My Phone was unlocked within the timeframe promised, and I didn't encounter any issues afterward. This service is a game changer for anyone who wants to unlock their phone without worrying about privacy.
When it says your unlock is ready to be released and they hit you up for more money, you expect it to happen fairly quickly after that. Where I am from when people say ready that means available and now. Still waiting days longer than the time frame quoted after paying an additional 50. They suck
Phones should never had been locked, and a charge to unlock them was ridiculous. Will never deal with that company again.

To cancel out AT&T. Never knew my phone was locked by them. Will NEVER do business with AT&T again and will tell as many customers of them also. Much cheaper service with T Mobile for the same coverage.
So far all an easy transaction. Now we need the code!

I used this service because they claimed it was going to be an "Instant" unlock. That is not the case so it was useless for me.

I entered this info on 10/5/23 and got 100% complete. MU*******. Then I found out it was not unlocked.
I’ve been trying to change carriers for a month.
I paid off my phone to get it unlocked. I waited the required 48 hours only to find out that I would have to pay an additional $26 to start the unlock and then ANOTHER $39 to finish the unlock.
I didn’t have a choice.
It was good but you guys need ro be available if someone needs to speak with you... too long in the dark makes a person feel scammed.

I got a phone but it was used with Verizon but I don't have it so this is where that will come and play
