Charged €23 initially, was told phone could be unlocked but need another €100 to do this. Contacted them a number of times but they said I had to wait 30 days. Waited 30 days only to be told my phone couldn't be unlocked but they had incurred cost so were entitled to keep my €122. BE VERY WARY of this company. Read all the small print! Twice! Went into 3 store yesterday, mobile unlocked today no charge!
