Firstly, I was told to pay, $26, then another payment of $79. It' was 95% completed for over 4 weeks, before they gave me the activation code.
But the code isn't working. It's showing incorrect activation/unlocking code. Please rectify and fix it.

I had a fantastic experience with this service. The speed at which my phone was unlocked was impressive. I was expecting it to take days, but it was done in just a few hours.

It was horrible experience. I was quoted 28/-$ for unlock and charged for it.
Later I was asked to pay 66//$ more which was unfair.
The phone price was cheaper than the unlock.

My experience with this unlocking service was great. I unlocked my Samsung phone. The entire process took just a few hours, and i had no issues switching carriers. Very professional and efficient.

The unlocking process was incredibly smooth. I didn't face any complications, and everything worked as promised. The service was efficient, and the communication was excellent.

They ask for a small fee first. A mere $29. Then they send an email stating that the carrier is asking for a fee to unlock the phone which is $80. After three weeks they just say the carrier didn't unlock the phone and that you have agreed to their terms regarding refund policy.

Then they say I will have to wait for 14 more days before to get the phone unlocked. Until now my phone is locked

Horrible they take your money and then give you the same message and never unlock your phone never have a refund just took my money and ran biggest scam out there beware

It was quick and easy to do but if I go on tracking it still shows me complete payment and I did make a payment two times plus it stays on 95% complete

They're advertisement would lead you to believe that if you pay their $24 fee you'll have your phone unlocked in a reasonable amount of time. That's not true. A couple days later they want me to pay again it's 46% complete. They want another payment. Nowhere did I see anything saying this was a multi-payment situation. If they have it it's in fine print it's very deceptive how they do it. Some people said they got theirs within 15 minutes or something to that degree on some comments. My experience it's sad at 20% for a long time then it was 46% complete and they wanted another $24 hell no. That's not right they should be up front about it so they're excuse me in the beginning. Your phone serial number so to speak the ime number comes back it says it's valid so it's not like they don't know that it's a real phone and it's unlockable. My friend bought this phone and paid cash but she used cricket she can't get it to work for another company. The SIM card won't work until she gets it unlocked. Cricket's giving her a hard time and she doesn't have a contract with them it was month to month for many years. Anyway that's business doesn't tell you the truth up front at least not in a place you can actually see it I don't recommend using them at all and I'm going to dispute their charge it's deceptive and it's just bad business

I don't like the way they deal with me first they ask for $6 second time $26 and later they $56 to unlock my phone should I know the cost before I start pay 6 and 26 and $56

There was no trouble when I unlocked my phone. This website was convenient for users, and its sequential guidance made executing the process easy.

This is not a credible company that moves with integrity and their service is not fast! They advertise that they will unlock your phone for $28.99 but that's only the first payment. Immediately following, they asked me to pay an additional $50. I became skeptical so I asked to stop the process and refund my payment. At this point, a definite answer on whether or not my phone could even be unlocked had not been obtained. It was still at 0% with its processing. The AI then told me the $28.99 was not refundable but if I wanted a refund for the $50, she would walk me through "initiating the process". I confirmed that's what I wanted multiple times and she just keep asking me to reconsider. We went back and forth for hours. In the meantime, the results came back in which they would need an additional funds(never said an amount) and an additional $900 to unlock the phone because I was in contract. I'm in no contract. This is a prepaid device and service. At that point, since the results were produced, she stated that a refund was no longer attainable even though I asked for the refund before the results MULTIPLE TIMES. Now communication has completely stopped and I have not received a refund. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY. COMPLETE SCAM!

If this works… very easy. I paid $26 and an additional $54. Status progress went from 20% to 95% and phone is still locked. Not very happy.
