

Also I would not trust the 5* reviews on here, as you can see they are all very similar and are suspected to be written by the same person.

Once again avoid at all costs

The length fit me correctly, I order it in custom size and inform the heel height I wear on it as I was told, I am so glad it fit me very well when I wear the shoes. So excited on it. When I put this dress on, I feel like I'm being transformed into a Celebrity, I feel confidant, stunning and feminine.
