******UPDATE*******
They finally started having classes in my area and I still want to advertise, so I decided to give them another chance and took the class. I have to say the 4 hour experience was professional, articulate and well presented. The fact is they have a good class.
Original review from a few months ago below:
I subscribed to the 50 dollar a month program that permitted me to have an ad, and was into my second month. I had been told by Lea that I would be able to advertise, but that eventually I would have to take three classes that would be 50 dollars a month that they offered in order to further advertise, but I could wait until they were offered in my area because I argued that it was unreasonable to drive hours to get to that class.
September 25th at 11:59am, about 7 weeks later, Shauna calls me to explain that their only employee Lea "doesn't know what she is talking about" (as if that's any of my business) and that I needed to give her a credit card and sign up for the yearly plan of 500 dollars a year or 50 a month for a year plus $150 dollars for classes prepaid that aren't in my area if I wanted to keep my ad up and that I had to decide by Monday or the ad would go down and that was that. She said my current ad had expired. Then she said it might have expired. Then she said she would look into it. I told her I believed that I had in writing from Lea that it didn't expire until the 6th. I told her I would think about it despite her aggressive manner and unexpected demand, but that I expected the ad to run it's course because I paid for it.
She took the ad down anyway. I called Lea and she assured me that it would go up again or that I would get a refund for the part I had coming, but my phone hasn't rung, no email has been sent, the ad is stayed down and they still have my money. Regardless of whether they agreed or not, they should have called me back.
Gross disrespect and callous disregard thrown in your face I don't deal well with. I didn't care about the few days advertising.
