My complaint to them
"I ordered a pulley on Monday immediately after ordering I called your customer services asking them if the pulley I ordered had bolts the adviser assured me that the bolts were included and I did not need to change my order so I assumed I was given the correct advice.
As I needed the car part urgently I paid for express delivery so three days later I checked my account the order was still being prepared which I thought was odd so I called customer services. A very nice lady who was very helpful checked the order and advised that the order had not been picked up due to a system error and it would be dispatched today, she would also refund the Monday for the express delivery which has not happened, I am still waiting for this can you do this please? I thought good service...
Today the part arrived excellent but no bolts as advised by your adviser. I called customer services and was met by Amita (name given by adviser) who was the most unhelpful & rude person I have ever spoken to. I asked if the bolts could be sent out he said no, I asked to speak to a supervisor/manger he said no all he advise was to send the part back order a new part and then wait for a refund, I explained I need the car fixed urgently, that's why I need the bolts and have booked a mechanic.
I expected better service I wait to hear back your view and why I was not allowed to speak to a senior member of staff?
I thought I had found a really good service but currently I am very disappointed. Your adviser was argumentative and unhelpful, needs to have better customer care skills.

Is it me or has customer service gone out of the widow, the advisers don't know a thing about auto parts, I knew more and haven't go a clue!
