When it says your unlock is ready to be released and they hit you up for more money, you expect it to happen fairly quickly after that. Where I am from when people say ready that means available and now. Still waiting days longer than the time frame quoted after paying an additional 50. They suck

I have waited for over a week to have this mobile phone unlocked and I think this is unacceptable!
I never reaeived any customer service other than telling me they were working on unlocking it.
